Not doing too bad. Seems to have settled now and stopped stretching, Smells pretty peppery, like a tangy pepper haha Start her on PK warrior next week see how she does. She's got the sumo booost foliar as well as root feed this week. All healthy though she's loving the shogun stuff 👌🏻

This week marked the final stretch of the grow the Epsilon F1 is now fully mature and absolutely covered in thick, frosty trichomes. The main colas have gained impressive density, with most pistils turning a rich orange while the trichome heads are mostly milky with a few amber ones starting to appear. The fade is beautiful, with yellow and purple tones spreading through the fan leaves as the plant naturally finishes its life cycle and directs all remaining energy into the buds. The aroma has become more intense and complex sweet, fruity, and slightly earthy. Overall, she looks perfectly healthy and ready for harvest very soon. A light flush is underway, and I’ll be checking the trichomes daily to harvest at the ideal point depending on the desired effect, either a bit earlier for a more uplifting high or a few days later for a deeper, more relaxing one.

Decent grow. A lil disappointed that I fucked the left most plant. It didn’t go completely to waste, gave it to a friend who wants to make hash from it. The other buds were quite nice though. Like I said, decent for the price.

Alright ladies and gents, finished shooting the last scenes for my Christmas video contest 😅 I had a couple of divas on set, and you'll see who I'm talking about.. lol Alright; all three girls are getting ready for chop, it has been a lovely time and I've been patient, but I also wanted to make sure that I'm harvesting at the correct time. I purchased a jewel loupe off of Amazon and to my surprise all three girls had amber trichromes mixed with milky trichs. I went ahead and fed lightly and will be harvesting by day 75. I'll update with pictures of the trimmed flower before hanging. Week 2 of flower roughly and all plants have begun the shift to cotton balls. Except for the males of course but, they’re grown som hefty sacks also😉. As it turns out we have 3 males, not 2. That might present an option to harvest pollen off one of em to actually save for future use. We’ll see how it goes. Other than that - all plants are performing generally well. Certainly we’ll enough to make some seed babies so let’s get to it. I figure nuts start bust’n in about 2 weeks or so yall! Giddy up and slap dat ass - we gotta make ourselves some bit ‘o awesome😎. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

Just about ready for harvest. Middle of this week will be 9 weeks of flower. I think they still need just a few more days. I had a chance to sample some nuggage I've trimmed in the past week or two and it's really got my excitement through the roof Happy with the way they look overall. Buds could be a bit bigger but can't really complain for my first grow. Have had issues with humidity and temp all winter. Apartment is too drafty for hvac to keep up. Not to mention the issue with the power loss a few weeks ago. Really just happy that it worked lol... looking forward to spring / summer If I'm being completely honest, the tent smells like literal dogshit when I unzip it. But if i rub a sugar leaf between two fingers it smells like DANK. Very strong piney smell which I'm pleased with lol. The smell has emanated from the tent the past two weeks or so. Carbon filter has had trouble the scent is kind of overpowering Can't keep my eyes off plant C; literally dripping in trichomes. It might be the smallest but it's the prettiest for sure. Check out the video. Plant D has the most bud mass. Over the past few weeks I've been trimming away some of the lower bud sites and fan leaves along with some of the dying fan leaves. This is plants second week without nutes so as expected leaves are starting to turn darker in color. Likely will cut out water for a couple days right before cutting

So langsam fangen die Blüten wirklich an schön auszusehen. Bin zufrieden mit dem visuellen Ergebnis der Blüten. Über den Rest urteile ich vorerst mal nicht haha

Day 50: Water intake is 150ml per plant, light schedule 18/6. Humidity is approx 50%. Fertilization continues the same way Monday, Wednesday, Friday Biobizz family, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday bat guano and Epsom salt. Flowers are developing nicely and getting thicker. Plants love the new 600W Viperspectra:) All good so far! They are all approx 30-35 cm. Day 53: Smell is getting stronger, really nice mix one. Day 55: Nice smell comes out from this tent. Plants are nice buds are getting dense and the smell is getting stronger and stronger. All of them do well, some more some with less bud development but they all look happy.
