Flowering is sloooowly coming along, feels like a lot longer this year, or I'm just impatient. 70/30 top dress of Gaia Green PB to AP this week, not sure how much she needs it. Some very minor ant activity after all the rain washed away the DE, reapplied light application. Haven't been doing any trimming or defoliating this week, barely even lost any leaves on its own, on 2 hrs of drip every 3 days still. She has to be the most maintenance free grow I've ever had. Already have tons of compost going to add to the Hugel next year. On that note, no idea how i'm going to remove that trunk and root system to replant in it next year, any suggestions? Wait till spring then try and dig it up?

23.2.25: I watered with approximately 1.5 ltrs per plant. I mix 6.5ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. This time, I only added Ecothrive Biosys to the water because I have just top dressed the soil. Adding anything extra right now would probably be overkill and result in toxicity from too many available nutrients. I defoliated minimally mostly Do-sì-dos, Watermelon, and Pink Mist. Due to the scrog net, it's about all I can reach 😅 I've moved the plants to increase space for Gorilla Cookies 🍪 and Bubble

Veg: She got a long 5 months 1 weeks of growing and growing so big. Kept the feeds up and she drunk everything she got given to her, kept drinking and drinking them foods. I gave her the growth technology grow for the first 4 months of veg and the last month I gave her both growth technology grow/bloom, hydro Coco grow for the last month of veg stage. Gave her so much HST in month 3-4, just kept topping wherever I could, bending her over wherever I could. Really trying the stress her out to make her stretch and stretch. Started to see some real growth in her in the last month of veg stage, just seeing her doubling in size every week till we got in to some true flowering. Flowering: so we got about 8 1/2 weeks of flowering which was amazing. At the beginning of week one we saw some little flowers and by the end of that week we had some beautiful flowers starting to appear. I start pumping as much bloom feed in as I could I was still giving her the grow feed, but slowly bring them down by the end of week 2. We got some amazing weather other these weeks of flowering were we saw these bud truly start to go bigger and bigger, maybe the weather was a bit to hot for the plant at some points in the early flowering as we got some leafs burn from intends sunlight in the greenhouse. In week 3 we had a weekend of extreme heatwave over the country hitting highs of 34c witch in the greenhouse was getting up to 45-50c too hot!!! The water system failed on this weekend as well, what really hit her hard. I did think we was going to loose her that day when I went to see her. From that day I think we all realized that we have to keep a good check on the watering if the days were going to be so hot. I took all the small stems off the plant and really open up the bottom so we could get some more airflow over these really hot weeks we had, it was amazing to get this weather in the UK. Week 4 we did really start to see them buds coming everywhere, the middle of the plant was stretching. By the end of week 4 I think she did stop stretching and started to fatten up. I cut the growth feed out in the end of week 2 but I think I should of kept it up with the bloom feed till we got in to week 4. We was loosing a lot of leaves all over the plant when we got to the end of the stretch, so I pumped her some growth feed with all the same feeds she was on at the beginning of week 5. We did see a lot of leaf improvement all over the plant, with new growth on all the main clones. This played a big part in getting them buds fatter and fatter. Getting to the end of week 5 I stop the growth feed and just gave her more bloom and pk boost double. We really did see some buds popping up everywhere which was amazing and we had no real popcorn corn buds cause of opening her up. Week 6 she was drinking and drinking up everything we would give her no problem, got to get so much food in to her. She must of drunk over 30l of feed mixture doubled in this week. Started to look a lot bushy all over. When we hit week 7 them buds were fat and starting to lean around everywhere so had to give a bit more support, I tide the main clone to the four main canes and then tide all the side clones to wherever I could. She still drunk 25l of double mixture over this week and the temperature in the nights was getting so low this week it would of been getting to 8-14c, then greenhouse did still get nice and hot during the day up to 18-26c

After week 16 of this grow my 'Fruity Terps'-plants are ready to harvest. I check the trichome-heads with a handheld-microscope (magnification of 150, available in every growshop) and see that all have turned milky and some start to turn amber already. That means PEAK-THC (=all trichome-heads have turned milky) has been reached inside the trichome and it is time to harvest. If I would let them go longer now and continue to flower them, more of the trichome heads will turn amber as the THC breaks down again to other cannabinoids, and the effect of the cannabis will get more sedative when smoked. For some chronic pain patients this is what they want from their medicine, therefore it is advisable for them to let the weed flower than recommended. The aroma coming out of the tent is STRONG and DELICIOUSLY FRUITY! 😍 The fade from the flush has turned the bigger fan-leaves yellow or purple now, this shows the plant is using her own sugars now and has used up all nutrients saved inside her. That is exactly what I want, since a well flushed plant ensures a clean, smooth smoke when the buds are dried. Hello everyone. This week the plant took of. She's stretched quite a bit during the last days showing her sativa dominance, buds are building up nicely. Day 28 I topdressed with humus and compost mixed with 7-10 grams of organic mineral npk 5-10-15 to give her some extra feeding to start flowering. She's going thirsty every two days now so I alternated water and feeding with humus tea and molasses. Watering volume about 5-6 liters. Only training this week has been removing two or three fan leaves which were occluding the lower buds. Just got back from summer holidays. Start flowering must be a couple of days ago started. She managed well during my 3 weeks out. It didn't rain for a single day during that time. They didn't receive water or any feeding. They will get a last foliar spray.

The buds are swelling with the combo of Fox Farms Grow Big & Tiger Bloom. No signs of over feeding...full moon is 4 days away so we are getting some heavenly rain which would contribute to the budswell...her next feeding would be some molasses.

Wow, can this strain grow. She has really stetched and filled out. I am going to repot to 2 gallons later in the week. I really responded to the nutrients.

I am excited to try out this new gorilla cookies from fastbuds. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

After the transplant and some food the girls are looking great, nice and green 💚 Cant wait to start flowering 😁
