5/14 Watered today. I almost held off as it seemed there was a LITTLE moisture in the soil of the gmos. The bigger one was drier. I weighed dry soil and compared that's when I decided to water. Seeing how today is I think the fourth day since I watered I used less water. Since I' not feeding nutes yet (plenty in the soil) I'm not watering to runoff. 2 Gatorade bottles total this time. I want those roots filling the pot. I have burns on the event horizons. I think it was from the light leak. The toasted toffy seems exploding. I hope they don't get to rootbound in the 1 gallon. I think it was a good decision for the 1 gallon rather than the 3s. 5/15 Yeah they definitely liked that water. Especially the event horizons. Old burns don't heal but the are coming out of reveg and growing with a fury! The gmos are as healthy as I coupd ask. I almost topped the last gmo one (or fimmed) but it was trained before I got it and bottom branches are level with the top. The gmo I fimmed has at least four new tops growing fast. I think I'll pick up my soil tomorrow. Grow bags are ready but I need to clean up the cage and wait until the time I'd right. If I had the time I would've brought the girls outside today 5/16 Plants look amazing. It got to 80 yea6erday but the girls were inbthat nice cool room. It's getting close to the time I'm going outside and I'm getting excited! 5/17 Same. Plants still going like crazy souls still moist. 5/18 wow these l.e.d lights don't dry out the soil like an hps. Watered on the 14th and plants still look like they're happy and there is still moisture in the soil. I'll monitor and either water later today or more likely in the morning. There wasn't much if any moisture in the soil and that was only a couple plants. I WATERED TODAY AND USED APPROXIMATELY 2 AND a 1/2 GATORADE BOTTLES TOTAL. I went with my intuition and it told me they were thirsty. They were certainly light. At least I don't have to worry about overwatering. I'll grab my soil tomm and clean my grow bags. These clones are exploding in growth and leaf production. I can't wait to see how they do outside. 5/19 Seedlings are jumping right along and need transplant. I'm almost positive they are autos so I shouod plan to transplant just once. I'm planning to buy my soil tomorrow and get other odds and ends taken care of. The girls are doing great! They def enjoyed the water. Im glad I went with my intuition. Some pics wouldn't upload. Oh well. 5/20 Today is supposwd to be in the 80s. Plants AND seedlings are doing great. I think I'll grab my soil today. I'll update later. UPDATE: I BOUGHT 3 3CF 707 3 3CU FFOF AND 3 2CF HAPPY FR0G AND I HAVE A BAG OF 707 AT HOME. CAGE IS ALMOST READY. BAGS NEED TO BE SOAKED AND CLEANED AND PLANTS NEED TO START GETTING HARDENED OFF. ITS HARD TO DO ALL THIS IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING WITH A SICK WIFE BUT WE DO WHAT WE HAVE TO.

After some trial and tribulations Golden has decided to revive this diary. The ladies have been in vegetation for 90 days and it’s time to flower them. Golden is skeptical that the tent is too small but with the aggressive pruning and defoliation hopefully we will be okay. Unfortunately the Grape Diamonds did not make it and have been replaced with Apple Fritter from RQS. Bless the homie that gave her to me

It’s been a couple weeks since my last post. I’m currently in the middle of the first week of flushing. She looks like she’ll be ok.

12/23/2020 Coming into week #5 flower will add overdrive this and next week. Should be bulking up soon I'm still resistant to defoliating but I must clean up some older leaves. 05/27/2020 Finally got to defoliating a little today buds everywhere! Holy crap! Gave her some overdrive in her reservoir bucket swap, also next week I believe.

Another good week they are all coming along nicely they have a bit more room now I can get the door closed the new fan set up seems to work better and is quieter using plastic drainage pipe instead of the foil ducting was hard trying to get hold of some 8 inch pipe back to the plants well having 8 down still, sizes vary fro 50cm to 137cm they’re a few that seem to be a week or 2 behind the rest in the size of the budz but they have plenty of time to catch up. Well the beginning of a new week let’s see what it brings thanks for looking

Week 8, and my custom fit SCROG has been installed! ❤️ At Day 50 I separated my 7 gallon girls and my 5 gallon girl. Once done, I began the very easy process of adding my “floating” SCROG. I use ratchet straps, just like the ones that come with lights to secure the four corners of the screen to the top of my tent. This allows me to adjust the screen height as necessary when 1) first installing and 2) once the full stretch of flower has occurred, I can tweak it a bit to balance the canopy as best as possible. It’s not 100%, I still get some over achievers, but I find it useful as another option. I like to do a major defoliation before I set the ladies in. Typically till this time, I have done almost no defoliation, just LST and some HST techniques. I adjusted the ladies placement to allow growth out all sides of the screen, set the screen height and began tucking and bending. The defoliation and bending allows light to penetrate all those side shoots that would have amounted to nothing, and they become top shoots as they grow up and form an even canopy. I don’t like to weave, it can damage the new shoots and cause growth problems, but the goal is to get as even a coverage as you can while allowing for plant growth in all directions. Once complete, I will give the girls about a week to recover and grow those new shoots. I like to have about 80% coverage of the screen, before I change my light cycles to flower 12/12… and if they are healthy and strong. I’ll decide this weekend if it is time ❤️👊🇨🇦😎 Happy Gardening!

Blue Shark is still trucking alone nicely. No sign of bugs or nute issues. I had a friend who had issues with a couple of her Girl Scout Cookies that she's doing. She definitely had some lockout from heavy rain that we've been getting. That's why I'm glad I put down lime, but also got away from using mineral salts, because I think that was definitely an issue last year. Very happy with the reults so far of going au naturale!

Week 5 Flower — Sundae Driver Five weeks from seed, Week 5 of flower. The girls are tall, frosty, and carrying real weight. Supercrop results are showing: the knuckle site on the main top is packing beautifully and producing extra fruit around the bend. Photo sessions continue while they’re still mobile, but they’re quickly approaching the point where moving them will be risky. ⸻ From seed to here — short recap • Very short veg, early flip (11/13) to encourage a quick transition. • Strong genetics: both phenos established great branching early and then stretched in flower. • Early training: leaf-tucking and one deliberate supercrop on Pheno #2 to control a “moon-shot” top, the plant has recovered and is producing strong bud sites. • Feed strategy evolved from light steering (low solution EC) while relying on the active living soil, to a slightly stronger, targeted push now that the plants are bulk-building. ⸻ This week’s snapshot (numbers you gave) • Solution EC: ~1.78 mS/cm (after adding All-in-One Liquid) • Solution pH: ~5.87 • Water temperature: ~19.6 °C • Substrate EC (measured): ~5.75 mS/cm • Plants: ~heavy, visibly bulking, good frost and early trichome coverage; leaves lush and green. ⸻ Nutrition this week — what you added and why You’ve blended the Aptus baseline with the Plagron bloom stack and added the All-in-One Liquid this week to “boost things up a little.” The working recipe (as you’ve been using it) is: • Plagron Power Buds / Power products — PK and bloom stimulators to push flower initiation and fruit set. • Plagron Green Sensation — complex bloom stimulator (PK, micros, and biostimulants) to compact and feed flowers. • Plagron Sugar (Sugar Royal / Sugar Oil) — carbohydrate/amino support to feed microbes, aid terpene/aroma production and increase bud sugar availability. • Aptus Regulator — stress resistance, cell wall strength, improved uptake. • Aptus CalMag Boost — to prevent Ca/Mg shortages under heavier uptake. • Aptus All-in-One Liquid (added this week) — a balanced liquid feed to raise available macros and micros slightly and bring the solution EC up to ~1.78. Why this mix now: the plants are in active “bulk and stack” mode. The living soil is still providing a heavy base (substrate EC is high at ~5.75), so the water feed is being used as a steering input rather than the sole nutrient source. The Plagron items are targeted to maximize flower growth and aroma development while Aptus products protect tissue integrity and uptake efficiency under higher demand. ⸻ Soil & EC notes — some important observations • Substrate EC 5.75 is high. If the plants are clean (no tip-burn, no slowed uptake, good turgor), and runoff/pH are stable, you can continue carefully. The living soil is likely holding a lot of available ions. • Solution EC 1.78 is a meaningful step up from the earlier very-low steering feeds. Because the substrate is already rich, keep monitoring plant response closely. • Actionable checks: measure runoff EC and pH after a couple of normal waterings. If runoff EC is very high and plants start showing nutrient burn/leaf edge bronzing, consider: • reducing solution EC, and/or • performing a controlled flush with target pH water to bring substrate salts down, then back to a gentler feed. • If plants remain clean and uptake is quick, the current regime is probably supporting their needs as they bulk. ⸻ Watering & environment (practical reminders) • Keep using your moisture cues (weight or probe). Don’t overwater — allow the root zone to breathe between feeds so the microbiome stays active. • Heavy bud development brings higher transpiration and nutrient demand. Expect faster run-to-run uptake. • Support heavy colas: start planning stakes, soft ties or a light trellis now. Buds are forming weight quickly and the supercropped area can benefit from light support as it fattens. ⸻ Supercrop update — why it worked and what you saw • The deliberate bend on Pheno #2 created the classic healing “knuckle” and redirected auxins to many lateral sites. • Response: a fast curve-up, faster side-site development, and an especially productive top where the bend is located. • Recovery timeline you reported: the branch started to re-orient and carry load in just days — this is ideal. • Keep an eye on the knuckle site for any signs of localized stress or moisture build-up, but good airflow and light will reduce issues. ⸻ What to expect next (and what not to expect) Expect: • Continued bulking and calyx swelling over the next 1–3 weeks. Flower stacking accelerates as plants move past the stretch. • Increased trichome production and stronger terpenes/aroma as sugars and PK feed the resin pathway. • Faster water uptake and higher potassium/magnesium demand under heavy LEDs. • Need for physical support as colas get heavy. Don’t expect (yet): • Final resin peak or full density — that usually shows from mid to late flower (weeks 6–9+ depending on strain). • Large changes overnight — bud density and terpene maturation are gradual. • No problems automatically — a high substrate EC means vigilance; problems show first in lower leaves. ⸻ Practical tips & checklist for Week 6 planning • Measure runoff EC & pH. Log changes. If runoff EC substrate EC and plant symptoms appear, step in with a mild flush and a gentler feed after. • Keep airflow and RH optimized around flowers: small increases in RH can invite mold as buds thicken. Finalmente ci siamo quasi... Le strawberry banana sono state divise con due contenitori da 20L...la n° 1 (la più piccola) è in flush.. Mentre l'altra sta andando ancora con overdrive per questa settimana. Odore pazzesco, una corsa lunghissima dovuta a errori di ec per metà cultura.. Ora non si sbaglia più 😎 non vedo l'ora.

This week was a big week for the candy cush. I noticed upon watering her to run off, that in the same day the pot would go super dry and light weight. I also noticed stress in the leaves and roots poking out the bottom of the pot. It was time for a transplant. So far so good! Upon transplanting i performed more LST to help her fill in the pot. She went from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon. She was also defoliated thia week.
