I've rather ignored these ladies this week as a lot of other things were on my agenda - but they don't seem at all bothered by the lack of attention. In fact, they seem more than happy to just do their thing. We've had more hot days and fairly cool nights and nothing is fazing them - nothing! Their pistils are just starting to go brown but I don't foresee a rapid change here... they just keep bulking up and bulking up... whoever said that sativa buds were light and airy have never met these gals! They're out on my deck with 3 indicas and if I hadn't labeled the pots, I'd have a hard time figuring out which was which except for the smell! Kudos to the Super Sativa Seed Club!! Still a few weeks to go but I'm VERY pleased with their progress!

These XtraKush are also finally starting to grow. It took them a while but they doubled in a week. Still a little bit pale compared to the other two strains. With a new top layer of first worm castings and then neutral organic cocopeat to combat the gnat problem and we seem to have fixed most problems. Temps are going down at night, I'm trying to fix this by keeping it warmer in the attic where the grow is. In the coming week, I'm going to train/manifold them, they are getting a bit big. Will report back with a smoke report, but this thing smells incredible and budded extremely well. Didn't have much of any issues with pests. Got a BIG 4' plant from only super soil in a 5-gallon fabric pot. Tons of resin. Very impressed with these automatic genetics from Pride of the Lion Seeds... and I'll definitely be growing another one of them in the spring.

The plants are maturing extremly fast, the amber thricomes are apearing so fast and the flushing started to prevent to get much CBN. The BIG DAY is soon!

Day 29 (7/15) - Fist day of Week 5 and of flowering. I’m looking forward to seeing how the Critical Purple does. Gave the plant a watering a day or two ago and will give another later this evening. Day 30 (7/16) - I gave the plants a light watering when the lights came on because it’s been so warm lately. The CP grew about 2 inches overnight and I had to do some super cropping to the top tallest nodes. After being under the lights for a few hours they were already standing back straight. I might need the net sooner than I realized. Slight stickiness and sweetish smell to fingers after super cropping. Day 32 (7/18) - I haven’t been keeping up with the diary but I have been taking pictures every few days. I gave the plant it’s first and only feeding today. You can see the dry amendments on top of the soil. Day 35 (7/21) - Haven’t been doing anything to the grow other than daily trellis adjustments and watering every other day with PHed Calmag water. I did remove about 5 big leaves near the top that were blocking the center of the plant.

Great bud growth with white powdery resin showing. Starting to drink more water consistently every 2 to 3 days.

Week 4 come along and lady's doing pretty well I keep do lst every 2 days and just feed them with water willing to use nutrients soon Day 25 I just start give them grow and calmag plantvare almost ready for flowering
