This is just a beautiful strain to grow. The leaves have a rich dark green appearance and the shape is a mix of fatter indica leaves and longer sativa leaves. It's tendency is a fairly manageable and predictable grow/stretch and it responds well to training and powerful lights. The leaves on one of them changed colour at the end of flush and went yellow with some purples and pinks but the buds themselves have almost a silver glow to them. The pistils come out in early flower in a very strong, spikey and symmetrical way that amplifies the cool glow given off by the trichomes. With the rich, dark, beautiful leaves, the whole appearance is really beautiful and otherworldly. One of the Wedding Cake plants self-pollenated and there are some seeds in the CBD Blue Shark, but they're few and far between. It's not a disaster like the Wedding Cake. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this strain. The plants were hardy, easy to work with and forgiving of mistakes and experiments. The flowers looked amazing through every stage of development, and the finished product smells great, tastes great, looks great, and makes you feel great. This is my favourite strain to grow so far.

Another straightforward week in the grow room. All three Phenos continue to look fine with good leaf color. I've been working on this super soil recipe for three grows now. I learn a little more with each attempt and come to find this particular blend in larger 7 gallon grow bags IMHO is passing the eye test. All three are in stretch, so I'll continue to keep an eye out over the next 2-3 weeks. In the 3x3, I have manage height. No additional feedings just watered ph'd between 5.8 and 6.2. I do water at top as well as bottom (wicking). These girls are already beginning to exhibit a loud smell. Just bought a new carbon filter, which I will swap out today. This closes out the week. 4th week of vegetation The fourth week of vegetation has started, and we are preparing to switch the light cycle to 12/12 for flowering. So far, everything is going great—Xpert Nutrients fertilizers have started showing fantastic results, and our lady is looking wonderful. As I am writing this I have just trimmed and jarred my second grow🤠 I managed to pull 203.9 grams. Nearly half a pound off 1 plant, which I am extremely proud of😁 I haven’t smoked her yet as I don’t want to spoil the experience. I’ll wait a good 3 weeks to a month before enjoy this lovely lady. I did unfortunately find a couple undeveloped seeds. She must have thrown nanners early on which I thought was odd because I didn’t even flower for 9 weeks. I guess she just really wanted to come down quick. So I can’t be too mad at her about that. Overall, for my second grow I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Sooo it's a new week, super important week, taking clones Saturday morning got my Grodan 1.5 inch cubes washed and soaked in 5.8 Ph water and light feed solution with Cropsalt S/O! Fire nutrients!!! Gunna then plug them with Clonex and set them in the tray will start the next diary for that monday!!! ALSO flipping light schedule to 12/12 on Monday to Flower!!! Also I upped the nutrients as I will be switching to flower and I will continue as directed for 21 days and then introduce flowering nutrients other then that she is steady growing and stretching serious praying leaves up top stay tuned gang! Day 29. All goes well and easy, now i know size of pot, its around 720 ml . Girl is stretching, but not so bad, was thinking to take off few bottom branches - but i will leave her untrained i think. In few days i will water her, but generally she drinks almost nothing, compared to girls grown in tents with good air, light and humidity .... Stem went still nice even without any fan, she is stiff ... Found my first Liberties, wonderful mushroom trip ;)))) Day 30. She is healthy green and i think if i will need to add anything - it will be potassium in middle of flower, maybe even nothing ... Girl started to drink faster. Think tomorrow is watering day again .... Day 31. 70 ml of 6.3 ph water in. Before it sprinkled 1g. of BioSys. Day 34. 150ml in !!! Had some run off and collected it. Think it will be enough for 3-4 days, girl is drinking a lot recently ;) Happy Growing !!!!

Week 6 of growth was another bumpy ride. Temperatures climbed up to 27–30 °C (Celsius), which is definitely on the hot side, and humidity sometimes dropped as low as 40–45%. That combo put some serious stress on the plant. To fix it, I made a simple but effective move: I turned off the exhaust fan. Right away, humidity went up to about 70%, and the plant clearly started looking more comfortable. She seems to be handling these new conditions much better. I did make a mistake this week, though. Wanting to push growth a little too fast, I cranked up the light intensity too quickly, jumping from 300 to nearly 600 PPFD. With humidity already so low, that sudden boost dried the plant out. She definitely felt it, but I caught it in time, adjusted back, and now she’s recovering well. A bit of lost time, but nothing dramatic. The real highlight of the week has to be the Athena nutrients. The pH stayed locked at 6.1 from start to finish, without moving at all. I really appreciate that kind of stability, and I’m excited to see how it will impact the plant’s health and growth over the next few weeks.

12.5.25: I watered with some more Trace again. She's feeding well and needs watering more often again. I upped the dose of Trace as I've noticed that there are some purple hues coming back on the stems. 13.5.25: I have removed all fabric ties on the plant. I think we have stopped stretching, so the sooner, the better. I keep getting my watering can caught in them all, and it was only a matter of time before I ended up snapping more branches off 😅 The fewer things in my way, the better 🤫 15.5.25: I watered today as the pot had dried out almost. The plant was watered with dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with the following nutrients per 6.5 litres; ♡ 7ml Trace by Ecothrive ♡ 1/2 Tsp Sea K(elp) by Greenleaf nutrients The plants received the amounts below. HULKBERRY: 1l FASTBUDS: 2l NORTHERN LIGHTS: 3.5l I am not giving any further nitrogen at this stage. They had a couple of doses in the past week or so. I'm sure they don't need any more. So, I'm just using the kelp as it's packed full of goodness and high in potassium. I also suspect an excess of phosphorus. So I'm also leaving that out for the time being. There are still some red stems on the plants. added the Ecothrive trace for the last few waterings. I'm hoping it will resolve without any further intervention. 16.5.25: I watered Northern Lights with 3ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with: ♡ 1/2 Tsp Sea K(elp) by Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 7ml Trace by Ecothrive Measurements per 6.5ltrs. PPM: 670 PH: 6.4 17.5.25: I watered again today with 2ltrs of the above PH'D to 6.2. Parameters remaining the same. The plant is increasingly thirsty, so the waterings have again needed to be increased. As we're reaching deep into flowering, this is par for the course. I'm mostly using coco, perlite worm castings. Etc. So it's very easy for my pots to dry out. I need to keep on top of it. As the pots dry out, the microbes are lost, and so keeping everything moist and healthy is imperative. That's why I add Ecothrive Biosys regularly to ensure I keep up with the microbial life in the soil biology. To avoid PH lockout. 18.5.25: I watered again, with the same parameters as yesterday. Day 50 since seed touched soil. From now on all is in stable position. AK will always be in right corner from now. Biggest, fattest girl in all garden, takes a bit effort to bend even few top, stacked and fat ;) 5 liters went in, want good run off and saturation. Later today will install second level of scrog. Reposition all shoots, some are lost, i almost regret instaling scrog, lost control of even height a bit, but canopy is very dense, branches went fatter during that week, i am happy . Mars TSL2000 is on 80% will increase to 90% at the end of this week. Day 53. Second level of scrog almost eaten, will have to make third, plus heavy clearing awaits next week ... Day 54. Think tomorrow is watering day. Girls need good clearing, bottom canopy been canibalised heavily, lack off air shows a lot. Will do third level of scrog together with watering. Happy Growing !!!

Day 64 05/07/24 Friday Start of week Big feed today 4L pH 6.2 only 20% run off. So I have done final LST on her, I'm proud of what she has grown into over this veg period. What a BEAST 🙌💪🤯💚 I'm allowing this week to be final veg week before I flip her. She has so many tops I'll count them and add to diary tomorrow ✌️💚 Day 65 06/07/24 Saturday The day after LST, she has bounced straight back 💪, she's a damn beast 👌 Picture update Day 66 07/07/24 Sunday Watering with De-chlorinated tap water, pH 6.0 and added cal-mag 7ml for 5L. No run off but bottom of fabric pot is lovely and moist so will leave it there today 😁 Day 67 08/07/24 Monday De-chlorinated tap watering today 5L with DyNoMyCo. Hoping this will help root zone uptake more nutrients during flush- we will see. Updated short video Day 69 10/07/24 Wednesday Feed today! De-chlorinated tap water pH 6.0. did a 3L run through had about 1ltr run off due to high humidity this week, she never needed it I guess. But just wanted something to pull fresh oxygen through substrate. She's getting so damn big, have to flip her tomorrow else she'll never fit under 600w hps in tent 🤦‍♂️😍

Feb 11th Week 8 is off to a good start. - lite-cycle; 11.5 hrs on, 12.5 hrs off - reducing rapidstart / CaliMag - increasing molasses - Reducing Volume of water > 14L next feed. Only 4 feeds till flush if all goes well. Feb 13th - USB scope shows that there is still a lot of development to come. Trichomes still showing clear in many areas. - 3 areas were checked & it’s 50/50 with clear / cloudy trichomes. Week 8 of Flower from a proposed 11-13 -no food tonight, soil still damp 15th - Lite cycle down to 11 hrs on, 13 off Feb 16th - reduced UVB time by an hour. Using 5 in total ( 2x 2.5 hrs ) - down to 3 feeds; before flush. Trichomes will be checked 1st - raised light a bit ~ 19” from closest Bud - planning Flush -targeting 40% RH 18th - finishing week 8 of Flower with a proactive move on shortening the lite-cycle again; 10 On - 14 Off. Goal is to promote Resin production, Bud-filling and hopefully bring the show to a tidy finish, on-time. - Took a few pictures last nite, posting later today - Calyxes really seem to be swelling and filling in
