Upgrading to a r/o system in 2 weeks. Did the jugs this week,…last time. Basic reservoir change this week. Ph’d to 6 and ppm’s are around 750-800. Love the growth and shape of lemon haze auto. Just snapped the stem of gsc auto today trying to tie it down. Stem was thick as can be but so wet and new, snapped right in half. Fml. Just praying the way I propped it back together holds and maybe the side branching will take off and blah blah blah. Just sucks. Happy as can be with the progress. On a 4 week offset on 8 plants, 4 rotated at a time if I keep this up. What I’m hoping for at least. Self sufficient and supplying tent. Update Tuesday morning. The poor gsc auto that I broke in half grew back together literally overnight. Have seen that with branches but never the main stem and never that fast.

Hey all! 🙌 It's me again, after a hiatus I'm back in action and this time I'll be growing two plants! The strain is Green Gelato from Royal Queen Seeds and the two babies are going to be Pistachio and Matcha, two green ice creams flavors to match with the strain name! 😋 I started soaking both seeds in a glass with water for 24 hours to hydrate them (I forgot to take a photo of this!) and after that I placed them in a jiffy pellet. After some days Pistachio was the first one to show while Matcha was still being a little behind. During this I made a small mistake, instead of opening the cardboard box where I placed the seeds I left the baby plant inside so she grew a bit too much during the night... ooops! But nothing too serious (I got it fixed after moving her into a cup). Some days after Matcha appeared but it seemed she was having a small issue, it seemed like part of her shell was still stuck to her so I helped by removing it and then she started to grow normally once again. Right now I moved Pistachio to one of those red cups and I used some mycorrhizas on her! Glomus mosseae and glomus intraradices to be more precise! Next week I'll be doing the same with Matcha. 😊 I also started making a timelapse (I think it looks awful haha but it helps to see how Matcha started to recover!) Day 29 Flower (Day 71) Woohoo! First day of week five of flower and an easy day at that. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.2 water and took some pics. I'm still experimenting with bud photography. This time with a tripod but still no additional lights. I also need to take the pics when the lights are off as the flowers look funky under the LEDs. The right girl is slowly starting to bulk up, but the left girl is lagging. That is no wonder, though, considering that she has had much less light due to those space issues. Also, there's a huge quality difference between the lights in each tent. So I'm looking forward to comparing the bud quality that each tent will generate. Day 30 Flower (Day 72) It slipped my mind, but it's been over two weeks since I gave the girls nematodes to get rid of the gnats. As always, the nemos did their job quickly and effectively, and I haven't seen any gnats since. However, to ensure that they stayed gone, I did a second treatment today, mixed up 10 million nemos into 6 liters of water, and gave each girl half at pH 6.6. Day 31 Flower (Day 73) Chill day. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water and cut some clones from her. She is deep in flower so I'll try to monster-crop her. Never tried that before but have heard that it creates some really bushy plants. As she already is bushy I'm curious to see how bushy a monster-cropped clone of her will be. She had a few low branches that I left during lollipopping for this reason and I cut four of them with a sterile razor blade, then scraped the lower part of the stem and dipped them in Clonex. They're now sitting in the window with a small LED spot to make sure that they have enough light to re-veg. Day 32 Flower (Day 74) I know that I got a new tent for my left girl only a few days ago, but I decided to upgrade to give her a bit more space. I went to my local grow store today and picked up a tent made by the same company as my main tent (UndrCovrLab). This new tent is also made specifically for my wardrobe, maximizing the available space. I went from a tiny 40x40 cm tent to a "massive" 75x45 cm tent. Still very small but almost 2x bigger. Woohoo! The left girl was squeezed into the 40x40 tent for so long that I had to use some LST to spread her out and increase light penetration now when she has some more breathing room. Speaking of lights, my small ViparSpectra is a bit underpowered now in this larger space, so now I have to consider upgrading that as well. The simplest solution would be to get another ViparSpectra, and while this little light has been performing well, it lacks UV diodes. I'll look around for options. We have gotten hit by a heatwave here, so now my tents are sweltering. The main tent reached 36 degrees C today at one point :/ Oh well, I cannot do much about it except hope that the heat doesn't stress out the girls too severely. The girls are very thirsty in this heat though, and I gave each 4.5 liters of pH 6.5 water. Day 33 Flower (Day 75) All I did today was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 5.9 water. A bit low as I used too much pH down and then was too lazy to fix it. Day 34 Flower (Day 76) No idea what happened, but an army of fungus gnats invaded my right girl. It's only four days ago since I watered her with Nematodes against gnats, and there were no gnats at all then. A few days later, it is gnat central in my main tent (the left girl in the other tent has no gnats). It's almost like I didn't give nemos to the plant but instead gave her gnats. Weird as the nemos have always worked great in the past. Now I need to start fighting these annoying little shits. Sigh. I'll give nemos another go, and if they don't work, then I'll use some sand. Worst case scenario, I'll use Neem oil, but I really don't want to go that far. I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water, and that was it for today. Day 35 Flower (Day 77) The last day of the fifth week of flower and all is (pretty well) well in the tents. The left girl is 103 cm tall (6 cm increase in a week), and she is lagging quite a bit behind the right girl. She is healthy and quite sticky to the touch, but the flowers still have a lot of fattening up to do. I hope that will speed up now when she has a bit more room to spread out so the light can penetrate the canopy deeper. Getting a more powerful light would also help. When in doubt, add more photons! Someone who doesn't need more photons, though, is the right girl. The top bud has been burnt slightly, and there's light bleaching on a couple of colas as well as on a few fan leaves. I removed the driver from one of the lights and raised the light a bit higher. Every centimeter counts when you're running out of space! The right girl increased another 3 cm this week and is now 123 cm tall. I hope that is it as I'm now completely out of room. The gnat army in my main tent is still going strong. So strong that they have now sent out a small expeditionary force to my small tent and started to colonize the area. Sigh. I Will hit the girls in a day or two with nemos, but today I just put up some yellow sticky traps and gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water.

The start of week 5 is going well. Blueberry is smelling nice and my seedlings should be showing preflowers soon.

Over all was an amazing grow, super sticky dense nugs with smell of berries, highly recommended for everyone!!

5.23 F60 5.27 F65 - Everything has been going well this week. The plants went through a feed cycle that should carry them through flower no problemo. Started with the AACT Tea, then a bokashi drench with Fish Shit from Fishheadfarms and plain water from here on out. They are drinking quite a bit. 1.5-2 gallons a plant every 3ish days. The terps in my tents smell out of this world. The ScrOG and 3x3 are like a candy store. Passion Berry has mango/guava citrus terps while Deadstar v2 has strawberry watermelon terps. The 4x5 is much more varied, but in general the sweet pink dominates with it's grape candy terps and the dread bread cuts through with it stanky gassy lemon while the prayer pupil smells like moth balls and a bit of GMO. Very lucky to get to experience this much variety. 5.29 F67

Finally cooled down this week, maybe 5mm of rain, not much. Did some light defoliating, lollipoping, really doesn't need too much this early, especially with the height the Hugel gives me, keeps the bottom nice and clean with great light penetration. 2 hours of drip irrigation, and weekly foliar spray of Neem, Kelp, Aloe, Epsom is all she's had. Still top dressing Gaia Green mix every 3 weeks, but I really doubt she even needs it. I gather it might make a bigger difference during flower but we'll see. Haven't fimmed or topped in 3 weeks, may just leave it, shape looks great to me. Will defoliate harder closer to flower or if it gets wet and rainy, but weather looks great. The trunk is getting HUGE, going to need a chainsaw to take this bad girl down come Oct!

Hope everyone had a great Christmas!!! We have had some crazy cold weather here the last 4 days and for the first time in 13 years had snow on Christmas day. So with the cold and snow came grow room issues. My grow space is outside and not attached to the house so maintaining a proper temperature and humidity has been a bit on the difficult side. Even with the lights running 24 hours, it's had a few drops down to 19c and the humidity has gone up to 68% a few times. Now luckly I'm still in veg and the humidity isn't a issue yet but the temperature has been making me worried. Going to put togther a heater with its own temperature switch increase it drops below 20c. Did some training over the last week with some LST and FIMing. With the LST every 3nd day I've been adjusting them and pulling the plants back a bit more and more. Since I don't think I'll be able to set up a SCRog net this go around (spent to much for Christmas and wont be able to affordthe PVC tubing) ive got to figure out something else and fast. Plants are getting big and it's going to get hard to bend then properly without braking stuff. Because I was showing some issues with 2 of my plants I started adding a bit of Revive to my res to see if they get better and they have. But because of the cold that's been hitting us my tank has had a hard time staying warm. Even with my 50w tank heater it's been fighting a up hill battle because the area outside the main room where the tank is, has been sitting around 14-17c. So with that the air pump I use to circulate the tank, it is pulling in cold air and thats been fighting the tank heater in getting it up to what I like it at. I tried using my water pump instead of the air pump for circulation and the res went up to 25.6c soooo I would much rather have 19c res then water that could kill my plants. So let's talk about the plants themselves. Both Special Queen plants are doing great but as you can see from the picture, one is doing absolutely amazing. Great growth (understatement) and has bounced back from training like a pro. The other plant is still doing really good when compared to all the other plants in the room but still could be a little bit better. Depending on what I'm going to do for supporting the plants this might be the last week of veg. Well see. So the plants are finally starting to bounce back from there issues. The one on the left is starring to increase its growth by a lot. It's been growing rapidly over the last week. And the one on the rightbhas stopped yellowing and curling. Idk if the Revive by advanced nutrients is helping or if the plant just grow out of there issues but either way I'm happy. There still not perfect but there better then they were. Hello to all my friends and visitors here on GD As you can see on the photographs from this week growth that after the raw cold days, the girls did get better and recovered, but they also spread out in development, the difference is about two to three weeks between the plants...it's manageable though :) The SE7000 runs at 520 Watt and about 32cm from the canopy. I added nutriants at 03.04. the EC is at 2.7 EC I also performed some LST on them, all goes well except the dehumidifier will not come for yet another week. That's it, I hope to see y'all next week growmies.

Semaine 2 – Croissance Mother Gorilla On continue sur une bonne lancée avec cette deuxième semaine de croissance ! La plante est bien vigoureuse, elle a clairement pris du volume depuis la semaine dernière. J’estime qu’elle a quasiment doublé de taille, on est maintenant aux alentours de 15-16 cm. C’est un bon signe, elle se plaît dans son environnement et ça se voit aussi au niveau des racines : elles ont bien évolué en quelques jours, bien blanches et en pleine forme. Côté constantes, on reste sur 18h de lumière par jour. La température oscille entre 22-23°C en journée et descend à 18°C la nuit, donc l’amplitude reste raisonnable. Niveau pH, il a un peu bougé et est monté à 6, mais rien d’inquiétant. Je vais surveiller s’il continue de grimper, et si besoin, je le redescendrai à 5,8. Pour l’humidité, j’ai baissé légèrement à 70 %, et je prévois de continuer dans cette direction la semaine prochaine pour descendre entre 60 et 65 %. L’objectif est de garder un VPD entre 0,4 et 0,8 max, histoire de rester dans une bonne fourchette pour la croissance. Aucune modification sur la plante pour l’instant : je ne l’ai pas encore topée, je préfère lui laisser encore une semaine d’acclimatation avant de commencer le travail de structure. Même chose pour la solution nutritive, je suis toujours sur la même que la semaine dernière. Pour l’instant, pas de signe de carence ou de besoin particulier, donc je continue comme ça. En résumé, tout roule ! La plante est en bonne santé, ses feuilles sont bien larges, et son système racinaire est top. On va continuer sur cette lancée et voir comment elle évolue la semaine prochaine ! 🇺🇸Week 2🇺🇸 – Mother Gorilla Growth We’re still on track with this second week of growth! The plant is looking strong and has clearly bulked up since last week. I’d say it has almost doubled in size, now standing around 15-16 cm. That’s a great sign—it’s thriving in its environment, and you can see it in the roots too. They’ve developed really well over the past few days, nice and white, just the way we want them. As for the conditions, we’re sticking to 18 hours of light per day. Temperature stays between 22-23°C during the day and drops to 18°C at night, which is a good range. The pH has fluctuated a bit, sitting at 6 now, but nothing concerning. I’ll keep an eye on it—if it keeps rising, I’ll adjust it back down to 5.8. Humidity has been slightly lowered to 70%, and I plan to keep decreasing it next week to around 60-65%. My goal is to maintain a VPD between 0.4 and 0.8 max to keep things ideal for growth. No plant training yet—I haven’t topped it, as I want to give it another week to settle in before I start shaping it. Same goes for the nutrient solution—I’m still using the same mix from last week. The plant isn’t showing any deficiencies or issues, so I’m keeping things steady. Overall, everything’s looking great! The plant is healthy, leaves are nice and wide, and the roots are thriving.
