Somewhat slacking with detailed photos from this week, been busy with the holidays/ family etc. hopefully should have a little more time to take some good ones for next week.. Not much to say, they are getting quite big! some more lower branches and leaves were removed and I've been watering every other day, about .5-.75 gal per plant until I see some run off and the top looks evenly moist. End of week 1 of flower and there are Lots of white pistils, a pleasant smell (controlled by my filter/vent) and some major stretching happening on the strongest branches. Already raised the light by a few inches twice now too keep the distance over 12 inches from these stretchy ones! 😏 Also found a large healthy looking seed in my grinder that I've saved (Mac 1 supposedly, its good smoke)

First week went without any major issues. Plants been growing fine and you can see there is 4 steams on this plant that are growing a bit taller then the rest. The SE-3000 is running at 100% rite now and with the PPM set too 1000 for the Co2 it's getting lots of light and growth. Temperature and humidity have been stable for the most part. Was having g issues with my dehumidifier tho for a few days. I believe it was over heating a bit and was auto shutting off. So the my humidity would spike up to 75-80% but luckily it was during lights off and I was home when it happened. After moving a few things around and turning it off for a hour it seems to have corrected itself. Good caz I don't really want to have to buy a new one yet lol. For my nutrients I'm slowly bring it up. By the end of week 2 I should have it closer to 1000 ppm. I also stopped using airstones in my tank because I was having a few issues. Now I'm just using a water pump on a timer. Turns off when lights turn on and the back on a hour before the turn off. I've got most of my fans now running at 100%. Only ones that are still only running at 50% are my two lower section fans. With them set to that I find the temperature and humidity at all 4 corners of the room are close enough that I should have zero issues. Well that's all for now so keep growing everyone!!!

1/4/26 1:26 AM. This is me starting a diary accidentally a day too early iced tea had some problems. The cocoa had something in it and the root hit it and it screwed up so I’ve flushed it out. I put another seed in and she’s doing just great. I’ve never had this happen before so I must’ve. The girls come back inside when the weather is uncooperative. Indoor temp is around 70 and humidity around 60-65%. Otherwise pretty much the same as prior weeks.

This orange cookie is the queen of the tent , she’s throwing out bud sites like a maniac, beautiful big strong and green I’ll be switching to 12-12 tonight or I think I’ll run out of room . Keen to see what she’ll do in stretch and then onto flower in a few weeks . I’ve got the feeling she’s gonna be special. The last orange strain from Dutch fem the orange dream was a memorable orange strain smelt like an orchard and tasted like an orange julias so I got high hopes for this one

06/01(85) - I've decided to flower for a little longer, i have cut back all the large fan leaves for this final stretch. some of the side buds are getting heavy and almost as big as the main colas. 07/01(86) - I am just dyeing to harvest her but will hold off a little longer, included a video to get a scale. I've been massively impressed by this strain so far. leaves are still a dark green 08/01(87) - This morning at 8am she has been banished to darkness, will check on in 24 hours but expecting to go 48 hours. gave last plain feed yesterday and pot is still heavy so no more water. hoping to harvest on day 89/90 (sorry for mass picture dump) 09/01(88) - Completed 24hr of darkness and checked buds for mold. water has now been used up and pot is light. Noticed the smell is easier to distinguish. going to leave for another day as I am waiting for some sieves/gloves/trimmers before I harvest. 10/01(89) - Checked this morning at 8am and the COCO was bone dry. I have now cut her down at 4pm and weight was 401g but that with stems and leaves straight from cutting (might weigh tomorrow once trimmed). I have began the trimming but have to do it in parts due to time restraints. Quick One (81 days) is now back inside the tent but is still too big. will see if its worth keeping in the next week How do others check wet weight?? I will be completing a harvest page in a few days once I have fully trimmed and dried to get final yield before curing.

Forgot to mention the ice probe has been unplugged for over a week now. Been putting a 3/4 full 1L frozen bottle in the RES to chill. Rotate out every 12hr with a fresh. At lights on, and 12hr later. Seeing more of a calcium difficiency on her fans than fading honestly. Trichomes taking their time ripening as well. I'm SURE this strain ambers up.. taking their time for me though.. dont know how long I feel comfy flushing hydro though.. I did notice a few exploded trichomes up top, which has me thinking I need to go ahead and chop within the next couple days. If I notice any more ruptured anywhere else I haven't poked it with the scope.. I'm hanging the bitch that night. May give her 24hr dark period, since I've tried some other bro-science and it seemed to help. *edit* felt bad starving WG and she's not more amber coated. Gave her a bit of nutrition tonight. GHE aggressive ripen. M-2.8mL/g G-2.8mL/g B-4.5ml/g and 5mL calmag (using RO). Came out high @ 867 so I pulled 2L and dumped 2L RO in. Sitting at 613 @ 5.9. ======================================================================================================== Day 80- well, the 3 days starving the girls kicked their metabolism back in gear. I want more amber before chop chop. They quit eating and were drinking MUCH less signaling the end. Was down to topping off once a day, maybe a liter to a liter and a half. Since feeding yesterday, they've started eating and drinking like they were on week 10 again. Topped off 3.5L in the last 16hrs. TDS dropping with water level, even more when topped off with straight RO. I'm not giving em any more nutes. Last push for some extra weight before the end. ALLOT more frosty today than yesterday as well. ======================================================================================================== Day 81- Started flushing again. Maybe starting their metabolism again will help ripen these trics. If not, they're getting chopped @ day 84. Don't want to let em go too long and regret it. I may have f'd em up feeding again after the 3 days starving. I did a few things differently than I usually do since I’ve been having problems with germination lately. I’ve grown strawpicanna before, so I know it’s not exactly an easy cultivar. Still, I experimented, and sometimes experiments fail. I’m not crying over it though - things happen in the garden you just gotta grow with the flow. 😝😝 I still have some things in the works. Just got a 10 pack of Blueberry Rose from Lovin In Her Eyes so I’ll be back with a fresher and hopefully far better diary in a few days.

This week has been wild. I had to cut the sides of the greenhouse as the plants had it bursting at the seams. These girls are all flowering beautifully and starting to frost up. Happy Growing.

July 26: Tropicana Cookies is now done a week of force flowering and is continuing to stretch. Both plants in this wagon will be tall despite being manifolded. She is well matched in the wagon with the two week older Lemon Cream Kush. Did another compost tea. It’s been a while but this is the fourth tea this season (?). See video where I explain how I make a bucket of lazy compost tea without any air pump or aerator. Seems to work. The bacteria also moderate water uptake by the plant and you really don’t need to water as much if you have been doing compost teas. July 27: noticeably stretched in the garage overnight. Right on. July 31: defoliated lower fan leaves and small bud sites. Aug 1: added top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom as the cannabis plants were showing signs of P deficiency. Blue-ish leaves and reddish petioles showing on another plant.

Close to finish, also thinking most will be done by end of week 8/9 (other than the cheese)
