Day 22: Started on LST today. For the first time ever I removed 1or 2 of the big fan leaves before bending the plant over. These leaves would have become trapped under the plant so i would be removing them later anyway so I thought it would be easier to do so beforehand. I also removed the first pair of nodes after the cotyledon. To reduce the risk slowing down or stunting growth I done this bit of defoliation under a very dim light, half way through the 6 hour lights out night schedule when all the plants hormones would have been returned to the roots.. Day23: Continued with more LST pinning down branches. Day 24: Small bit more LST toady and also moved plant from the veg space with CFL’s to the main grow space in under the LED lights. There’s a good few pistils starting to show. Day 25: Watered with light dose of nutrients (1m G). Took around 3 litres. Day 27: Removed the biggest low down fan leaf. Day 28: Removed one more big fan leaf but in the process accidentally removed a branch also. Mr.Nelson was pretty pissed. But you know what they say “What doesn’t kill us only makes us stronger”. Han suggested I don’t use that phrase with Mr.Nelson.

Pure ice cream clone 1 has roots and started growing finally. She has some deformities in new vegging leaves. I imagine it is nutrition related. She kinda lst to herself when she fell over several days ago. She was showing signs of growth so I didn't want to disturb her, and mess it up. Everything is looking good for this clone now. I am not sure how long I want to veg her, and her sister if she pulls through. Nothing else to report at this time. Going steady this week! Gonna go a couple more weeks and then flip to 12/12. Added 2 new clones to the tent as well, 2x Indian Rhino x The Matrix. Curious to see the differences between strains and also differences in growth between seed/clone. I won’t be keeping track of those 2 in this diary though. Thanks for reading, happy growing!

1 moth passed from germination. In result we have 12 strong plants and 4 reduced. They begin presenting wonderful scent! Increased my led on 40 % of power and it seems great. Buen fin de semana a todos !

Week 7 (Feb 15 - Feb 21). All three plants are doing nicely, and River, our youngest plant, is doing a good job keeping up, but still a couple inches shorter. So, I decided to FIM the older two plants to see if it evens them out, or sends them into a growth spurt. If the later, then I'll give River a FIM next week.

Nice growth after 4 days following a heavy defoliation. The Slurricane is overall smaller that the Bruce Banners they sit beside, but the nodal spacing is amazing and the branches all have ample access to the lights. The stems when crushed smell very heavily of lemon. This is a common trait with GreenMachine's grow of this strain, and he says his pheno like this turned out to be very fruity in flavor. The 60 day countdown is on, this should be a frosty grow
