Day 63 - lookin good.... haha.... um, tanks stabilized, ph 5.8 - ppm 1200 .... she's feedin alot..... buds are fillin and lotsa white furries.... listed the nutes and amounts etc.., but i'm kinda feeding her as she needs.... so every few days she is drinking 2 lts +- and i'm just mixing up a neut solution in a 2 lt bottle every day or 2 ..... sometimes she just wants abit of water...... Day 64 +vid....shows her deep green and gloss... abit of crystalic :) Day 65 - vids pics.... trimmed her, and abit of bending.... Added blood and bone.... she's stretching alot, 60cm+ ........ Day 67 took all the early buds on all the stringy 0ff shoots.... Poor lighting vids, but don't want to mess with her flowering, :) 👍😎👊

Chance of a Lifetime Greenhouse seeds Wonder Pie Week 4 29th May 2020 Welcome back to my Wonder pie grow. Everything seems to be going steadily ahead, and It looks I have three quite different looking plants growing. Plant #1 is a bit of an ugly duckling with her crumpled looking leaves, she even has a heart shaped leaf at the bottom 😁 Plant #2 looks healthy but "Flat" lol like she can't be bothered to lift those leaves up off the ground. And Plant #3 has a taller , more traditional appearence. On Tuesday the 26th I performed the first topping of the three girls. Plant's #1 & #2 were topped after the 5th node whilst plant #3 I topped @ the 5th node which basically means that instead of counting 5 nodes and then topping as I did with the first two I actually removed the 5th node on plant #3 It will be interesting to see any differences in recovery and new growth rates. On Thursday 28th I gave the girls another feed of the GHS Enhancer that came with the Powdered feeding for the Competion. It reccomends using the enhancer every two weeks , which is what I will do. Checked the Ph with my bluelab soil probe and they are all within the 6.4-7 range I aim for when using soil. Interestingly I never observed any mycelium growing on my soils surface as I saw others had when they started but I'm sure that is nothing to worry about. ** Today 29th May** I have noticed the new leaves are coming thru where I topped each plant they all look like they are very healthy and growing nicely . If I had to choose one as the best looking I would pick plant 3 as it seems to look the best to me. Plant 2 is very leafy and has extremely tight internodal spacing which is good 👍 And plant 1 is a straight up freak , it's got mutated leaves one of which looks like a heart shape 😳 never seen that before 😃 Other than the looks , this Wonder pie strain seems to be very happy growing in my soil with the Greenhouse Powdered bio feed and enhancer if they continue to develop at this rate I may be able to flip them to flower a little earlier than anticipated ( at 6 weeks rather than 8) Now a quick breakdown of my management this week Every second day they get 500-700mls of water each Except for thursday 28th when they had Greenhouse Feeding Bio Enhancer @ 1g / L I simply made up a 2L bottle of rainwater with 2 grams of enhancer mixed into it . ( shaken well) I then watered the entire bottle equally between the three plants . The start of week 5 is going well. Blueberry is smelling nice and my seedlings should be showing preflowers soon.

Overall this was a pretty smooth grow and didn’t have any issues with her. She was definitely a short and stout plant and majority of her flowers are rock hard. She did have a couple colas throughout that produced so fairly airy flowers but could of been because of something I did to her. Still very happy with the 235.9 grams of wet flower so far and while I know she’ll lose some of her weight, she still should produce a decent final dry weight.

Day 79. 3 liters of phed water goes in. She smells very fruity tropical, but if you eat fading sugar leaf stem - cheese, heavy, then sweet kush aftertaste deletes cheese ;))) Will be FIRE !!! Mars hydro TS1000 is doing wonderfull job, this girl is most beautiful from this run and she spent so much time under it. Happy Growing !!!

12/01/2021 FIMed all plans a second time, and also FIMed the tips of the other main branches of all plants. They will get another dose of Recharge with their next feeding tomorrow. 12/04/2021 I fed two gallons of water with the nutrients listed above. 12/05/2021 I gave all the girls a second major defoliation. I plan to switch to 12/12 flower cycle this Tuesday evening. 12/06/2021 I removed a few leaves and fed two gallons of water with the nutrients listed above. These girls are doing excellent. They have responded very well to the major defoliation that they received. I will flip them to the 12/12 flower cycle in a day or two I believe. I uploaded a couple of pictures of the strains I plan to grow in the future, which is mostly Humboldt Seed Company genetics.

My girls are growing wonderfully. Pineapple and Cheese are getting bigger and bigger, and you can start to smell them. Bubblegum has taken its time, but it too is full of resin and will probably be the last of the harvest. I decided to start giving Overdrive to the Skunk to try to add consistency to the flowers, which are still very sparse, and it already seems to be working. This is my first run with Advanced Nutrients and I'm pleasantly surprised!

Mass cloning! Not sure how many are going in the greenhouse yet but I will just give away any I don't use.

How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. It has been our experience that outdoor (or sun grown, as it's recently being referred to) cultivars seem to perform extremely well under artificial conditions. This is true of seed starts or clones made from seed starts. The opposite is not always true; indoor clones often give an outdoor grower headaches because they don't always make the transition smoothly. This is due to light spectrum, temperature, and/or photoperiod changes. The different parallel lines that we are developing can be directed in a few different pathways flavorwise. Q. Why are the seeds white? A. Why is the sky blue? No, the mature seeds are shrouded by a rice paper thin membrane which has coloring and mottling on it, but it's so fragile that it disintegrates in the process of shucking. Stripped of the outer layer the seeds are very pale, nearly white. It came as no surprise that this plant would have abnormal seeds. Q. Is it a GMO? A. Wow...? The exact heritage of any cultivar today is impossible to determine accurately. Also, considering the amount of continuous shameless hybridization that has occurred in the last 40 yrs., any modern kind could easily contain over 40 kinds. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. Appetite suppression is a side effect, but the enjoyment of food is enhanced. I personally will attest to all of the above. We all have different receptor profiles, so these are just generalizations. This includes 0botritis, PM, various mites and insects, soil fungus, etc. We haven't heard any complaints along those lines so far, so if anyone has any problems, especially with a rigorous IPM regimen in place, we would like to hear about it. And if anyone can attest to the extreme level of resistance it seems to have we'd love to hear about that as well. Q. Does it contain web-leaf genetics? A. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. Overall very pleased. All the leaves are dark green and the plants are looking very happy. I’m giving them a couple more days before they are flipping into flower. All of them handle defoliation really well but Somango is a little to bushy to really do any organized Lst. I will try after Defoliation next week and give her a bit more surface area.

Chunking up rather nicely right now, and smelling incredibly potent! As you can tell from the picture several bud sites, two mail cola's and a few other primary cola's that are dominating the canopy of the plant! Cannot wait to harvest this sucker!
