It was fun to grow in the back yard. I wouldn’t grow again though. They get stressed and stunted very easily. Don’t smell. Low yield. Low potency.

Well the suns been out the last few days and the girls are loving it. I think I’ll start flush although it’s a little early for some others are ready. So a one or two week flush and then we are done. After that I’ll chop as each one is ready.

Third week its here now

Hi all What a great week it has been for the Zammi girls this week. I flipped them to flowering two days after my last entry. They had reached a good point for my space to make sure that I have the airflow and light coverage to endure the mains could all benefit. The results of the H.s.t/Quad training has been successful and I now have multi merristems ( mains) of equal position . This will now hopefully feed them all the benefits that the main usually gets and ensure lots of chunky colas with very little popcorn to waste energy on. Bruce Banner #3 is performing brilliantly. I did lose the snapped and repaired f.i.m but the crown of mains ( 8) and the single one left in the middle will be a great foundation for the next stage of their life. This lady has not missed a beat from the Germination and is showing the breeding experience that has produced it too. No signs of any issues at all so far. Candy Rain although a lot smaller than her cousins from Zammi is beginning to catch up very nicely with 4 very chunky looking mains forming. The last next week of stretch should give her a very nice shape and structural strength for some fat colas too. Her colour and vigour is excellent and the rips are putting out so e very nice energy too. Jealousy #1 is really enjoying the chance to push as many of her branches to light as possible with the opening up of her natural growing structure. Plenty of in-fighti g to be the main stem which is a benefit and her overall size and appearance is excellent. #2 has really been a shock with the size of some of her fan leaves ( see pic) She has a few huge I es that will be grabbing so many lumens to convert that I will be sad to defoliate them . She is really fighting to impress over her sister it seems and her overall size is just a little smaller than #1. They have plenty of lower stem growth with fairly short node lengths that will form up to make some very long thick colas hopefully. Seeing how well these girls have filled the space and the nice even canopy that is still uniform after a weeks stretch , I think I will need to defoliate at day 21 of flowering to make sure they don't get too close together and stop the cool fresh air from circulating through them all. We are just warming up in the UK so I thinkni will need to also keep check on room temps and humidity more now too. 10/15 Same stuff, just keeping it stable is all I'm trying to do. Update 10/18 - Heat was ridiculous this week, had to turn one or more light features off, for example, turned off the HPS -AND- the LED circuit on the Phlizon on the hottest day because inside the tent it was like 91 degrees F. Yeah it may not be the perfect environment, but look at the growth from the 15th til today. Major flowering happening, unless I am tripping. I see a lot more healthy growth now, which in my opinion means the transplant idea was SO WORTH IT. I see a lot of crystals forming now and the tops the leaves are turning more white that I could hav imagined -- with two more weeks at least to go, I think I may have some bomb flowers if I dont fuck anything up. Northern light to the left in video has more to go and is not as far along as the Vanilla Frosting. 10/20 Added some new nutes for the last two weeks of flower, bubbling like a madman wanting this grow to finish. White Widow (three plants outdoors) will probably finish in the tent, its just really in stasis but it is getting some frosting of its own. BTW when I smelled the flowers yesterday I was blown away by how awesome they smell, like seriously boutique top shelf aromas going on, this is my first grow indoors and really the first time I have been able to give the attention and care these babies need. I have learned SO much. Especially about stuff I was clueless about before. Like which lights are good. What tent size to get. Ph, nutes, watering, relative humidity, cloning... all new stuff. I have become a better gardener as a result and my 200 sq ft community garden plot is doing way better and I expect next year to be bonkers because I really get the whole ecosystem thing now and how mycorrhizae helps everything. Had some slow flower growth due to under fertilizing and overall not building my soil well enough for such monster plants. Learned alot from my second grow so far! After fixing Feeding problems they are fattening really fast! Think i have around 3-4 weeks left at least. Hope they make it.
