Day 62 - Last week was a rinse. This week I returned to watering with the Fox Farm nutes, adding the Bembe and Cha Ching to the trio and Cal Mag. Day 68 - Stacking nicely and the pistols are turning red. Watered with the Fox Farm Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom, Cal Mag, Bembe and Cha Ching .

Almost ready, want to give 1 more week for some brown trichomes. Otherwise it's ready. Tones of super nice dence crystal buds. Great genetics. Last few times watering with raw cane molasses or just water. Very good genetics 💯

Hey everyone! Just a quick recap from last week: we've removed the LST bands and are letting the plants grow freely. They are looking fantastic and have developed a very dense canopy. 🌿 Now, we're at a bit of a crossroads regarding when to start the flowering phase. The back three plants from our second grow are only 23 days old, and I’d prefer not to have any plants outside the tent. Today, we're changing the light cycle from 20/4 to 18/6. This will give the plants more time to rest, which should help them grow even stronger. 🌱 The 18/6 cycle means 18 hours of light and 6 hours of darkness, providing the plants with more downtime to recuperate and grow. Excited to see how they respond to this change! Day 45 (First Grow): Hey everyone! Exciting update: we’ve built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants! 🌿 For those who don’t know, a SCROG net helps to train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it with our six plants to ensure they all get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. We've also placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. Do we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or would a dehumidifier be a better option? We’re leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Day 46 (First Grow): Hey everyone! Exciting news: the plants have names now! 🌿 This will make it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around. It should also help you all follow along more easily with the pictures we post. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to watch them grow and thrive!

FLUSH PERIOD…1ST OF 2 WEEKS NO NUTRIENTS NO CO2 This week is simply a lot of fresh air, lower temps and a lot of fresh 0.0EC RO water. First feed of the flush period I will flush the plants with 1x the pot size of water. So, I’m using 5 gallon pots…flush with 5 gallons of RO water ph’d to 5.8. Rest of the week I will feed like normal. Very little to no runoff of plain RO water. My theory is to let the plants eat the last bit of nutrients not just wash it out. This has always worked for me, so why change a good thing. One more time just in case nobody caught it on my other grow…I am looking for a few reputable growers to give me some smoke reports on what I’ve grown. DM me if you want a sample. As you can see, the buds are getting to their maximum size and we still have at least two weeks more before the final flush. As you can see i increased the CO2 in the tent, in order to get advantage from the high temperatures inside the growth space (around 27/28ºC with no thermal amplitude between day and nights), Southern Portugal had been register around 36ºC day maximum and 28ºC nights minimum, so without AC it isn't posible to drop temperature, but despite of it, the buds are thriving from day to day and the scent and coloques are impressive (some redish Buds, no foxtails whatsoever, and the terpens are just Delicious. Just added vid of completed room with fans and the beautiful girls I see Barney’s farms is now following me I love there seeds so far just ordered some more 3 new strains yay can’t wait from Montreal seed bank becasue can’t order from Barney’s farms cause I live in Canada boo but at least can still get them . My three grow runs went great overall — except for the extreme heat. The new tent and accessories from Spider Farmer performed really well. Hesi nutrients were excellent, and the Biobizz soil was fantastic

The girls have recovered well from my incompetence ( hot solution and too much light) they have took off and are getting some bushiness to them. I will be transplanting to a 2 gallon pot in the very near future. Temps have been high, but the RH has also been high so the VPD hasn’t suffered too much. Started feeding the girls about 1/3 to 1/2 cup water, and by the end of the week we were at nearly a full cup. They are drying back well, and are needing some water every third day or so…

Welcome friends to week 14. 8/6-12. I did defoilation last week of most of the feeder leaves. The goddesses let you know what they want and dont want. When I was defoliating, if the leaf was hesitant in coming off, don’t force it, because it will bring part of the bud with it.That being said, I have 3 small buds that came off during trim. Close up pics above. I have these drying on a fruit bowl in the kitchen and will give CBG a try in about 2 weeks. 8/6 No water today. Adjusting to yesterday’s defoliation, outside time and fertilization. This is day 106 since popping the soil on April 17. Based on the last auto flowers I grew, I anticipate these will be ready to harvest at the end of 2 weeks (Aug 19-20). I don’t know how long it takes for trichomes to start turning amber but I see almost 100% milky, just no amber yet. 8/7 I’m pushing an extra day without water and not running humidifier. This is pushing VPD higher into the excess range. I read that this stress can motivate the plant to make bigger buds. Harvest time will determine if that’s so. 8/8 Ferigate 3 gallons using TPS1 23.75ml, Signal 9.5ml, EC 1.19, PPM 820, ph 7.5. I only gave them 1 ½ liters each today. 8/9 No water. A woman’s place was in the home. My grandmother, father and mother were all high achievers in their careers, and interests. All won awards for their achievements in work activities, teaching, and arts. This type A behavior was instilled in me from the start. In everything I did I had to be my best. I worked a variety of jobs from jewelry sales to office clerical during high school and college. Attending school and working at the same time and maintaining straight A’s is typical A behavior. I started picking up industrial psychology courses and some business. When I got into accounting, my male accounting professor said I was really good and I should consider it. The economics of business was changing. Women were breaking the glass ceiling in large corporations with more women were becoming CEO's of big corporations. So, I changed my major of study in college from science to business and accounting. I entered a difficult field. Once out of college, I started in the accounting field and remained in the same career for over 35 years. I did not have the desire to travel the world so I remained in Tidewater. My career began as an accountant responsible for payroll and accounts payable at a hospital, then went into banking. From there, I entered government accounting and finance. Over the years, I was promoted from staff accountant to manager, then director of financial reporting at Tidewater Community College (TCC). Interestingly, I came across my mom’s college yearbook. She attended Teachers College of Connecticut (TCC). My mom began her teaching career in college, and I ended my career while working in higher education. What a coincidence! My need for perfection is causing stress and anxiety since I’m having difficulties. Even though I followed the TPS1 autoflower weekly recommendations, I still overfed. This caused nutrient lock out for which I flushed with no nutrients for 3 weeks. Once I resumed 1/4-1/2 strength the required solution, I started seeing new white pistils in the existing buds. Week 5 and PK deficiency has been corrected. Buds are building and feeds have been consistent at the high end of the maxi-bloom ratio - 2.5tsp/10L. Hopefully the higher pk strength doesn’t create any burn issues with the other, healthy plants. Some very light pruning but generally leaving them all alone. Current choice cuts are plants 1,3,4 in terms of overall resilience and moderated nute reqs. This is an all-important consideration before we also start looking at overall aesthetic pheno traits. At least for running the F3s when the time comes. This strain is proving a little more challenging to grow than expected.
