Hello!, Day 60 Flower I just done the my first harvest ever. Gelat og has cool looking buds, After seen the BUD ROT on one single bud in day 59 yesterday , Today in Day 60 i just cut the plant down for Dry. Going to WASH the buds with H202 (half of them) and going to dry for 10-14 Days and in to Jars for another 14-21 Days as I learned from fellow growmies. She's getting all the curves in the right places..this week was good can see that her intake is more due to the brown spot on the older water leaves have to increase water abit other than that she's a healthy girl

Que decir os esta semana?!? Pues os dejo un vídeo en Alta Definición 4K, que os dejará ver los aspectos preciosos que se han desarrollado en los últimos 10 días. Primer aspecto de relieve, la cantidad muy elevada que he estimado tener hasta el momento y que puede que se encuentre en casi 350g sin secar y es muy sencillo, el árbol Sativa que se diseñó con el ScroG, ha tenido un crecimiento fantástico conectando internudos que tenían un espacio que no dejaba anticipar que los cogollos se fueran a unir unos a otros. La descripción de la cepa, dava a la Strawberry Cheesecake Automática de Barney's como un "cultivar" con posibilidad de yeld/m² sobrepasando los 600g/m² y la matemática de mi grow tent nos dice sin lugar a duda que tenemos una área de 0,7 m² o sea que la cuenta de productividad nos enseña que de modo muy claro estaremos por arriba en lo expectable y con lo que está diseñado en la estructura de cogollos, se han formado con los supercropping y el Scrog, al menos 6 colas que tendrán como casi 30 cms, sobre las ramas y un espesor casi como una lata estrecha de bebida y en el vídeo es muy presente lo que os digo. Después y en una línea alternativa nos ha salido adelante, pero muy justa, la Critical Jack Herer de Delicious Seeds. Ambas las cepas son fenomenales cuanto a la calidad de sus terpenos y las hojas de azúcar y porcentaje de resinas es muy elevada...pese a que como he ya referido en la pasada entrada del diário, que las dos cepas no son las más aromáticas y eso no representa un problema...o a lo mejor, si olieran mucho, ahí si tendríamos un problema que cualquier productor puede que tenga si las familias Skunk,Haze, Cheese o Sours se presentan a "grow". Se de experiencia sobrada que cuando empezemos la seca en el saco red y bajando la humedad de la habitación para un nivel aceptable en la seca de los cogollos (rondando los 40%) seguro tendremos un olor mucho más intenso y en esos momentos y por que el armario y el área de red de secado se encuentran en la habitación más interior de mi piso, tendremos por precaución el cuidado de a diário, quemar un par de astillas de incienso de preferencia, el sándalo de Sri Sai Baba, que es un increíble disfraz del olor canábico. Por mis cuentas tendremos más 10 a 14 dias de Strawberry Cheesecake, antes del flush final y después a los 6 días del flush, haremos el "sacrificio" de esta bella planta. Cuanto a la Critical Jack Herer, tengo seguro que todavía tendremos como al menos más 3 semanas como mínimo, para la engorda de cogollos y para la maduración de pistilos y terpenos. Es muy claro para mí, que la temporada de otoño 2022 y por que nos han tocado dos perfectos fenótipos Sativa, tardarían mucho más que los 80 días que cuando consulte las caracterizaciones de las cepas, pensé en principio que tendría y queda muy claro que con las Indicas que se anunciaban y con la evidencia de Sativas que al final nos salieron, tendríamos más tiempo de grow. O sea que esta temporada de otoño del 2022 que con el seedling, empezado el día 12 de septiembre en las dos cepas, tardará al menos en una de ellas, a desarrolarase casi como se de una fotoperiodica se tratara. Si lo sé plantaría fotoperiodicas y eso sí, por el tiempo consumido en esta temporada, tengo muy presente que las opciones para la primavera 2023 se decantan, de momento y de modo muy claro, por plantar tan solo una fotoperiodica que pueda garantizar un elevadísimo yeld y una calidad sobresaliente y en este momento, mis opciones se decantan por el experimento de grow con la cepa Bay Burger de Delicious Seeds, con su potencial de producción de casi 1kg/m² y su impresionante cantidad de THC que sobrepasa los 27%. Did some defoliation at 20. april for more exposed light. Watering 3L every 2-3 day ish. A lot of new growth.. So excited for the next weeks!

August 23: Just finishing up about 36 hours of darkness, then I'm going to wash the buds, then hang them. Harvesting a bit early due to time constraints but it looks good. The smell is very dank, not a tropical skittles smell, much more like wood glue as I've seen mentioned in other reviews, although I'm starting to occasionally catch a sweeter tropical scent as well. I wanted to leave it a little longer. There were still a lot of white hairs when I started the dark period, but a lot of them seem to have developed into swollen calyxes so I'm pretty happy. I was a little worried they were making seed pods after last time, but I broke one open and all that was inside was red hairs. I'm going to keep an eye on the RH while they're drying and get them into jars and try to wait as long as possible before I start sampling. I can tell this is one of those batches that's going to get better and better if left alone for a couple months. Just did the wash, did 1.25 cups of 34% food grade H202 and a squeezed lemon in a 5 gal bucket. Another bucket of just water to rinse. Then I had a fan on it while hanging in the sunlight from a skylight in the bathroom for 30 min, then put the fan further back and on oscillate, then turned it down an hour later. Left it in there for a few hours, then hung it in the grow tent with everything removed except an oscillating fan, pointed away from the buds. I have the whole plant hanging in the middle of the tent and the tent is holding at 60% rh. Next run I'm going to do 2 buckets and only top once. I might leave them a bit longer in veg too to maximize the height in my grow space, and I'll get a proper 500w bulb instead of continuing to run 1000w bulbs at 50% to lower the heat a bit. The weather will be cooler and I'll only run one air stone in each bucket which should help with res temp. I'll probably foil-wrap the buckets again as well. I should be able to get another run done by the end of the year. I have a White Widow fem seed I've been waiting to use but I'm not sure what else I want to grow yet. Maybe Granddaddy Purp. I'll take some micro pics of the trichomes this week and start curing, and I'll post a proper review in a couple weeks. Happy growing everyone! August 24: I took it out of the tent to inspect. No mold or mildew. The middle of some buds are still pretty wet. I'll keep an eye on it. Wet weight on the stem is 158 grams/ 5.5oz. I harvested a couple branches last week and hung them up. I just ground up one of the buds, left it overnight and vaped some today. There was a bit of Chemdawg Tangerine in the grinder already but overall I got a lot of thick vapour, instant effects, and a really great tropical taste. I busted out the microscope camera and I realized I had a couple buds that fell off before I washed the plant in the H202, and a couple buds that came off in the washing process. It doesn't look like washing the buds took off any of the trichomes. I do seem to find less debris in the buds, not that there was much there before. The trichs look great. Just a light toasting of amber. The washed bud actually seems more dry than the unwashed bud. August 25: there's a real chlorophyll smell coming from the drying room today, it was much terpier yesterday. Leaves are getting crunchy, stems are still fully bendy. I ended up taking it down in the evening. The drying room rh dropped from 60% to 55% and the buds were starting to look too dry based on my last grow. I put it all in a paper bag for the night and I'll put it in jars tomorrow morning. Broken down most of the way it came out to 48-49 grams. From the bud structure, I definitely feel like it would have benefitted from more grow time if I didn't have to travel. More to come. August 26 - the edges of the buds are getting really crispy and the buds are getting tighter. I checked the paper bag earlier and it was 65-70%. I got the impression it was time to put it into jars. I'll keep the lids off for a bit.

Germination, that says it all! #2 (ghost OG) and #3 (gravely Ghost) popped tails in 24 hours #4 (sour Ghost Kush) popped tail in 48 hours #1 (ghost Beach)popped, but seed did not fully crack and taproot got stuck. I did not notice in time and it died. Dropped a second seed on day 4 and germinated in 24 hours Each seed planted in damp soil once taproot popped. Soil moistened with 250ml per pot in germination area. Voodoo juice in water and Dynomyco in soil blend.

Lots of progress this week. Harvested my oldest purple trainwreck plant and moved the white widow into the ScrOG net in her place. Hoping for a big yield from this younger plant. The lollipopped older plant is starting to swell, I’m thinking she has about 3-4 weeks left. I harvested the mother plant on day 70 and she had a nice smooth smoke that was great for the day.
