Buds fattening up

Finales de la semana 8 en cultivo ecológico. El proceso ha sido relativamente fácil y sin problemas de no ser por el exceso de nutrientes en la mezcla del supersoil casero, culpa mia por probar cosas nuevas, aunque me ha valido para aprender y he conseguido rectificar a tiempo sacando una gran cosecha. La calidad de las flores se puede apreciar en las fotos, la pena es que no se pueda apreciar el olor, afrutado y muy potente, huele a pura vida. La cantidad de tricomas es considerable como para hacer buenas extracciones. En resumen una gran productora de flores de muy alta calidad, Totalmente recomendable.

Harvest time

Comienzan a formarse las flores, arranca la semana 2. Incorporamos big bud para estimular la formacion de calices. Tratamos de mantener un ph en 6.3 y una ec no tan alta aun.

Well this was an absolute joy to grow and a stunning plant to look at. Thick nugs covered in a blanket of trichomes with a intoxicating smell that is like walking into Grandma's house while she is baking chocolate goodies. The team at Fastbuds nailed this one. Great strain for all skill levels and I would recommend to first time growers right through to the more seasoned veterans. This is my second attempt so I seem to take longer than most to harvest lol I have to try to figure out why that is, I can imagine this plant in the proper hands would be a crowd pleaser for sure. I will definitely be Growing again but with a different training technique because way too much trimming and training involved albeit was such an enjoyable experience just not a practical one if Growing multiple plants. 2 weeks and I'll sample a joint and my pax to give my initial thoughts but if she taste like she smells than going to be a staple in my bud bar. I can't wait until a good cure for this bad girl. This will be a staple in my bud bar and is a great strain for newbies and pros as it's very resilient and redponds well to any kind of training. The smell is intoxicating and will only get better with age which I will cure for 2 months just in time to show her stuff off to famila and friends. Just over 100 grams of solid nugs. Such a fun experience Growing Fastbuds genetics and my favorite strain to date that I have grown. Excited to grow the Fastbuds lineup in the future. Anesia Seeds - Chimera Cut, hello everyone! Our beauty is 60 days old, and she looks absolutely stunning. 12 days ago, we pruned and tied down her branches, and the results have been fantastic. You can see for yourself by checking previous weeks and comparing. This lady has quite the appetite, and Xpert Nutrients are clearly to her taste. Just look at the color and shape of her leaves, and it’s obvious that this lady is surrounded by care and love.

week 8 was another growful week no issues to report.. No matter what I do to this thing she just continues to thrive.. i was worried some of the aggressive defoliation I was doing would stress her out but she has showed no signs even after the training accident she didn't slow her growth down a bit

Durban Skunk pollen made it to this female skunk pistils and flooded her with seeds…I await what phenotype it leans on.

this is weeks 5 and 6.I topped them and trained the branches out to the side. Plus I broke one... I tried to save it but it broke again later

House got a little cooler so they been doing really well the tent gets at it hottest 80 to 84 degrees .. I’ve been feeding a little more since I don’t know if they need more but the looking outstanding . There’s no info on these two strains. I’m going to let the coco dry out alittle more but for half soil half coco there doing great. lol

Mar 24: Watering till runoff now... runoff ppm was 2500+... Will be using very mild nutes to flush over 1 - 3 feeds... or until I am near my input. Mar 26: Continuing to use 650ppm feed with bloom focus, 2L per plant gives 15% runoff... Runoff ppm is still very high... I wanted to check pH of runoff but the color is so vibrant i cant use the pH drops to view color, need to get a pH probe. Plants are thriving, no issues at all. the extra fan fixed the post-water droop. One plant is bushy and has the most bud sites, One is the smallest but has the most uniform structure, this one has the biggest buds and thickest stalk, One is about in the middle of the 2. Mar 29: one of these girls gets droopy early when its time for water, thought the canopy was too high so i tied down some more, no cigar... gonna try increasing calmag, if that doesent work im going to reposition in the grow box to a side instead of middle, may not need the upper end ppfd...

This week the new growth of the plants transitioned from looking relatively healthy to droopy and yellowed. I wasn't sure what the issue was at first and thought it might be light stress. After more research, I determined that I had what looked very much like a zinc deficiency, which is almost always a symptom of over-watering, which is the most common mistake for new growers, i.e. "Me". I had assumed that adding a good amount of perlite to my soil and using smart pots would prevent me from running in to any drainage issues but I guess not. I was up to 1.5 liters per plant when I realized that it was too much. I also realized I was misreading my syringe which I use to mix nutrients, and that i had been giving only 1/10 of the liquid nutrients that I thought. I'm super embarrassed about the mistake but I'm going for full transparency here, so there it is. Course correction takes places after day 31.

Week 12: June 14 2020 - June 20 2020 Topped Blue Dream and Purple Kush for the second time on Thursday (June 18). New growths are starting to pop through the canopy of Girl Scout Cookies. Very excited to see how fast she starts growing now. Hoping the other two plants respond just as well to the topping. Great week, no problems whatsoever. Thanks for stopping by. Cheers!
