Soaked for 20 mins in water, straight into substrate. Never had a seed fail with this method. This girl is currently in the prop tank but will go under the soon to arrive SP150 until my main budbox pro tent is free. My critical kush is due to finish with the new year and that's when this 24k will enter her flower tent. I'll be taking cuttings to grow a mother from if the genetics are good, otherwise I'll be trying again from seed next round. I have two seeds remaining.
Potted her up once and will do again today or tomorrow. I've moved away from my Canna brand medium as I think it's falvouring my harvests. I'm not trying the Tropic Bat Mix from Growell. 40% coco, 60% peat. Full of Bat Guano for flavour!
Potted up with a generous helping of Great White Myco and she's ready for a pot up again after just 2 days!
She's yellowing a bit already but think that's as I haven't fed her any nutrients yet. She'll get her first dosage next feed, as she's potted up.
Stripped off lower nodes to allow focus on the tops. This girl will be manifolded like my critical. I'm trying some supercropping by crushing and twisting the main stem. My idea is not to deform growth but to still allow super highways for the nutrients. It's odd seeing no perlite in the mix but this girl seems to be loving this Tropic Bat Mix from Growell Hydroponics!
Still showing strong growth. Potted her up finally, roots are crazy!
Adjusting the LST each day to get her ready for her next round of topping.
Potted her up to an 11L grow bag and will plan to pot her up to her 25L bag a week or so before flower.
Being quite strict on the LST on this girl. A few days ago stripped the lower growth to make watering easier. I've continually tied down main tops to allow lower growth to grow out ready for clones. After I start this process will carry on with the manifolding. Plant has just recovered from her recent round of topping and she'll get one more once she's grown out a bit giving her a total of 16 tops.
I'll try to pot her up to her 25L grow bag before I do this.
Recovering from her snap well :)
Taken central tops for cuts, done another round of topping all round. Should end up with 15 evenly sized colas
Up potted to 25L, will flip ina week or so.
Flipped today 02/02/21
Stripped all nodes bar top couple yesterday and defoliated most of the fans away.
12/12 lighting from now on.
Replaced and retired all her strings for better spread. 16 Main tops.
Lights flipped 2/2/21 (date today 12/2/21)
She's taken a while to show her first pistils but she is doing so now. Stretched a fair bit so far but hoping for a bit more as still have plenty of room in this tent. She should be getting algae feed too but I'm out and awaiting a delivery. I'll be adding this in as soon as it arrives.
Defoliated all around tops to bring the main canopy of fan leaves below this (at strip level). Hoping this results in light reaching all parts of all available bud sites. Fingers crossed!
This girl is a beast. I've read this strain can be problematic but I've not noticed any issues whatsoever. Been an absolute beauty to grow and I hope she turns out good in all aspects as I'll be preserving the pheno if so.
Standard week. starting to swell. No issues really.
Wish this girl smelled more. My Bakers delight grow has set the bar high and I think this will be just an average pheno. Probably grow this strain from seed again next run unless she gets her dank on.
Defoliating heavy around the tops to keep main canopy below strip level. Aim is for even light on every single bud site, or as much as possible
