I am not happy with this strain, but I blame myself, I dried it to quick, allowed a lot of airflow in the dry closet when I should of kept the airflow as minimal as possible, slower you dry the bud, the better the result when it it comes to bud size, aesthetics, aroma, smoothness and when smoking it, the taste on your pallet will be fantastic. However I am hopeful when I bake this strain, I will be amazed 😇

It has been a very uncomfortable week, also known as the "sheep cold". Lots of wind, lots of rain and temperatures down to 5°C at night. I'm glad I built a support frame for the large plants, otherwise a few branches would have broken off. The plants in the pots are doing well, even those planted directly in the garden soil seem to be settling in. There are no pests to speak of. Not a whole lot going on this week. Did some light trimming and removed the wires. Main stem on all 4 are nice and flat, going to let the girls veg out for a few weeks and just grow up wards. Moved the lights up 16 inches to let them stretch out. I also switched light cycles.. read an article that mentioned a lot of benefits to having 8 hours on and 4 hours off. Specifically I've noticed a lot of benefits ik terms of cooling and environmental control. I havent had to push water bottles into my buckets ar all this week. And it seems to be growing at a normal rate.

The plants become surprisingly resinous and have a very pungent odor. The Strawberry Gorilla is already turning purple.

May 26 2026 She's been repotted into a 5 gallon grow bag, and that will serve as her home for the remainder of the grow. The soil in the bottom half is pro-mix all purpose, and the top half is a combination of coco coir, perlite, worm castings, biochar, blood meal, bone meal, Epsom salts, and a bit of cal-mag. Healthwise she is doing good, and also putting off a very faint aroma.
