I’ve been packing my daughter’s room and moving her things to her new home. For those that have followed my since my beginning here, Cancer left me with neuropathy and arthritis in my hands. I can no longer do my glass fusing or flame work. To close this chapter of my life, I’ve been inventorying glass, tools, equipment, molds and supplies to sell. The most stressful has been appealing Medicare claims and receiving the second denials on the same claims. They are the last payer of record so good luck getting any reimbursement you are entitled to. My apologies to all of you for being so brief on your diaries and not providing many comments. Photos are from 7/28- 8/9 for both weeks. For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue to live in sweltering conditions. Temps are in the upper 80-90s with humidity over 105. In addition to the heat, Hurricane Debby started up the coast but was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us. Expecting our normal thunderstorms, I waited til morning to bring yhe ladies inside. Overnight, we had wind gusts of 25mph. Yeah, then I brought all gals into the house. The photo gals are strong and with thick stalks were able to withstand the winds. Both Opium’s got blown over Auto Opium is thin and spindly and before I could save her from the winds and rain, she got whipped side to side. The top 2 feet bent hard one way and the top 6 inches bent the other direction. The pics show my attempt to bandage the damage 😟 to her top cola with chopsticks and electrical tape. I top dressed all ladies with Bloom Soil for organic fertilizer. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. Hello Fellow Growers ✌️🏻🍁 Not posted in the last week or so, The girls have been potted up into 18litre pots using Bio all mix. Few of them had low PPM 350/400s & some in 700s just before reporting which is low and showing N deficiency’s So once potted up I just give them a nutrient feed of bio grow. Since the soil is got nutrients in it am hoping this will sort it’s self out nutrient wise over the next week. Ripper seeds - dosido x purple punch - has got some mad deficiency I can’t keep happy always looks over watered Aiming to start flowering within the next week or so - since potting up the others I soon realised I was running out of space so I decided to chop a couple strains out. Thought of adding a humidifier into the mix but not sure as I was having over feeding issues - anyones thoughts on this? All auto flowering strains are starting to really get into flowering now. Pink runtz auto - has a lovely strawberries smell. Gorilla glue auto - isn’t looking to great, she’s got a slight deficiency. Blue cheese auto - is growing slow I’m sure this got over fed and just hadn’t bounced back yet. Amnesia haze auto - this is the tallest of them all she’s starting to pack on too. If you are lonely when you are alone, then you are in bad company. Bee pollen is considered a “vitamin bomb” due to the presence of almost all vitamins with an average of 0.02–0.7% of its total content, with a higher amount of water-soluble than fat-soluble vitamins. Bee pollen contains vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C. It also provides minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, iron, and selenium, I mixed a bunch of that with some honey and RAW cane molasses to make a nice big bucket of tea. A family friend who is a beekeeper was kind enough to share some honey. The nutritional content of raw honey is impressive and includes high levels of protein, amino acids, B vitamins, calcium, manganese, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and iron, as well as various polyphenolic antioxidants. I am loading up nature's finest sugars, and sweet things, Honey & Mollases. UV-B-induced DNA damage (CPDs and 6–4 PPs) can be repaired efficiently by photolyases. Pyrimidine dimers can be repaired by nucleotide excision repair (NER), or bypassed by replicative polymerases (Britt 2004). The camera picks up far more light than there is during the night cycle, camera is showing bright pink violet collages but my eyes barely see a thing, about 0.25ppfd in that tent overnight. Have been tweaking the spectrum of moonlight/intensity and watching the responses overnight. Tweak, tweak, tweak all week. PAR is 400-700nm, Overnight UVA in the tent is all 365nm and 385nm, so the meter only picks up a fraction of the light curve that makes it photosynthetically active past 400nm. Of the light in the tent, 0.25ppfd is from UVA Looks like It makes them 🕺 🕺 💃 all night. Better flower soon or ill be screwed for space, they are stretching, but is it "the stretch"? She has fire in her belly. Growing crops with insufficient light (i.e., below “optimal,” as defined here) limits the yield potential, which in turn wastes the other production inputs including labour, water, nutrients and electricity. As lighting fixture is one of the most expensive investment of the production, what is the relationship between light intensity and yield? Potter and Duncombe (2012) grew cannabis plants with varying canopy-level PPFDs during the flowering stage and found that increasing PPFD from 400 to 900 μmol·m−2·s−1 increased yield an average of 1.3 times higher, across seven cultivars, with no light intensity treatment effects on floral cannabinoid concentrations. "Cannabis will not stop flowering if the lights are turned on for a few minutes once or twice during the 2-month-long flowering cycle. If a light is turned on for 5 to 30 minutes—long enough to disrupt the dark period—on 3 to 5 con­secutive nights, plants will start to revert to vegetative growth." "Less than one half of one foot-candle of light (0.1ppfd) from sunlight will prevent cannabis from flow­ering. That is a little more light than is reflected by a full moon on a clear night. Well-bred indica-dominant plants will revert within three days. Sativa-dominant plants take four to five days to revert to vegetative growth. Once they start to revegetate, it can take from four to six ad­ditional weeks to induce flowering again!" Guess ill find out my answer soon.

Hi gromies Ive missed updates over the last few weeks phone problem! But the girls are going great!👍 I'm at the end of week 5 of flower. I'm pretty happy with it for my first scrog grow, could have been better, was in rush to get something into flower, started flowering as soon as they started to grow through net. Should have veged them & trained through the net longer to completely fill net. Pheno 3 was half the size of the other 2. Have started some clones from flowering cuttings, Monster cropping , it works great for increasing yield & saves me from having to keep motherplants. Amazing progress, the roots you see were developed in 8 days! Will start to veg them in the 2nd tent & start the perpetual harvest process. Have continued to grow this strain as I don't have any other seeds at the moment, though it is a nice strain! Definitely time for a change, hint, hint original sensible seeds! Or any other seed companies 👍

22cm vertical growth this week! Definitely entered flowering.

Half way through week 2 flower the girls look smell great today I pick about 150 leaves off my 9 plants didn’t touch the other 6 but that’s the last time I’ll be picking any leaves now I’ll be leaving the girls to just flourish and be happy I cleared a lot of the bottom as well watched a few vids about bugs and got para so I did a lot off sorting the bottom of the plant witch you’ll see in the pics .. what can I say it’s my 2nd grow and my plants are looking better then most off my mates mine are just looking fresh smell nice asf and there leaves are a perfect green. Shitty week. Fan fell down and broke a few branches on 2 plants. Overall they have recovered well and I hope the yield is not affected. Humidity has gone down. I bought a small dehumidifier - but somehow it's not doing what I'd hoped. I've defoliated a bit as the leaves are overlapping and moisture is accumulating there. NYC Sour D #1: Lost 2 lower branches. No drama, but I felt bad. #2: Still slow growth and very compact. Royal Cookies Auto #1: Still the best strain. The first pistins can be seen. #2: Also good plant. As well first pistins Royal Haze Auto #1: So far ok. No pistins to be seen yet. #2: Has lost a side branch. But it was a somewhat smaller plant anyway. Let's see how it continues. Light settings 50% dimmer at 50 cm distance Between 650and 970 ppfd. Small yellow leaf tips. I think this has more to do with the nutrients than with light stress. I don't add any fertilizer, but I don't have to water much either. I'll be on vacation for 11 days from next Wednesday on - I'll water 2 liters per plant before vacation so that the neighbor doesn't have too much to do. He'd better take care of the ventilation and humidity.

49 days!!! it looks really cool, its flowers are starting to bloom a little, you can already see the "sugar leaves" :) this week was quite rainy, but there were 3 days that were really cool, it only got as much sun as possible on my balcony :) 6.3 ph water, with biobizz gave it what it wants :) good luck to everyone :).

Day 57 - Yesterday I noticed that the leaves are darker than they should be, so I re-made the mixing solution lowering the PPM from 750 to 550. I've tried to raise it to see how much nutes that ladies can handle since it's my first time in coco and I like to experiment. Now I'm going to finish this mixing solution and then stabilize the next ones on 650 PPM. Keep learning every day 🙏 Day 60 - Today I added one extra equivalent 75W LED to give the lower nodes more power. Some fan leaves touch it, wish they will not burn. New update in the next days.

2nd grow outdoors wish me luck, both seeds have germinated and broke the soil i gave them 4 oz of water around wen or thursday i will be transplanting to .5 gallon pots on the next watering
