deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 I'm kicking off the fall/winter growing season with a lot of enthusiasm and my box full of organic marijuana to make it more enjoyable. 🙋‍♂️😁 I'm going to grow 4 strains/plants from 4 different producers, unlike last season where I grew 10 plants and my grow tent got overcrowded. I had to make more space, which led to an increase in the electricity bill. I had to shape the plants into a columnar form to create horizontal space; the plants grew a lot in height, which caused a loss of light efficiency in the middle and lower parts. I also had a lot of work hauling and moving the 10 pots looking for rays of sunlight when there were any, due to my mixed indoor/outdoor growing method. The watering, care, and attention also multiplied by 10. I used different pots, textiles, and old-school ones between 7l and 11l. This season, I'm going to use the largest textile pots I have for my four grows. I have one pot of 20l, another of 17l, and two of 15l. They are new because I've never used them, and the idea is to have a vegetative growth period of 6 to 8 weeks to maximize root growth and give me time to shape the plants. This time, I'm looking for wider plants, with medium height and lots of branching. I want to make the most of my lights over the canopy. I've chosen textile pots because they definitely give me the best yields. The pot distribution will depend on the development of each of the four strains; the one that shows the best growth will win the biggest pot... let the game begin! 😁 I'm also excited because for this season I'm going to debut a collection of Bio Fertilizers that I've had fermenting anaerobically since spring, with new formulas specific for each stage of growth. I'll show them when I start using them... all for the cause! 😊 The experience gained in other seasons helps, but I'm still trying to make each grow a unique experience, with mistakes and successes... Welcome! ===================================== Mendo T from the producer The High Chameleon, the fourth and last seed of the season, I sunk it directly into a light substrate, moistened with a mix of Mountain spring water, Natural heather honey (Helps with rooting and the proliferation of substrate microbiology, provides many enzymes and minerals), Homemade auxins from powdered black beans (Natural rooting agent), Coconut water bio-fertilizer with Mountain Microorganisms (Enzymes, Hormones, Minerals), and homemade Ormus from seawater (Contains over 90 Minerals, pH regulator)... the seed popped up through the substrate after 48 hours. This seed has been under light 24/7 for 2 days now. For now, I've set up a blue LED panel of 450nm (33w), which will help with plant compacting, leaf expansion, and root creation. I keep this panel on for almost the entire vegetative growth period, even as I add other types of lights as the plants grow... let's play!! 💡 Starting next week, when the days are sunny, I'll start taking the seedlings out into the sun to feed on its fantastic light. Before starting these new grows, I did a deep cleaning in my grow tent; now it's shiny and disinfected, ready for the game! I'm starting the cultivation of this strain with a lot of enthusiasm. The producer The High Chameleon kindly sent me some seeds. I had decided not to grow sponsored seeds this season because I'm only growing 4 plants, but the cultivation concept of this producer convinced me, due to its exclusive origin and because they do organic grows with living soil mixes (Microorganisms) and their own fertilizers, techniques that are aligned with mine. I firmly believe that these seeds carry that organic upbringing in their memory and will respond extraordinarily to my care and feeding... let's play!!🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 =================================== Let's check what the producer The High Chameleon says about MENDO T: - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. THC: 18%. Flowering: 8 Weeks. Terpenes: Spicy Lavender. - Male reverse genotype: limon t Cross: Lemon Tree x Cookies & Cream F2. 2019 - The High Chameleon - EUR - Female genotype: Mendocino Purps Reg THC Selection 1996 - Pirates of CSI Humboldt, California - USA. Mendocino Purps is a legendary strain originating from the Emerald Triangle in Northern California. It is known to be the source of many purple varieties, such as Grand Daddy Purple or Purple Urkel... yes! Colors for my joy garden. 😁👍 We were lucky to recover some seeds made in 1996 by pirates from CSI in the Humboldt Valley. Mendo T is a very easy plant to grow thanks to its robust structure. However, it needs to be stripped during flowering to avoid a lack of oxygen due to the large leaves... noted!👨‍🌾 It's a very popular strain during the day because it has a good physical and cerebral balance that relaxes while keeping the tone... yes! I don't want to lose my head! 😁👍 On the flavor side, it has an incomparable floral signature compared to all other varieties. The round aromas leave a spicy lavender aftertaste for long minutes... okay, I've loved lavender since I was a baby! 😎 See you soon... CHEERS TO EVERYONE!!

deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 It's the second week of life for this seedling, hot days with very low relative humidity (40%), I spray pure water on the pots to raise the relative humidity to around 60%. To help retain moisture on the surface of the substrate, I've added a generous layer of mulch made from dry marijuana leaves from pruning... nothing goes to waste here, everything is used! 😁👍 This week I replaced the 450nm blue panel (33w) with a Full Spectrum COB (380-800nm) with a 90° lens (50w), to give more light intensity to the seedlings and achieve a more compact development. At the same time, I've reduced the light period from 24h to 20h, the days continue to be very cloudy, so I keep the seedlings under artificial light all the time. The standout seedling so far is this strain, the small fabric pot helps, but the strong genetics and the organic memory of this strain also contribute... Will this strain win the bigger pot? The water consumption is high due to the pot, which helps oxygenate the substrate, and I hope it also aids in good root proliferation... let's keep going! I think next week I can start, with this seedling, to make foliar applications with amino acids and my fruit lacto-ferment... let the game continue. ============== Info on the Mendo T strain: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Third week of life for this seedling, the weather has changed drastically, cold days with high relative humidity (70%), I've started the first foliar applications with Bio stimulants, a very mild mix (EC: 0.7), a bit of my enzymatic hydrolyzed animal protein for energy (amino acids), some vitamins and minerals with my multi-fruit lacto-ferment, and finally a bit of Bio ferment from grass and MMA with coconut water and nettle tea (minerals, enzymes, hormones, MMA), I've been making several daily applications, this week I will continue and increase the doses. This week, new light change, I've replaced the Full Spectrum COB (50w) with a 90° lens for the Spider Farmer SF 1000 at 60% power (41w), I keep this panel about 25cm from the seedlings and it gives me better results than the COB, the seedlings show great compactness, I expect great growth for this crop this week. This seedling is responding, so far it is by far the standout of the season, I think the small fabric pot helps a lot, as it mobilizes much more water than the other pots, but the strong genetics and the organic memory of this strain also contribute. I remember that the standout seedling of this season will get my largest pot (20l), the next one a 17l fabric pot, and two 15l pots for the remaining two crops... all for the cause! ============== Info on the Mendo T strain: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Fourth week of life for this great seedling, it's the standout of all the crops this season, so far it requires little attention from me. I’m still doing foliar applications with Bio nutrients, this week I’ve increased the concentration a bit, I also did a watering with the same mix and added Fish Meal on the surface before watering... all for my girls! The seedling's growth is very compact, with very short internodes, and I really like that. Today I made an apical cut to start shaping the branches. I'm not sure when I'll transplant to the final pot, but I am clear that I’m going to take my time with it because I’m looking for big plants, and for that, rooting is essential, and it’s during the vegetative growth stage that the roots expand the most. Once I transplant the 4 plants from this season, I’ll have to increase the light to cover the entire space. For now, I’m continuing with the SF 1000 panel at 60% (41w) very close to the seedlings, and on sunny days I take advantage of 5 hours of direct light; the plants love it! ============== Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one!✋👨‍🌾 Fifth week from seed, today I transplanted to a 19L (5gal) fabric pot. I made a base mix with three different commercial soils, low in nutrients. I added coconut fiber inoculated with Mountain Microorganisms, biochar, perlite, vermiculite, and zeolite to retain moisture and nutrients, worm humus to give soil structure, and seaweed bokashi to promote microbiology proliferation, along with various powdered minerals, different clays, basalt, leonardite, azomite, phosphorite, etc., at a rate of 1 gram per liter of soil for each of them. Finally, I watered the substrate with 4L of mountain water mixed with 3% of my Bio Coco with MMA, 1% of seaweed lacto-ferment, and 2% of Ormus. A massive inoculation of microbiology into the substrate, packed with enzymes, vitamins, and chelated minerals... sacred soil! 😈 I also had to switch to a wider lamp to help cover more light space without moving it away from the plants, due to the space taken up by the new pot. Now I'm using a Mars TS 1000 at 40% (60w) at 10cm from the plants... all for the cause! ============== Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Six weeks of calm cultivation, the plant is comfortable in its new pot, the establishment continues, I just have to close my eyes to see the roots expanding throughout the substrate, the plant has barely grown in height, but the thickening of the trunk and lower branches is spectacular, the two upper apices are starting to take center stage and I have begun to tie some lower branches to grow towards the edge of the pot, I also removed 4 large leaves from the top to let in light. This week I haven't done any watering, due to the low temperatures, water consumption is moderate, I will wait for it to consume a bit more water to help aerate the substrate and the mobility of the roots. I keep this plant and 3 others under the MH TS1000 lamp consuming 68w, at a distance of about 10-12cm from the apices, as soon as I transplant the 3 small plants I will have to set up at least another lamp to cover the space... all for the cause. Today I should transplant two of the other plants I'm growing, but I've gotten lazy and decided to take a nap... 🤷‍♂️ ============== Info on the Mendo T strain: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Seventh week of cultivation, a lot to share and not much energy to do it, because I have a bad flu, but I’m going to try... all for the cause! At the beginning of the week, I did a deep watering with two Bio preparations that I’m starting with this plant. These are preparations I’ve kept in anaerobic fermentation since I made them at the beginning of summer. The first 30-45 days, the fermentation is violent, then it slows down, and for me, the longer I wait to open it, the better, because the dissolution of nutrients and minerals is greater. The enzymes from the fermented grass and the Mountain Microorganisms (solids and liquids) I use as inoculants do all the work. You can see this process of creating my Bio Ferments from the beginning here: https://growdiaries.com/diaries/134104-grow-journal-by-defharo/week/782852 - Bio Blood EM: This formula I’ve designed to apply in the early stages of vegetative growth. As a nutrient-rich raw material, I’ve used dried blood, which is very high in organic nitrogen. The enzymes and Microorganisms convert that protein into amino acids, which are directly assimilated by the plant. - Bio Mealfrass EM: With the dissolution of nutrients from this worm castings guano (NPKMg...) and mixing it with the previous Bio preparation, I obtain a very powerful fertilizer, and while I water, I inoculate microbiology into the soil. Before watering, I added a good layer of semi-decomposed mulch with a lot of microbiology. This mulch contains leaves, roots, and other mulch rescued from harvested plants. After 6 days since the watering, you can see the growth and strengthening of the plant. When it’s time for the next watering, I’ll add the first dry amendments and complete the layer of mulch... I’m off to bed 🙋‍♂️ ============== Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. THC: 18%. Flowering: 8 Weeks. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one!✋👨‍🌾 Eighth week of cultivation, the plant continues its development, maintaining very compact growth. The plant is lush, the tips of the thick branches are pushing to peek through the large leaves. For now, I'm not doing any defoliation; I want maximum photosynthesis. The thickness of the stem is brutal, the branches are very thick, and the leaves are large and firm. This week I did a new watering with the same components as last week, and you can tell; the leaves have taken on a very nice dark green color, and the overall vigor is impressive. I'm going to keep this plant in the vegetative stage until its two companions recover, so all three plants can transition to flowering together. I don't mind because there's a very large pot to fill with roots, so they can later drink up the nutrients I'll give them. I regularly adjust the ties on the branches to continue shaping the plant. Before the last watering, I added a mix of various dry amendments that I've been brewing with microorganisms for a few months. After raking the amendments, I added a thick layer of pre-decomposed mulch to create a microbial ecosystem on top of the pot, which will help me throughout the cultivation and promote moisture retention in the development of adventitious roots from the very first centimeter of substrate. ============== Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one!🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Ninth week of cultivation for this exuberant plant, she doesn't bother me, barely gives me any work, when she asks for water, I give it to her, and she stays happy. Today I did some defoliation to define the branches and improve light entry, I've never had a plant with such compact growth, I've adjusted the ties on the branches, I like the shape she's taking. Now this plant has the Mars TS1000 lamp all to herself, I have it at 50% power and a consumption of 70w at a distance of 7cm from the tips. I could switch her to flowering, but I'm going to wait for her tent mates to strengthen and for them all to enter flowering synchronized, I hope she doesn't go wild in size! ============== Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🖐️👨‍🌾 Tenth week of cultivation, one more week and I’ll switch to flowering schedule 12/12. The plant continues its super compact growth, it will be a surprise to see it bloom, because now many buds are semi-hidden among the large leaves and are not distinguishable. This week I did two nutrient waterings and I'm trying out a new Bio fertilizer (Bio Fish EM) that has been in anaerobic fermentation since 06/17/22. With the help of enzymes, Mountain Microorganisms, and molasses, I have solubilized fish meal for immediate absorption by the plants. Fish meal is rich in organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, and calcium mainly (Bio Fish EM). This Bio fertilizer is designed for the vegetative growth stage, and the plant's response to these two waterings is very positive; the plant is extremely strong and bushy, with very thick branches. At the base of the pot, for weeks now, a multitude of roots are peeking out, looking for more substrate. I think this strain needs a bigger pot or to be grown in mother soil; however, it is an exceptional strain. This week I lowered the light by one hour, going from 20h to 19h. I did it in two phases, lowering half an hour at the beginning of the week and another half hour in the middle. This week I will repeat the process to be at 18h of light before switching to flowering 12/12. I only do this operation to compensate for the increased power of the tent lamps, as the plants grow I have to raise them to cover the entire space, and then I am increasing the power of the lights for better penetration. Currently, the consumption is 175w; I try to keep the minimum distance of the lights from the tips, averaging about 7cm. The compactness is very good in all the plants, and this short distance also allows me to consume fewer watts. In the end, when I progress in flowering, I will bring the power of the lights to the maximum, which will be 400w (100w per plant) distributed among the 3 canopy lamps and two side lamps. Personally, I would keep it at 20h until the flowering moment, but I’m looking for maximum optimization of electricity consumption without loss of production... all for the cause! ============== Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🖐️👨‍🌾 The vegetative growth schedule (18/6) ends today; tonight I’m switching to 12/12h and let the flowering party begin. This week, two deep waterings with mixes of many components, Bio Ferments, Lacto Ferments, Hydrolyzed, etc. The plant continues to show a lot of power; it’s a glutton and for now, it’s the queen of my joy garden. The trunk keeps fattening wonderfully, a great channel where all the nutrients I’m going to give will flow... I hope for monstrous buds. In this first week of transition to flowering, I usually water with a lower concentration of nutrients, mainly using Bio stimulants (Algae, Fruits, Bio coco, Humic Acids, etc.). I also don’t do any defoliation, etc., all to keep the plant calm during the important hormonal change that is coming with the switch to 12/12h... I loved it 🧡 The plant maintains an impressive leaf mass; today I did a little defoliation, removing leaves that obstructed light entry, weak or deformed leaves, and others hidden, all cut ruthlessly, and now drying to later add to the mulch... in this house, there are no waste products; everything is used, everything is eaten, everything is smoked, everything is enjoyed... all for the cause! 🖐️👨‍🌾 Regarding lighting, this week I’ve lowered to 18/6h in two half-hour steps. I’ve also been increasing the intensity of the lamps; I started the week with 150w consumption and ended with 250w. Midweek, I added a lamp to the canopy, a LED panel (48w) with Samsung LM301B diodes with lens; the color temperature is 2700K and 660nm. It’s a super bright lamp that I reserve for flowering, but I added it earlier because I need more brightness to better separate the four plants in the tent. Once pre-flowering begins, I’ll maximize the power of all the lamps in the canopy, and I might even do it earlier depending on the stretch they show with the schedule change. When flowering is advanced, I’ll add the last two lamps, this time in the corners of the tent to illuminate the middle and lower parts of the plants from the sides. These lamps have a color temperature of 2100k, with IR diodes and 660nm, orange light from the sides to emulate the sunsets at the end of summer... all for the cause! 😋 ============== Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🖐️👨‍🌾 It's the first week since the switch to flowering, life goes on, the plant is growing and strengthening, this plant is going to be a show in flowering! I'm looking forward to pre-flowering this week. I did some defoliation three days ago, I didn't like it for the stage it's in, but I wanted to clear the center of the plant. It reduced water consumption a bit, but the plant is exuberant, for now, it maintains the crown of the garden. This week included two multinutrient waterings, with a bit more concentration, plus a contribution of dry amendments cooked with Microbiology... so my girl doesn't lack anything 💃😋 I started the week with 250w of power in the lamps and ended the week with all the lamps at maximum power (400w) because I wanted to stop the stretching and continue compacting with the lamps very close to the tips. I also added a side LED bar for flowering with 2100k diodes, 660nm, and IR. The plants are very lush, and I want light to penetrate from all sides. I plan to add one last side lamp; I think I'll finally use a 60w CFL at 2100k hanging in a corner. This lamp, combined with the LED bar and the fourth LED panel I activated in the canopy with a color temperature of 2700k and 660nm, adds warmer color temperatures that compensate for flowering, the medium color spectrums of my main lamps offer an average color temperature of 3500K, excellent for vegetative growth but lacking in reds for flowering... every crazy person has their thing 🖐️🤷‍♂️ ============== Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those who are lucky enough not to be! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Second week of flowering, the plant has stretched 10cm and has started pre-flowering, the strength of the branches and trunk is unmatched, the morphology of the plant is ideal, a controllable height and an ideal width so as not to overcrowd my grow tent. Today I changed the preferred spot that this plant has occupied in the center of the closet, because my other grow 3M ⛛ The magic land is developing a very wide and immense canopy, it needs a lot of light, now this strain is under a 100w SpiderFarmer lamp, with a Secret Jardin side bar with diodes equally divided between 3000K, 2100K, and IR (26w). Additionally, on the wider side of the tent, I added 3 support LED bars (33w) with many red diodes (660nm) illuminating the lower parts of the 3 main plants, all of which have a very dense leaf mass and light penetration from the canopy is compromised in the middle and lower parts of the plants. I’m sure that with the change of position, definitely of status, this plant will try to regain its lost first position, I will wait for the development of the flowers to decide, the game is open until the end, grows are about how they finish, not how they start! ================== Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🖐️👨‍🌾 Third week of flowering, the plant has stretched the last 2cm, now, with the flower party begins the great game of the seven deadly sins, gluttony to fatten up, greed for space, later will come lust in its splendor and pride to dominate, the laziness of manicuring and finally the wrath when I smoke it all, I don't expect envy... Well, the plant lives happily in its corner, it's a glutton, besides two waterings this week I've added dry amendments cooked with Microorganisms, 4g/liter of substrate, surrounded by light, the branches look powerful and capable of supporting the weight of any bud no matter how big it is, the immaculate buds stand out like stars, although this plant due to its morphology lost the central spot in the grow tent, it remains the queen of my joy garden... hallelujah! ================== Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🖐️👨‍🌾 Fourth week of flowering for this plant, grown in sacred soil, blessed with microorganisms and minerals, watered with pure mountain water and cared for fervently. Now, autumn colors are tinting its leaves; this strain can produce colorful buds, and that would be amazing, a bit of color in this cold, gray winter... let's sing in praise! • I called an old friend to sing a song to my plant, roll a joint and enjoy the video. 🎵🎵🎶🎵🎶🎤🎤💃🕺 This week the plant has taken its time consuming the watering; it seems it’s not much of a drinker. It maintains strength and vigor all around, and I’ve added more light on its dark side... all for the cause. As a reward for how well my 4 current grows are doing and also because we now have a reasonable electricity price in Spain, yesterday I removed some mediocre 33w FS Chinese LED bars from one side and replaced them with two 50w COBs, each with lenses, one 120° and the other 90°. One lamp is Full Spectrum (380-800nm), the other COB lamp has a color temperature of 3000K. Now I have 505w spread across 8 lamps lighting up all my 4 grows; I want big, long, and dense colas... all for the cause!! 💡💡💡💡💡💡💡💡 ================== Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those who are fortunate enough not to be! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Fifth week of flowering and fourth month of life for this great plant grown in sacred soil, blessed with Microorganisms and Minerals, watered with pure mountain water, fed with passion, and cared for fervently... hallelujah! We're halfway through the big game, and from now on, I’ll start fattening the buds with high gastronomy organic recipes for plants... I expect colors in the buds, and if not, I don’t care, I’ll smoke the plant anyway. Two deep waterings this week; in the first one, I made the last contribution of nitrogen fertilizers, now it’s time for phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, silica, molasses... and lots of love! Also, a contribution of dry amendments pre-cooked with mountain microorganisms, 5g per liter of soil; this product is a mix of reused mulch, bokashi from seaweed with worm humus, and various organic components (Various Guanos, Fish Meal, Bone and Blood Meal, various seaweeds, dehydrated fruit, wood ash, banana powder, etc.). The strength of the trunk and branches is fantastic; this plant will be able to support the weight of the buds no matter how big they are... without fear. deFharo Welcome, clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those fortunate enough not to be! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Sixth week of flowering for this great plant, grown in sacred soil, blessed with Microorganisms and Minerals, watered with pure mountain water, fed with passion and cared for with fervor... hallelujah! "...How can you buy or sell the sky, the warmth of the land? This idea seems strange to us. We do not own the freshness of the air or the sparkle of the water. How could you buy them from us? We say this in a timely manner. You must know that every particle of this land is sacred to my people. Every shining leaf, every sandy beach, every mist in the dark forest, every glade and every insect with its buzz are sacred in the memory and experience of my people. The sap that circulates in the trees carries the memories of the red-skinned man.... ...We are part of the land and it is part of us. The fragrant flowers are our sisters; the deer, the horse, the majestic eagle are our brothers. The prairies, the body heat of the foal and man, all belong to the same family... ...these lands are sacred to us. The sparkling water that flows through the rivers and streams is not merely water but the blood of our ancestors... ...We know that the white man does not understand our way of being. He does not care about one piece of land over another because he is a stranger who comes in the night to take from the land what he needs. The land is not his brother but his enemy. When he has conquered it, he abandons it and continues on his way. He leaves behind the graves of his parents without caring. He strips the land from his children without caring. He forgets the grave of his father and the rights of his children. He treats his mother, the land, and his brother the sky, as if they were things that can be bought, plundered, and sold, as if they were lambs and glass beads. His insatiable appetite will devour the land and leave behind only a desert... ...There is no quiet place in the cities of the white man, no place where one can hear the unfolding of the leaves in spring or the fluttering of an insect's wings. But perhaps it is so because I am a savage and cannot understand things. The noise of the city seems to insult the ears. And what kind of life is it when man cannot hear the solitary cry of the heron or the nighttime discussion of the frogs around the lagoon? I am a red-skinned man and I do not understand it.... ...Indians prefer the soft sound of the wind caressing the lake's cove and the smell of the same wind purified by the midday rain or scented by the fragrance of the pines. ...You must teach your children that the soil beneath their feet is the ashes of their grandparents. So that they respect the land, you must tell your children that the land is full of life from our ancestors. You must teach your children what we have taught ours: that the land is our mother. Everything that affects the land affects the children of the land. When men spit on the ground, they spit on themselves. ...Where is the thick forest? It has disappeared. Where is the eagle? It has disappeared. Thus life ends and survival begins…" - Excerpts from the letter sent by Chief Seattle to the President of the USA in 1855. The plant maintains a stable metabolism, it’s not a big drinker, I water every 4-5 days, but it keeps asking for more and more nutrients... I love fattening it up! To complete the weekly diet, I’ve added a contribution of dry amendments pre-cooked with mountain microorganisms to the substrate because the soil needs to be fed just as much as the plant itself, because soil and plant establish a sacred bond that is always alive... the excitement is rising! 😁 "...We are part of the earth and it is part of us. I water every 3 days, the plant has slightly increased its water consumption, and that’s a sign of good metabolism; maybe this will be the last week of life or maybe not, I’m keeping an eye on the maturation of the trichomes, as soon as I get the first signs, I’ll do a watering with just water and then it’s time to cut. deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 Eleven weeks of flowering for the dark queen of my joy garden, she grows in sacred soil blessed with Microorganisms and Minerals, I water her with pure mountain water, feed her with passion, and care for her with fervor... amen! There’s vigor in the buds, I’m going to hold off on the harvest for another week. It’s quite common for my crops to extend the flowering period compared to the manufacturer’s guidelines, this season I’ve grown in the largest pots of my life 😁😁 and this flowering period seems to be stretching even more, which is great because I’ll have fatter buds. The plant is very active and the buds are showing young flowers at the tips, I think I’ll do the next watering only with mountain water and harvest her in a week. And one harvest leads to a new crop, I’m preparing for the spring/summer season where I’ll grow in mixed indoor/outdoor mode as much as I can, since I’m starting to get some direct sunlight through my windows. See you soon... 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾 REGARDS TO EVERYONE!! ================================= Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. La planta se comportó desde principio a fin, fue en todo momento la planta más vigorosa de la temporada, al final me regaló descomunales cogollos oscuros, muy olorosos y pegajosos. La fortaleza de ramas y tronco es impresionante, el tronco acabó con un diámetro de 5cm. Muy contento con el resultado y la calidad del humo, ahora tengo unos cogollos oscuros y perfumados para presumir!

deFharo Welcome clandestine marijuana growers, and also to those lucky enough not to be one! 🖐️👨‍🌾 Harvested at twelve weeks of flowering, the dark queen of my joy garden has delivered her fruits, she has grown in sacred soil blessed with Microorganisms and Minerals, watered with pure mountain water, fed with passion, and cared for fervently... hallelujah! Three days ago, I did the last watering for this great plant, a final watering, and the only one throughout the entire grow, just with mountain water (PH: 8.18 / EC: 0.22), alkaline and mineral water for the last days of life, this water helps to complete the dissolution of residual nutrients in the substrate, and it’s a rest for this plant that has given its all. It has been 23 weeks since I launched the seed into the substrate, twelve of them in flowering, and today, despite everything, the big day has arrived, where finally the raider fulfills his mission and the old smoker walks happily with his bag full of marijuana. I have cut and manicured the dark, sticky buds, some enormous, now resting in the shade, drying, the spring days will accompany the drying process very well, temperatures around 20°C and relative humidity around 50%. Before cutting the plant, I waited for the substrate to exhaust its moisture, this contributes to better drying and less weight loss. In this growing season that I am concluding, I set out to grow fewer plants in larger pots, I have grown 4 plants where I usually grow 8 plants in pots of 7 to 10L, I had never grown in pots larger than 11L, in the case of this plant I grew it in a thick fabric pot with a capacity of 17L, according to the manufacturer, by growing in larger pots I extended the vegetative growth period to ensure I had the best and largest root mass possible before flowering. I also decided to concentrate a lot of light in a single grow tent, instead of growing in several, as I had done before, I managed to have more watts per plant and pay less on the bill, and the best part is that in the end the result will be similar, but with less work, since there are fewer plants. The amount of light has been 533w spread over 4 varied lamps in the canopy and five more on the sides, I have grown 3 large plants, and another in an 8L pot, which averages about 150w per plant. And it is the light intensity that has allowed me to successfully achieve my third goal, which was to feed the plant in all waterings, simultaneously increasing the concentration of usual nutrients by 70%, with higher light intensity comes greater consumption and greater requirement for nutrients and minerals, this has worked perfectly, with each watering I made the most varied mixes possible with my highly soluble Bio Fertilizers, at the same time, I regularly fed the soil with dry amendments pre-cooked with Mountain Microorganisms (MM), and I provided them with constant food with fresh organic matter that I obtain from all the leaves from defoliation and with which I cover the entire surface (mulch), I also give them extra energy with molasses in each watering, and in this way, I create in the pot a highly efficient and protective Bio system, constantly evolving, where the happy MMs work tirelessly, to give the plant everything it asks for and at the moment it asks for it, there are no imbalances... the forest is here! BESIDES THE BEAUTIFUL BUDS, I ALSO HARVEST LIFE... In my concept of reuse, I waste nothing from the grows, I make use of everything, except the larger sticks. When I harvest a potted plant, I kill the aerial life, but below, my substrate is full of life, more humified and structured than when the substrate was new, with remnants of minerals and organic nutrients. On the surface, in the first 3-4cm, where I tirelessly added Mulch, also organic dry amendments and where all my nutrient waterings passed, is where the highest concentration of aerobic microbiology exists and is where the decomposition of organic matter gives rise to something resembling forest mulch; today, when I recovered this material, when I touched it, magical, black, clumpy, and sticky soil, with a wonderful forest smell, excitement overwhelmed me, because I had in my hand everything I want to be... humus. Now I have mixed this material with the leaves from the plant's manicure and I have it sealed in a bag, the moisture will do its magic and I will use it in the next grows, infinitely. ❤️ See you soon... 🖐️👨‍🌾 HELLO TO EVERYONE!! ================================= Info on the strain Mendo T: https://www.thehighchameleon.com/es/shop/mendo-t-6#attr=202 - 85% Indica, 15% Sativa. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience. I am very new to cannabis world but I need my medicine to harness cancer hence your diaries exactly I was looking for as I'm looking to make my own fertilizers. I am lucky enough to live an area surrounded by forests, parks, lakes, mountains, rivers and sea. Will read your diaries very thorough and try not to bother you much with silly questions. 😇

@deFharo, Hi I am in the process of making LAB and hopefully will make them right this time as I've got non pasteurized milk. I got around 200ml rice wash, added 20g of whet bran to the rice wash and left till tomorrow by the boiler with temps +20/+25C. I came up with idea - I'm thinking to mimic CANNA TERRA fertilizers by making BIO FERTILIZERS accordingly to their recipe. For example CANNA TERRA VEGA (3-1-3) Nitrogen 3% Phosphorus 1% Potassium 3% Micro nutrients: Magnesium, boron, sodium, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum and zinc CANNA TERRA FLORES (2-2-4) Nitrogen 2%, Phosphorus 2% Potassium 4% Micro nutrients: Magnesium, sulfur, boron, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum, and zinc. During the flower combine it with HUMATOS PK for maximum effect!!!💪 I found your recipe Pumpkin MMA (growdiaries.com/diaries/134104-grow-journal-by-defharo/week/762546) and Lacto Fermented Fruits for VEG and FLOWER (growdiaries.com/diaries/134104-grow-journal-by-defharo/week/766636). Based on these recipes and techniques Im thinking to alter KNF recipe for flowering period which has a good reviews online. I think following your technique (KOH hydrolisys) it can be easily done in anaerobic fermentation using MMA and all sweet microorganisms ! There is a recipe Bloom Ferment (all organic)- DIY Mango Papaya Apple Carrot Zucchini Squash (any) Large bundle of Banana Large bundle of Beets (bulb, not stem) Small watermelon Habaneros 1. Cut up all fruit 2. Juice the carrots, apples, and beets first. 3. Use some of the juice to blend other ingredients in blender on low (think chunky salsa) 4. Add all pulp and leftover juice to bucket and add brown sugar (in our case Molasses) at a 1:1 ratio 5. Mix together thoroughly 6. Add habaneros and mix in - be careful! 7. Let ferment for 15 days, mixing every 3 days - this is KNF which can be done by anaerobic fermentation I know its all in mess at the moment as Im collecting information BUT slowly I sort everything out and will experiment together with you and hopefully will share some nice recipes as Im into it 👌 Thanks for inspiring! Organic is the WAY!

@deFharo, Thanks for very detailed Final report! To me it makes more sense to read it now as Im more and more into it. She pays you back with smoke full of ORGANIC flavors. I cant imagine how it feels to feel SATISFACTION that everything was made by Yourself! I once again would like to THANK you for sharing your experience and helping us to show how freedom of organic growing looks like. I am on my way too! 👌

Love a good thick stem, hight doesn't mean anything in my book without a thick foundation to support big buds.

@Jobbie, I agree, the stem is the primary conductor of all the plant's fluids, the thicker the better! 😁

deFharo commented4y ago
@Mrs_Larimar, thank you very much. Best of luck with your grows! This strain is standing out among all the crops, I think the small fabric pot I started the grow with has made a difference, the water mobility is superior to other pots and therefore the aeration of the substrate as well. From now on, I will only start my grows with small fabric pots, I've already bought them... all for the cause! 🙋‍♂️👨‍🌾

That's very impressive! I lost the time in reading about organic growing, microorganisms, bacteria, fungi, worms and etc. Reading your diaries is making more sense now - 3M ORGANIC MATTER, MICROBIOLOGY, MINERALS. You feed the soil with organic matter which is producing humic and fulvic acids when starting to decompose and it attracts more MICROBIOLOGY and draw nutrients from soil to the plant, you feed soil with MICROBIOLOGY and then you deliver soluble MINERALS which become available through MICROBIOLOGY and plants root symbiosis. Outstanding!
deFharo
deFharo commented3y ago
@@SPRAMOAH, Thanks buddy! Feeding the soil is the basic concept of the forest, which I want to imitate. With soluble bio-fertilizers, what I do is speed up all the decomposition processes of nutrients and minerals to achieve high-yield crops. Now I just wish I could get out of the pots and grow vegetables and greens in soil, then the possibilities for action in the crops multiply, and with the concept of feeding the soil, each year my growing land would get better and better, as these organic techniques are cumulative with respect to the substrate.

@MerryNipple, thanks! I'm really surprised by this strain. I find it hard to talk about smells since my sense of smell is declining 😁😁, I just touched the buds so maybe it has a fresh, soft citrus and fruit aroma, but the one that dominates the whole environment with its smell is Jelli Bananen.
