Beautiful friday everyone! 😇 I bought a stronger light a few days ago, the VIPARSPECTRA P4000 with 400W, matching perfect to my tent. And goddammit look at these beauties. 😍 They are slightly turning purple on the sugar leaves and the buds are like ROCKS 😝 The smell is INSANE!!! This sh*t is hyping ME a LOT đŸ˜” I cannot wait to smoke and make extractions out of it. Cheers

Gained some height since last week, bud sites everywhere. Defoliatated a few leaves to allow light in as its really bushy. Upped the nutrients and shes drinking alot more now. Hopefully see some trichromes popping up soon and they fatten up

Week 2 I didn't do much in the tent I was actually away from them for 2 weeks and had no problems. With auto pot system, you fill it up and forget about it. Babies are still a little deficient but they'll start to correct themselves in another week or two. I didn't have any footage for this week so I decided to post a video of the 2nd run of rainbow cake. The frost on this strain is unbelievable. Check it out and let me know what you think about it in the comments

I’ve started giving them some silica blast. They seem to be reacting pretty well to it. What do y’all think?

All going ok, buds linking up quite nicely. Still a bit on the dark green side so backed off the nitrogen and cal mag a touch. So many heads it’s insane and plucked off the odd fan leaf just to add a little penetration in to the canopy even though I don’t usually like to touch them at this stage

She's growing so fast. Topping didn't stop her, now I'm curious what she'll be up to. Can't wait for her to stretch, although I'm a bit worried that the ceiling in the grow room might be too low...

Defoliated this week. Ladies are filling back in nicely. Tons of bud sites. Very happy with this batch so far! Nutrients every watering this week. These girls will now get one watering of just ph water, then the next watering will be the last watering with nitrogen. After that, we kick the bloom phase into overdrive. They will get micro, bloom, and advanced big bud. Every watering, for the rest of their lives. Grow-5ml Micro- 5ml Bloom- 5ml Recharge once a week.. Very much looking forward to these ladies! I have 4 of the auto cheese by seedsman running and they are all identical phenos! Looking great!

It was a last week of flowering. Next week will post a photos of a harvest. Some conclusions from the current grow- It is looks like there was too much light. Many top leaves were too dry. Next grow will use only one 240W lamp

D29. It's a wee bit early, but I will start counting this week as the first week of flower. The first girl is showing pre-flowers, and the second one is lagging but should soon catch up. I gave each 1.25 liters of water @ pH 6.8, mixed with humic acid, fulvic acid, sprouted seed tea, and bokashi juice. More LST and the DLI bumped to 40. ------------------------------ D32. The girls are simply doing their thing. ------------------------------ D35. This has been an eventful week, to say the least. The girls have exploded. Especially the second girl, as she is almost bigger than the first, even though she has been trailing since the start. She is pushing so hard that the nutrition in the soil has a tough time keeping up, which is noticeable due to the lighter green color. It could be the genetics, but I suspect that feeding sprouted seed tea twice during the week also had some part in it. A couple of days ago, I brewed a compost tea for 8 hours – a simple tea consisting of wormcastings, kelp, rock dust, and molasses. Each girl got 2 liters of tea @ pH 6.7, with sprouted seed tea, humic acid, and fulvic acid added to it. The first girl has just started to show the beginning of hedgehogs but none so far on the second. Even though there are no proper flowers, the apartment is still starting to smell quite a lot. I had to turn up the exhaust in the tent, and I'm concerned about how "bad" this might get as we progress into flower. I'm continuing with LST as the girls are growing and stretching. I almost accidentally topped the second girl due to my overzealous wire tightening. Oops... DLI is set to 45, where I will leave it until we're further into flower. ------------------------------

This weeks been hectic! Iv had a lot of training to do and a fair amount of defoliation - all only done until my plant had no feed left. Iv signed up to a couple of patreon accounts : ‘Willymyco’ and ‘DGC - dude grows podcast’s. Another great podcast. However, over the past week there’s been a heatwave and I accidentally pulled the red on/off plastic valve from the res for a second , it’s all good and just went on insulated wires
so I just mopped it up. I changed it to a mars hydro ts-1000w, and then the ts-600. Glad the dimmer works though or temps will be insane! I am still thinking of putting in the fc-e3000 but if I do that I’m going to have to take out the stoppers from the ends and hacksaw some off. It’s only cheap aluminium and then I’m going to think about removing one of the light strips if I can. Then I’ll just keep it low. It’s still weird working with a plant they suggested, un-topped— this is the first time i have done this in my life - I have literally always - HST’d, using the early veg stage and making used of the time for it to heal.

Day 113 The leaves are still a healthy green, with only minor fading visible on the lower foliage, which is expected at this stage as the plant begins to draw stored nutrients from older leaves. The sugar leaves surrounding the buds show a perfect balance of color, and the pistils are gradually turning amber and curling inward, signaling that the harvest window is approaching. The plant's overall posture is strong, with branches supporting the weight of the buds nicely - a good indicator of strong stems and well-managed airflow. The grow space looks clean and stable, maintaining ideal environmental control for these crucial final days.

Our little Do Si Dos has started to flower, the main lining has given it a very nice bonsai look, there are a good number of buds that are coming up. The plant is an exemplary with a very short internodal distance, the mini brunches were growing and becoming lignified quickly. It probably won't produce a lot of grass but it will be very beautiful to look at, full of resin and flower quality for sure. I deal with the image of cannabis and the eye also wants its part, what can I say. We are still using soil, feeding and all the recommended additives from Plagron 100% organic. We have moved on to the flowering start schedule that keeps the same Power Roots additives - Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant dear in my house for obvious reasons of Biscotti. Of course the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom. The Green Sensation when the flowers are already a bit swollen, do not start immediately. The Power Buds must immediately stimulate the start and development of the buds. ---- Decide on the right soil and calculate your fertilizer schedule based on the soil on the official website. -- www.plagron.com Try a seed of this strain that drives us crazy.. ---- https://www.zamnesia.io/en/10664-zamnesia-seeds-do-si-dos-f1-automatic.html Zamnesia Description // From the team at Zamnesia Seeds comes Do-Si-Dos F1 Automatic. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil.
