Essa genética é uma cruza que fiz em algumas flores da Franco Lemon Cheese da Green House Seed. Utilizei o pólen da minha primeira planta que era um macho. Foi um processo a longo prazo. Coletei e armazenei o pólen por um ano e só depois de uns 4 ou 5 ciclos, polinizei a Franco Lemon Cheese. Todo esse processo levou em média 2 anos, e não foi nada planejado. Por aqui trabalhamos com o que temos e quando temos. A germinação foi feita no copo com água e água oxigenada volume 10. Após a radícula aparecer (3 dias) foi direto para o substrato, posicionei bem a radícula no solo e esperei a casca da semente se quebrar. Essa parte não é um processo fácil para uma pessoa ansiosa que já não estava conseguindo germinar as últimas sementes disponíveis. Mas quem diria, depois de tantos anos, uma cruza feita em casa de forma artesanal, viria a germinar… Vamos acompanhar o crescimento dessa guerreira!

Overall very pleased. All the leaves are dark green and the plants are looking very happy. I’m giving them a couple more days before they are flipping into flower. All of them handle defoliation really well but Somango is a little to bushy to really do any organized Lst. I will try after Defoliation next week and give her a bit more surface area.

This strain had a very strange behaviour. It was the first to germinate, and at first had the fastest growth. But at the 3rd week she started flowering. I've done some LST, but after entering in flower, the plant stopped entirely to grow, and I was left with only 5 branches. On the other hand, now the colas are very big, the biggest I had ever grown. They are very thicc, sticky and dense. The smell it's very delicate, a lil minty I would describe it.

Let’s Go day 29!! This week went real nice ! Girls are staying very healthy and building up nicely and even started showing signs of female sex which is super great ! We started doing a little bit of leaf tuck training method on em , nothing to big as like I said I want these girls just to do there thang an grow more on naturally side! My Air temp and Humidity have been on point all week, staying from 70-75 degrees throughout the day and humidity staying around 58-61% humidity , my girls are loving that summer an 75 feeling !! Ha sido un grow facil y divertido, hubiera sido mas grande si el tiempo hubiera acompañado durante la fase de crecimiento. El aroma es muy acido y la cantidad de tricomas es mas que considerable.

it's amazing, this growth looks much better than my first attempt, my decision was to put a smaller pot and change the light - the girl really liked it, FastBuds goriilla cookies with a small space manage perfectly:).

Another week has gone by. Still not seeing any amber trichomes but a lot seem to be going cloudy so hopefully another 2 weeks MAX for this one. Both plants are looking kinda deficient but only a week or two left so not too fussed about that. Both plants smell very sweet and are both the same smell too which suggests a nice strain stability. Still unsure which one will yield more, one being topped and one left to its own life. Hopefully next week we will see some amber!

Method 🎚️ Medium: 🥥🥥 We ran this one in an even parts soil, compost, coco and purlite mix. The hope was to minimize required nute feedings and maintenance. The addition of nute nuetral coco proved to be somewhat of a mistake and may have contributed to some unnecessary plant stress when she used up all the available natural nutes in the soil and compost. There simply wasn’t enough good stuff in the medium to see her happily through the cycle without extra supplementation. I’d do this again but leave out the coco and layer the compost at the bottom with minimal medium saturation and runoff in early/mid veg. This should achieve better results the next time round. She was entirely untrained and allowed to stretch to her highest height. A better yield definitely would’ve been derived with some topping/mainlining and training but regardless, her freak flag flew high and She went unnoticed by unwanted eyes. We won’t be able to grow high next year due to construction next door so this may be the last time I run a skyscraper outdoor in the rear yard. 1/5 volume emojis for method because there really wasn’t any training. 2/5 coconut emojis- not for the lack of training but due to the unsupportive medium amendments like the coco. Yield🌴🌴🌴 And now the part we all seem to measure with great expectation. The expectation in this case was to pull 9-12oz off this girl and we fell well short of that. For the reasons mentioned above as well as the fact that she was putting at least some of her efforts into seed production too. We spotted it pretty early on in flower and some stalks started showing signs of ball formation that every grower fears. I was really concerned she’d be a full on hermie but this didn’t happen and it seems it was just localized pollination. Probably due to an occasional, randy bumblebee that had come from elsewhere. It’s not all bad at all and we did pull a few seeds off of her that we’ll give a shot to in the future I think👍. Final yield - 7.18oz. I’m never going to complain about a quarter pound off a plant that needed almost no maintenance whatsoever👍. 3 palm tree emojis for not going full hermie and putting out enough of this magically intense bud to share with friends and family👍 Props As always, big shout-out thank you to GD for making this site accessible to us. Purple Kush might be the runt of the bunch right now, but I have high hopes for it. Even though it's lagging behind the others, it has these super vibrant, dark green leaves. There's something about them that tells me this plant is a fighter. I'm excited to see how it develops and if it'll catch up to its siblings. Last week was awesome! I finally got around to giving all my plants a little upgrade – I repotted them into some bigger homes. They're all looking so happy and healthy now, it's crazy. I can't wait to see how much they grow this year!

End of Week 4 of Flower for the Alien OG, growing wise it is a great, easy strain to grow, no issues whatsoever to this point from seedling stage..... My best grow so far! 👍🏾
