This strain smells so sweet and mint like, I love it. It’s my first time so I have no parameters for comparison, but I sure learned a lot.

Overwatered the two in the back earlier this week on day 12, not paying attention like an idiot 😫. Will resume watering as normal tomorrow, day 16. Plan on starting LST this week, depending on size. Plant in the front on the right is almost ready now. The mutant plant in the front on the left has some really weird growth, but I’m gonna see where it goes... why not?! ________________________________________ Started LST for 2 of the plants on day 17. The other 2 are still a little short but will probably be ready for LST within 3-4 days. I have now (day 19) started LST on all 4 plants. First I plant started LST on, now has the lower sites starting to fill in. Wrapping up week 3. There is one plant clearly straggling behind the others. The other 3 (including the mutant!) are responding well to LST. For now I’m sticking to leaf tucking, and have only defoliated the couple leaves sagging into the soil. Over-watering from early in the week definitely slowed growth down temporarily, but seems to be back on track now!

I can see why this strain won an award, these are some good genetics. I have never grown cannabis until now and the yield was much larger than I expected for my first grow ever, exactly 50.8 grams from a single plant in a 5 gallon fabric pot. I started low stress training at three weeks and was able to get around 9 decent sized tops with minimal daily maintenance. The quality of the bud was resinous, semi dense, with many thick trichomes and large cloudy heads which made the potency quite strong. The buds formed in intriguing sticky stacks with many pistils, buds erupted from all sides and the color was a very dark purple covered with dark orange pistils, I enjoyed simply looking at its amazing structure. The scent was very pungent and sweet berry and almost soda like. The effects were indica and sativa hybrid with a dominant indica effect. It had a very relaxing effect with a strong head high and a calming couch lock effect which I enjoyed. Overall it was a fun experience to watch the plant grow and then harvest and indulge in its dankness, I will definitely be growing another fast-buds seed soon and the quality of the buds inspired my friend to grow some gorilla cookies :).

So this week I feed the girls with a little of the living soil veg so they are still getting a helping hand. They were also given the living soil bloom and some barley which I will admit is the first time using it but so far me plus the girls are very much enjoying!! I have done the necessary light de-foliating on all 4 girls over the past 2 weeks and more LST. Happy toking guys and girls!! It was an bad 1st time DWC grow...learned some lessons the hard way.. Outcome weight is not very good but it's smokeable sticky stuff and i got alot of Hydro XP

We decided to pull out the trellis net, strip and bend her...we'll strip her again on week 3 or 4 of flower..photos like this tend to make our friends cringe but the plant doesn't seem to mind.. despite how they look after the first day of flower they always bounce back in 2-3 days more beautiful than ever <3 ...we dropped N supplements and increased bloom.. keeping PH at 5 seemed to completely fix her uptake issues...thanks for reading and happy growing everyone!! 😻

I spent the week mainly transplanting. I transplanted the Sour Diesels (ILGM) from a Jiffy Pot into a 1 gallon fabric pot.😁 I really didn't have any issues this week everything is going well 👌. The plant(s) recovered 😷 from the transplant like nothing even happened. I would guess in the next week or so I will be transplanting into a 2 gallon pot, depending on how fast she grows. I like to go up 👆 in pot size gradually. I never really believed it made a difference. I would go straight from the Jiffy Pot to my end pot (3 gal, 5gal, whatever). Then I found some 1 gallon and 2 gallon fabric pot at a really good price 😎 so I bought them. I started out just trying a few plants and kept the plants that went straight into the large pots right next to them. To my surprise 😮 I noticed a petty significant difference in growth. Now I figure for a little extra effort 💪 whether it works or not it's worth a shot.

Another steady week. These girls continue to bulk up. Many of her buds are showing some nice genetic foxtailing. I have noticed that some of the leaves only have one or three fans. The humidity continues to be a concern, but at this point I don't think there is much more I can do. I have been leaving the tent open as much as I can and running a de-humidifier, but I'm still having limited success.

She was transplanted into her final home (18 gallon), we added extra EWC to her new Promix..she's still having some nutrient uptake issues (definitely getting enough to eat)..we decided to drop her PH to 5.0 to see if this helps and we decided to hold off on flowering her until her color looks a little better... we gave a small dose of bloom, we like to do this 1-2 weeks before the start of flower with all our plants.. thanks for reading, happy growing 😻

This week went well, I did some light defoliation, and am still feeding her Calmag, maxibloom, and liquid koolbloom to boost P/K. This is the most boring part of the grow for me, because I enjoy twisting and bending and breaking, and there is not much of that to do anymore. I will say this is one of the stinkiest plants I have ever grown, and as soon as I open that tent, my entire downstairs reeks. I am guessing about two or three weeks or so to go, but I will keep an eye on the trichomes. If anyone has any suggestions for music for my videos please hit me up. Her color is looking better (my camera makes the plant look a little more lime green than it actually is) but with the amount of N going in there she should be much darker imo...we decided to go ahead and flower her anyway..we go thru and remove any large fan leaves, small/lower growth beforehand ....she has been receiving bloom nutrients for almost 2 weeks by this point and we have a spot already cleared for her 😻

This week I transplanted the Jelly Rancher plant to a Jiffy Pot from a Jiffy Pod. No problems, everything went well and my plant is continuing to grow. Sometime in the next 2 weeks I will transplant into a 1 gallon fabric pot, depending on how fast she grows.

She's growing pretty fast at this point,..we're still trying to keep her at a 45 and the main shoots free of any side branches....we aim to make a level canopy in flower about 2-3ft wide and the bottom half clean 😻👌... We're giving all the plants earthworm tea and she's up to 2 feedings a week at this stage because her color was starting to wash out ..she's going to be transplanted to her final (18gallon) home in about a week :) ,..

This week went well. The plant was large enough to be transferred to a new bigger pot. No issues or problems this week. I will have to pay more attention to temperature changes between night and day. It's hot out and the air conditioning is going on so could effect temps.
