🐞 Week 4 Update: LST, A Little Helper, and a Funky Mutation! 🌿 Week Update: Shaping her up! 🐞 Welcome to Week 4! The plant is growing nicely and we are officially starting to shape her up. I had a little ladybug patrolling the coco and hanging out on the leaves always nice to have some natural pest control on duty! But the most interesting thing this week is a strange little leaf mutation on one of the new growths. The Details: Development: She is vegging well and taking to the substrate nicely. The roots must be getting well established because the top growth is really starting to push out. There is a really funky leaf mutation happening on one side (check the close-up pics!) where the leaf looks twisted and almost double-layered. It doesn't seem to be slowing her down though, just a cool genetic quirk! Structure: I started some LST (Low Stress Training) this week! Using some wire ties to gently bend the main stem down and expose those lower nodes to the light. The goal is to keep the canopy nice and even before she gets too tall. She took the bending like a champ and is already turning her top back up towards the light. Health: Overall health is great! The leaves are holding a beautiful deep green, no signs of nutrient burn or deficiencies so far. The ladybug friend 🐞 is a very welcome sight to keep any unwanted pests away from the tent. I'm keeping a close eye on the mutated leaf to see what it does, but otherwise, she's perfectly healthy and happy. Next Steps: I'll continue to adjust the LST ties as she stretches and keep monitoring the moisture levels. I'll probably up the feed slightly next week if she keeps responding this well. Flower day 17 - All the ladies are looking great, starting to see a lot of bud sights & the smell is definitely getting stronger everyday I open the tent! Thanks for following & happy growing friends!🌱✌️🏼 Flower day 19- Got a bigger dehumidifier because I was having problems on days I would water the humidity would go through the roof at night so to prevent mold I bought a bigger dehumidifier but now it is throwing off so much heat the tent is pushing 90 degrees F at some points throughout the day so I’m not exactly sure how to fix the issue! Will definitely not be running so many plants in the next run for the 5x5! Hopefully things get better!😅😅

Not much to report slow steady growth cool temps are not helping.Getting warmer weather next week should help speed things up a bit👍

Day 63 - Flowers just starting. They're looking nice. Through the week I've chopped quite a few leaves off her to allow light penetration.

Hola y bienvenidos al diario de AKU. He cumplido ocho semanas de vida, a pesar del bruto de mi jefe y su corte apical, he crecido 6 cm y cada día soy más fuerte... I loved!! 😊 06/02/21 Hoy hace seis días de la agresión humana que sufrí en mi ápice principal, aun estoy cabreada, aunque parece que ahora voy a tener dos ápices principales y mis ramas y tallo se están haciendo más fuertes. He disfrutado de unos días tranquilos en mi armario y ventana disfrutando de la compañía de mi prima Sweet Amnesia Haze y las otras dos plántulas, hay muy buena temperatura. A mi prima la han trasplantado a principios de semana, está muy contenta, ella tiene ahora una maceta cuadrada de bonito color, pero me gusta más la mía!! 😁 Todavía no consumo mucha agua porque soy pequeña, pero cada día más, mis hojas se están haciendo muy grandes para captar mucha energía lumínica, mi jefe dice, que si sigo así seré una reina!!... I loved!!😍 Esta semana me han regado con agua cargada de oxígeno y llena de mis amigos lo microorganismos con un poco de melaza para que estos tengan energía y trabajen mucho. Con este tipo de riegos siento unas cosquillas fantásticas en mis raíces!! 😵 12/02/21 Hoy he amanecido sabiendo que ha sido mi último día de crecimiento vegetativo, me van a cambiar de armario, con luces más veraniegas, desde que supe esta noticia he estado algo triste por dejar a mi prima Sweet Amnesia Haze, a Psicodelicia y sus manías y la elegante Jack 47, hemos pasado buenos ratos juntas, hablando de nuestros antepasados y orígenes, al final todas somos parientes más o menos lejanos. Esta tarde mis amigas me han preparado una fiesta de despedida!!... mis emociones se han descontrolado!! 😍 Han traído un espectáculo flamenco sólo para mi, lo hemos pasado de cine!!, he bailado, he cantado y bebido, pues mi jefe me ha preparado un riego muy especial, dulce como a mi me gusta y con mucho microorganismos!! Me han regalado un pañuelo muy bonito, despues del show me he hecho unas fotos con las artistas, son gitanos por lo que dicen y como mis antepasados Kush, sus orígenes también están por Asia. Mi prima me ha regalado una foto dedicada de su familia adoptiva, una clan de larga tradición en cultivos de marihuana y otra con una cita de una cantante... las echaré de menos, espero que más adelante coincidamos en algún otro armario. Found some issues with reducing the CalMag. A couple phenos stated to fade and show red spotting on lower leaves. I went back up to 2ml of calmag and will see if that helps. The smells coming out of the tent are very pleasant. Very citrus in nature with pine undertones. At the beginning of this week I have noticed hairs are starting to turn brown. The plan is to harvest at Day 70. I will flush with ph water around day 60. I am hoping for some plumping up coming in the next couple weeks as most phenos stayed lighter than expected.

☀️ // Day 37 🌱 Sorry for the late update, I needed to skip a week! I took photos tho so you can see the plant from some days ago, the pictures are labeled accordingly. She made amazing progress. An absolute beautiful plant, even the lower leafs are pitch perfect. I am so in love with the BioTabs nutrients because normally in all my other grows, older leafs got eaten up from the corners after some time, probably because of not enough nutrients at the right time. But with BioTabs, everything seems to be perfect (except from the start). The only thing I notice is that some new leavs are getting bright tips. But without a crispy burned follow up so I just assume that this is a trait from this specific strain. The plant doesn't really seem to bother and after some time, it also tends to grow itself out (if you look at the bigger, older leafs). Because of her big improvement, I want to switch the lights to 12/12 right now. So this is the very last update on the vegetative phase. Tomorrow marks day 1 of flower! She got 3L of water with 1g Bactrex on 10th march and 4L of plain water (only some epsom salt) on the 15th. This makes 6L in total since the last update. In the flowering phase, I will give nutrients according to the BioTabs sheme. Which means: 10ml/L of Bio NPK 5-8 in week 2 of flower and some Bactrex and Orgatrex in week 3. 💦 Watering: 6 L with pH = 6.5 💊 Fertilizer: Bactrex, Epsom Salt 💡 Light: 550 PPFD at 75%

Ok let’s go! She’s doing so amazing! She’s catching up at such a fast rate! I guess that’s brand new genetics for you plus that added Zamnripper umph combined force lol I trimmed away the lower leaves off her and she loved it appreciated it and boosted up! Dynomyco is obviously doing it’s thing too helping her get to canopy! And with help of the new light TSW2000 from mars hydro it will be a better outcome! I continue to give her a little spray a few times a day only lightly but it helps with the low humidity! I am in 2 minds with the flip! Like do I wait for this to go 4 weeks at least or just go for it so I’ll decide very soon! As that’s in a few days lol so she’ll be 3.5 weeks! So should be alright!

Great grow, dealt with some pests that took a few plants from me . But overall my best grow quality so far and I’m very happy with the grow!
