Nutrients
Big yields come from learning how to follow a nutrient regime for whatever strain you are growing.
Lights
I would never use another light - this is the best in the game. Buy one - they are also the nicest people on the planet,. Thanks to Amanda at Black Dog for her fantastic videos. The light runs 82 with no issues - ever. 4 stars. Thumbs Up. The bees knees.
Tents
Great tent.. very few light leaks right out of the package.

Lst your plant is the better choice.. If you have the room to tie the main node down you should do that.. Plenty of good info online on how to properly Lst.. Supercropping is a feel thing. Supercropping is Hight Stress Training because it damages the plant. It needs to be repeated to be successful can be mucked up quite easily and easy to fix with tape but it's really not a great thing to do for newer folks. and if your plant isn't strong and healthy it won't help it at all. Might even hurt your end yield.
