Everything went good last, these girls have a ton of foliage and some of the fan leaves are getting as huge so I’m forced to remove a lot of the larger ones to make room for all the sprouts coming up, they are everywhere! Very packed screen so I’m kinda forced to let them come up soon, they seem to be keeping pretty low so far though so we will see. Overall was a successful week and we are trucking along. Cheers💨

Building the RDWC set up was quite the process. A couple minor leaks, but I was able to take care of them. I'm now 11/11 in rapid rooters so I won't suggest anything else. No pre germination. I prepared the rooters, put the seeds in, and 3 days later they came up. This is my 3rd run using the same batch of 50 rapid rooters. I freeze the extras and pull them out a day before use. Pure Ice cream is growing great under the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights, in the Athena blended line nutrition. I think she started to get light stress or burn. So I kinda adjusted her to not be right under it so close. She has a sweet creamy smell. Cokas are looking good, and frosty. Just waiting on her to bulk more. There seems to be 2 main phenos, one with big Christmas tree shaped buds, and one with tight GG#4 shaped buds, all are covered in trichomes, especially the #3 pheno I found, Ill be re-vegging it to make sure I get clones to play with. I don't have the wet weight, but it seems to be between 4-5lbs, I'll have an accurate dry weight soon. This stuff is amazing on the nose, super gassy scent and flavor, extracts really well, and the trichomes don't amber easily. It seemed to stretch quite a bit under an hps light, I want to try running my MH bulb for the first 2-3 weeks in flower

Week 7 of

Vứt nó ngoài trời vậy k biết baoh ra hoa. Tưới nước kệ cụ nó thôi :)) Cuối ngày 15/09 lst. Làm compost tea để mai tưới. Phun lá vitazyme + rong biển theo định kì tuần 1 lần. Tỉ lệ 1,5ml vitazyme+ 0,5 rong biển 17/09: đêm nay sẽ mưa và tôi quyết định sẽ lên thăm cây 1 chút, sau khi tưới compost hồi sáng thì mọi thứ vẫn ổn. Tôi dùng 1,5 nắp rỉ mật cho 8l nước, 1 chút phân trùn quế và vi sinh vật chứa: tricho và bacilus. Sục khí chỉ trong 14-16h khiến tôi quan ngại về vấn đề cháy lá nhưng không, chúng vẫn ổn và có vẻ đang phát triển tốt hơn bao giờ hết. :D 18/09: sau 1 đêm mưa gió sáng hôm sau trời nắng đẹp, tôi quyết định sẽ uốn chúng xuống thêm chút nữa và chúng hồi phục hẳn vào ngày hôm sau. 19/09: do thấy chúng hồi nhanh nên tôi đấm nốt cây bị lưỡng bên cạnh cho hồi 1 thể :)) 21/09: tỉa lá quạt của cây cái và uốn lại cây lưỡng tính. Từ hôm nay trở đi tôi sẽ xịt nhện đỏ bằng nước trắng rửa lá cây vào mỗi buổi chiều. Hết tuần

Day 44 = 28.09.19 Day 46 _ 30.09.19 very healthy Big buds Good days

Another Veg week down and heading into flowering... 'Good Girl' is looking great. She has good color and pre-flower development so I'm really happy with where she's at since she's basically on par with the Euphoria as far as size and shape. 'Problem Child' however is... Well you guessed it, having problems😜 I made a short video this week to show you what's going on. If anyone has any recommendations that would be appreciated, otherwise I'll give her more dolomite lime and some trace minerals to see what that does, since she seemed to respond well to the Lime before. I would just like to get her sorted since this is a crucial time. It's very frustrating since both of these plants are the same strain raised in the same soil given the same nutrients and the same environmental conditions and the difference between them😩 I think more than one factor may be causing the problem. She did get a little heat stressed early on just like Euphoria, but unlike Euphoria she never quite fully recovered from it. Some might argue that it's nute burn but I don't think so given her chlorosis. I think it's likely a nute ratio that's off, and after doing a little research it may very well be a Potassium Deficiency. Therefore adding kelp meal would be a good bet and I was already planning on starting to add in molasses now that we're switching over to flower. I just hope I can get her figured out and into a decent groove so that she'll produce some nice flowers🙏

This is the tester strain sent to me by @toon_town it's a #saskatoonberry x #afghani mystery .. She has been great since day one very good growth rate excellent structure and lots of bud sites formed and filling out .. she has 7 friends to start but we down to three two females and a male plant .. The selected male show resistance to cold, humidity, lack of water .. the male had lots of growth and will make a suitable plant for some pollen ...

Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... Week 9 - Day 63 - 26/11/19 Im so grateful to be a part of this community and to be at this milestone so to speak :) had an amazing time growing this plant, thanks to everyone who had a look or contributed to my diary! Harvest was fun but that little 16cm tall plant stunk my whole house out of cheese when i started trimming her :) Added a few photos and videos of the harvesting, i got a little ball of hash off the scissors which i smoked in a bong and it was nice! very hashy! its taken about 2 hours to finish trimming but ive stored all the trim in the freezer along with the dwarf trim from my last diary :) im making cannabutter and edibles this week. really excited for that. So i hung my drying rack outside the tent beside the passive intake. temps are between 20-22c in the room so it should dry fine and im hoping the passive intake will drag the smell in and keep it sort of fresh in the room :) This diary has got me excited for my Quick One plant as its much taller and has colas like arms :D. Il update in 3-7 days when buds are dried and then il be updating a lot throughout curing :) Day 65 - 28/11/19 Still drying these buds :) they look much smaller now, i smoked a small bud and although its much drier than harvest its still spongy/sticky and stretchy when breaking apart so 2-3 more days drying i think. Smell is wonderful especially if you get it on your hands, its like tropical fruit cheese and the effects of thc are not as pronounced with this strain but i felt very relaxed, no muscle pain etc and no paranoia or anxiety. i havent had a clear relaxed headspace before bed in a very long time. Any 1:1 THC/CBD is a must grow, give it a try if you havent already, i couldnt have picked a better starter medical plant as i love a good old cheese strain :) And i made some cannabutter out of the 59g of sugar leaves i got from this diary and my first diary. il have to upload a few pictures of the process later and let you all know if the cannabutter worked in my brownies :) Day 66 - 29/11/19 Started curing and added a photo to show :) buds were at 59-60% when left in the jar alone for a few hours so i threw in my boveda 58% pack and started burping 5-6 times per day :) i could have cured for a week before adding the boveda pack but i had barely any bud in the huge jar so i thought it would be wise to add the boveda to prevent mold and to keep it curing perfectly! Day 67 - 30/11/19 Posted a picture of a handful of buds :) i smoked a few in a bong and had a joint and it left me nice and medicated! no anxiety no paranoia nicely locked to the couch and sleepy. perfect nightime smoke as it wont trip you out or mess with your head, just a nice happy little mellow buzz! Flavour hasnt really came through yet, not sure what to expect as im a newbie but its slightly like cheese/flowery/herbs. Curing is definitely helping every day! the smell is getting better, buds are getting really smooth and they look amazing also! really excited for the next few weeks curing :) Final Update - Day 69 - 02/12/19 Finally here at the end of this diary and i have to say i loved growing this plant. it was a dark green colour throughout growing and took whatever i threw at it. Buds are nice and dry and curing well. i saved the best buds until last and added a couple of photos of them and a video also! they are covered in trichomes and feel great. Not much of a smell from the buds and it tastes like a sweet floral cheese mixture. Im pretty couchlocked from a bong of this strain so im gonna end this diary here and go relax but many thanks for following along folks and take a look at my other diaries if you get a chance :) Peace!

My husband and I defoliated again the other day, we did this to expose every bud to direct light and to remove any light damaged leaf so we can track how the new growth looks.. but despite this hiccup her buds are fattening up super fast, she looks a little beyond the 5th week of flower imo but iv'e noticed this is usually the case whenever we flower super old plants (anyone else notice this?) .. There's really not too much else to report, it's been an effortless week.. I'm so excited to see the final outcome of this plant, we may actually put in the effort of weighing buds this time lmoa.. The plants are on autopilot and beginning to stack buds and put on trichomes. I raised the lights because there was slight light bleaching on the tops of a few colas. The left pheno is going to take longer to flower i can tell. The right pheno is finishing quicker and has much smaller yet frostier nugs.

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds.
