420DeepGrow I comment day by day for better tracking. Day 8: 🔹Resting 😴 Day 9: 🔹Transplanted to 1-liter pots (in the next grows, I will put directly in 1-liter pots). 🔹 Watering with a solution of 2ml/l of acti-vera from BioBizz, Ec: 600 and pH at 5.9. Always based on a water Ec of 400. 🔹 Foliar feeding with a solution of acti-vera from Bio Bizz about 2 to 3 times a day. 🔹 I apply diatomaceous earth on the substrate, half a teaspoon of coffee for each 1-liter pot for pest control. Day 10: 🔹 Foliar feeding 2 to 3 times a day with acti-vera from Bio Bizz. 🔹 Lowered the light height to 50 cm away from the plants. Day 12: 🔹 I apply foliar 1ml/l Acti-vera BioBizz + 0.1ml/l and pH at 6.0. 🔹 I loosen the soil on top with some tweezers to aerate the substrate. Day 13: 🔹 Watering with 0.2ml/l Acti-vera and 0.01 Rootbastic, Ec 1000 and pH 5.9. 🔹 I put some wooden stakes for better stability and plant development. Day 14: 🔹 I apply foliar 1ml/l Acti-vera BioBizz + 0.1ml/l and pH at 6.0.

420DeepGrow Day 15: 🔹 First watering with the entire range of BioBizz products, an EC adjusted to 900 and pH at 6.2. I add Rootbastic for root improvement. 🔹 I keep spraying the plants with an EC of 400ml, with acti-vera and Rootbastic. They’re doing great, with no burns or signs of any deficiencies. 🔹 I added a hygrometer to the cabinet, which is connected to the extractor and the humidifier that I also added to improve the growing conditions. Day 16: 🔹 I spray the plants 2-3 times a day with Rootbastic at 0.1ml and Acti-vera BioBizz at 1ml/l Day 17: 🔹 Watering according to the nutrient chart with an EC of 1000ms and I spray the plants when they wake up with rooting solution and an EC of 300. Day 18: I apply foliar 2-3 times a day a solution of Rootbastic at 0.1ml per liter. Day 19: 🔹 Transplanted to a final pot of 11 liters. 🔹 I apply Special THC Plus foliar at the minimum base established by the manufacturer, as in about 10 days I will switch to flowering. 🔹 Watering with a light nutrient solution EC of 900 and a pH of 6.2. Day 20: 🔹 I apply foliar 2 times a day a solution of Rootbastic at 0.2ml per liter. 🔹 Application of diatomaceous earth in the new pots to prevent future pests. I should mention that it’s the first time I’m using it and it has worked great for the grow. I sprinkle a tablespoon over each pot on top of the substrate. Day 21: 🔹 Rest. I should mention that the transplant has worked great for them.

420DeepGrow Day 22: 🔹Watering according to the BioBizz nutrient chart with an EC of 900 and a pH of 6.2. 🔹Spraying with Rootbastic at 0.15ml/l. ✳️Note: I think I will finally switch them to flowering on Saturday, 12/12. They will now have been growing for about 3/4 weeks with a 5-day difference (there are some plants I put in later). Day 23: 🔹Spraying with Rootbastic at 0.1ml/l. 🔹I need to water again, I applied too little water (250ml per pot) and I will apply 370ml per pot since I don't have more chlorine-free water. Next time I will water them with 1/2 liter each. Watering according to the Biobizz chart with a low EC of 900-1000ppm.

420DeepGrow Day 23 = Day 1 Flowering🔹Changed the photoperiod to 12/12. I couldn't wait any longer. 📅 Day 2: 🔹Watering according to the nutrient chart with an EC of 1000. 🔹Pruned 1 lower node per plant. In one or two days, I'll remove the other one to avoid stress. 📅 Day 3: 🔹Sprayed with Rootbastic at 0.1ml/l. 🔹Pruned the second lower node. 📅 Day 4: 🔹Sprayed with Acti-vera and Alg-a-mic, 1 and 1 ml/l respectively. 🔹Placed the smaller plants in the spot with the most light. 🔹I should point out that the plants have been without a pH meter until today, so I have to be proud of the results. 📅 Day 5: 🔹Sprayed with Acti-vera and Alg-a-mic, 1 and 1 ml/l respectively. 📅 Day 6: 🔹Sprayed with Acti-vera and Alg-a-mic, 1 and 1 ml/l respectively. 🔹Filled the pots with missing soil after watering. 📅 Day 7: 🔹Watering according to the nutrient chart, I've been five days without watering since I soaked the substrate too much. This time I'll apply a little less.

420DeepGrow The first week has gone well, I want to highlight that next time, I will stress the plants as little as possible, since if you want a quick and healthy harvest, I think the best thing is not to stress the plants, no stress or crap, just let them develop as if they were on their own. 📅 Day 8: 🔹 I spray the leaves with Rootbastic from Atami at 0.15 ml/liter. 🔹 First pre-flowers appear. 📅 Day 9: 🔹 Last spray with Acti Vera and Alg-A-Mic at 1 ml/liter respectively. Starting from day 11, no more foliar fertilizers will be applied to control humidity in the grow room and thus avoid these humidity levels from skyrocketing. 📅 Day 10: 🔹 Last spray with Special THC PLUS. 📅 Day 11: 🔹 Watering according to the nutrient chart and lowering the water dose since I overwatered. I apply 350ml and will increase when I notice it doesn't stay wet for 24 hours. 🔹 I change the pots' saucers for an 80 x 80 tray to better water and not disturb the plants, it fits just right. I place it on a 60 x 60 cm metal table. 📅 Day 12: 🔹 Low Stress 📅 Day 13: 🔹 Watering according to the BioBizz fertilizer chart. 📅 Day 14: 🔹 I connect the CO2 to 630 ppm to see if they stretch a bit more.

420DeepGrow The second week went well; for the plants that were stretching more, I applied Low Stress to keep their height even. Of the 3 strains I have, this one has shown pre-flowers the earliest. One mistake I keep repeating is not having an EC-PH meter, and another has been overwatering. I’ll connect the CO2 soon to 630ppm to see if I can get a good stretch this week. 📅 Day 15: 🔹 Rest 📅 Day 16: 🔹 Watering according to the nutrient chart. Connecting CO2 to 700ppm. 📅 Day 17: 🔹 Low Stress to give more light to the lower branches and give them more space to develop. I'm not removing leaves because I think it takes away the panels that feed them. Yesterday's watering did them very well, and they are finally drinking the water quickly. 📅 Day 18: 🔹 Rest, noting that I activated the CO2 to 730ppm and mentioning that they drank all the water; tomorrow is watering day. 📅 Day 19: 🔹 Watering according to the nutrient chart. The EC was 2000 and the pH was 6.3.

420DeepGrow The third week has gone well, they've stretched less than I wanted due to overwatering, learned for next time. 📅 Day 22:🔹 Continuing with Low Stress until they stop growing. 📅 Day 23:🔹 Rest (I'm not home) 📅 Day 24:🔹 Watering according to the nutrient chart, EC 1500, PH 6.3 and a drainage of 10%. 📅 Day 25:🔹 Letting them finish stretching calmly. 📅 Day 26:🔹 Rest 📅 Day 27:🔹 Watering according to week 4 nutrient chart. I'm applying the full amount from the chart since with CO2 they eat a lot. 📅 Day 28:🔹 Adjusting the leaves with Low Stress for better light penetration ☀️, I'm anti-defoliation since I believe the leaves are the panels that absorb light and direct that energy to flower formation.

420DeepGrow In the fourth week, I've had a little problem; I brought the light too close and stressed the plants, so they haven't stretched as they should. 📅 Day 29:🔹Rest 📅 Day 30:🔹Rest 📅 Day 31:🔹Watering according to the nutrient chart EC 2800 pH 6.4. I've noticed that the plants have stretched a lot and have been delayed in flower formation due to the proximity of the LED light; one plant lost pigmentation and is recovering as I increase the distance from the light. I think they recovered from this stress and flowering is still on track. I'm not sure if a 65w full spectrum LED is enough. 📅 Day 32:🔹Pruned some lower branches and defoliated. 📅 Day 33:🔹Rest. 📅 Day 34:🔹Watering according to the nutrient chart with pH at 6.3. I will apply 1 liter per plant to remove excess salts and have a good explosion of buds. 📅 Day 35:🔹After getting all the parameters in order, they've made a big change. The fan had stopped blowing air and I hadn't noticed; I bought a new one and now they're exploding day by day.

420DeepGrow The flowering continues slowly, it’s definitely due to the power of the lamp, it's 65w of Samsung LEDs, this week I’ll get another one for reinforcement, it should improve everything quite a bit.... It's all about learning more and more until mastering the technique, the important thing is to see and learn from mistakes. 📅 Day 35:🔹Relax

420DeepGrowstarted grow question 4y ago
Does anyone know why the flowering is going so slow and the buds are so small? Could it be overfeeding or lack of light? The drainage pH is at 5.4, I think that's low, and the drainage EC is at 4000.

420DeepGrow Yes, I finally poisoned these girls, the substrate came with a higher EC than I thought and since I didn't have a pH and EC meter at the beginning, plus my serious mistake of fertilizing and fertilizing without control or checking the EC of the percolations. From now on, I will only water with water and very few nutrients, not exceeding an EC of 0.5.

@LegacyMarketFarm, if you look at my latest photo, I'm using my own technique to let more light in, I just arrange the leaves instead of cutting them.... What do you think?

@420DeepGrow, Hey friend, This is deffinately a workable idea to help light get get to more parts of the plant. Good work friend, I will send you some very detailed links to defoliation techniques we use then hopefully my videos will help you too. Those plants look great keep up the amazing work and do the dry and cure right you will for sure be rewarded with a great joint and lots more!

Slowly start tapering down the humidity. Also if you don't have them already get yourself a PAR meter and a Thermal Laser Gun so you can read the temperature of your plants and get the full potential from your lights. Your Veg. temperatures seem nice and tight. Once you get to weeks 4-6 of flower you will want to open your temperature gaps more than 10 degrees during lights on and off. Just watch for them to finish their vertical growth first. Or else it will cause them to stretch if you time it wrong. The only other recommendation I could give is if you have not already researched VPD " Vapor Pressure Deficit" and how it relates to growing cannabis.

@LegacyMarketFarm, thank you so much, my friend! I'm sure we will share a lot of knowledge on the subject. My family has been growing outdoors for over 40 years. I have some seeds from 1994 - 2000, and I think I’ll check to see if I get lucky and one of them germinates. They were cannabis strains with a field flavor, like mountain herbs... Difficult but not impossible. Thanks again for the CO2 info!

@420DeepGrow, No problem friend it is great to have your support. I look forward to the sharing of information I truly believe there is so much to learn about cannabis and so many variables that not any one single person can perfect growing it. It will take collaboration and teamwork amongst many growers to reach that end point of the evolution of perfecting the growing of cannabis and I hope to help that happen.

@420DeepGrow, Thank you so much friend for those kind words it means so much to hear from you that we have your support. Each and every person who supports this goal and dream of mine is helping me achieve it. I cannot express my gratitude enough for that, The least I can do is provide the community with in-depth great video content and tutorials to help all levels of growers get better at what they love to do. I even get to learn along the way as well which is great. So thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Nice healthy start! She's got good color and structure. I'm working on getting my seedlings to look this good - would appreciate if you could take a look at my diary and drop some advice? Thanks! 🌱
