Very satisfied with this genetics. From bud to harvest in only 60 days. Once dried and trimmed I got 89 grams of beautiful buds, with a very intense aroma. This plant never gave me any problems, it grew very fast and healthy despite very hot, dry days and the presence of aphids

From seed - LA Kush Cake - Just about done- Started flush three days ago. Very stinky and sticky now- piney lemon aromas of stankkkk kushhhh La kush cake can run into mid October but going to pull sooner than 15th probably… Caterpillars became very active last week and I’ve been picking one off my my top cola every twelve hours or so :/ … luckily they’ve focused on two specific plants so just babying them now making sure they don’t destroy all my gorgeous work. Lil buggards burrow into the nugs decay the buds fast so precious state right now during this time of year/ state of plant.

-4/23/23 Start of Week --Week 5 -4/24/23 (day 37) --Observations: FIMed top recovering slowly --Comments: may top this plant because the recovery time on the FIM attempt is taking to much time. -4/25/23 (day 38) --Changes: topped main stem, also added some other plants to the pot (cilantro, lemon balm, lemon basil) --Comments: today I topped the main stem because I didn't like the way it was recovering from FIMing. decided to remove the top in a way that left one branch node and not the normal two, should give all the branches space to grow during flower. also gave this girl some friends so that she is not alone. -4/26/23 (day 39) --Observations: topped location healing good, underside branch doing good --Comments: recovering quickly from the topping. also I will be removing the underside branch before I flip to flower along with the lowest branch on the main stem, will be using them for clones. -4/29/23 (day 42) --Observations: almost fully recovered from the topping, getting a little clustered near the center --Comments: this experimental grow style is not working the way I thought that it would, but it is still doing really well. excited to see what this plant will look like when it starts flowering. I continue to spray with nutrients every day, will stop halfway through week one flower cycle and switch to spraying with Build-a-Soil's Build-a-Bloom until the end of week 4. also will switch watering nutrients at the end of week one flower. -4/29/23 End of Week

Germination 07/09/2022 Hi to all the old and new growers out there. Spring has barely started but I'm so AMPED to start again. My first grow attempt was a disaster. I started to early for the season. I wasted some good seeds and those Blasted 🐌 🐌 snails messed up everything. Got up started again and took it as a learning curve. I had 1 seed left from the previous attempt and this had to be the golden ticket. The first important thing I learned was getting to the correct pH. Used a 1 liter jug not knowing that the pH down was very concentrated substance. Added 1ml of pH down to tap water with a base of 8.5+ pH and brought it down all the way to less than 4.5 pH. I probably tried like 5 times and realized that a single drop made a difference of about 2 pH. I got the feel of it and had to source a better water supply. I had the option of using tap water but didn't have the time to do a 24 hour airstone run ever time I wanted to water the plants. The local water supply shop was a better option. I got a consistent 6 pH and the price was decent. The Snail 🐌 Problem... I have a plan for those F**kers. We have 2 very nice hydroponic shops in my city. We're halfway through the first week, day 10 to be more precise at the time of the photo. We've chosen to stay on 24/7 for at least the first few weeks, as we're in a hurry to finish at least the autoflowering plants so we can have some weed for Christmas. Our Karen Kush Auto is the best of the bunch, the queen of our autoflowering plants right now. Anything can happen, but look at the difference compared to the others. It seems incredible that she did all this in 10 days, but it happened. This is thanks to the 24/7 light, a practice that in my opinion is a bit aggressive, but one that growers in a hurry to harvest absolutely must embrace. I'm now going to switch to 20/4, but many are leaving it until the end. Naturally, it changes the nutrient intake a bit, and there are some delicate aspects to be careful about. Thanks to your advices guys, the plants survived the heat wave ! I had to reduce the light time due the hot temperatures outside, now that it's done and the temperatures back to normal, the light schedule is back to 18h/6h. I misted them frequently and I can tell how well it works, the leaves are way less curled up, the plants are still growing fast. I now mist them a little bit when the light turns off. I started LST on day 17 and re-adjusted it on day 20, I think I'm doing it well but I could be wrong, comment and tell what I can do better ! I only water them once a week, I wait for the soil to be very dry, like 1cm deep or even more. I noticed some pistils on the biggest plants, I guess they're already pre-flowering Couldn't take much photos of this week, I had a lot of work and the light is on when I'm back home, I made a short video with lights on, I also heard music stimulate plants, so I tried lol

Now here we go !!! This girl is just starting to take off, as for every gorilla glue lineage strain I have done , they really pack on weight at the very end . Just when you start to feel disappointed, it will explode. Day 22 Update: LST rechecked and adjusted as necessary. All three got dechlorinated tap water, PPA1 and PPA2 each got nearly a L, and PPA3 got about 1/2-2/3rds. Day 24 Update: LST rechecked and adjusted as necessary. All three got dechlorinated tap water; PPA1 and PPA2 each got nearly a L, while PPA3 received about 2/3rds. Pictures show decent foliage filling in over the past two days, so I adjusted again. One, maybe two more good adjustments and then I'll mostly let em grow. PPA3 seems to be recovering from the topping well, but I wouldn't know the difference yet anyways. Its fun to watch them grow regardless! Day 25 Update: Just took a picture of each today. Day 26 Update: Took a picture of each in the tent. They will likely all be getting water tonight. I think just regular water again tonight. The tip with 2 sets of stems broke off PPA2 so they’ve all been topped if inadvertently. I always had my doubts because of the soil PPA2 is in, but this will drastically affect the outcome. Day 27 Update: I watered them with about a .75 L each tonight. Decholorinated tap. Maybe add some Tiger Bloom next time? Pretty sure the soil was still pretty hot at least with nitrogen from whatever I had growing before, so maybe just water again honestly. Updated pictures of each today. PPA2 is going to be severely limited. I looked through the pictures, you can see the break on PPA2 on day 24. I probably could have saved if I'd noticed, so I've learned to keep a better eye on the training and not force the main stalk so much. I don't know if I'll adjust the training anymore. Day 28 Update: Just a new picture of each. There’s also a video showing off my whole tent. Light dose of Tiger Bloom tomorrow night is the plan.

Day 16 Veg: This week has dragged by watching these girls set up for their race. They are smaller than the other strains in general and the quickest to the end of flower so I will be very gentle with their training and height control. The LOS girl took her time to settle down but has now began to catch up and looks a lot better than she did. They have been put on their coco feeds at the lowest rate now so should be ready for their burst for flowering. I top dressed the LOS girl#1 with life-cycle to get her bennies moving quicker and have given the pots a decent watering too. They will get a fimming I think as I don't want to stunt their height at all as they are going to be shorter than the other strains. now begins the long wait till the next update.!. lol

SATURDAY 8/11: It's late Friday night..early Saturday morning..might as well start week 8! All systems are 'GO', and it's looking like I'm about 10-14 days away from starting the flush on WW#1 and maybe EM#1. I'm salivating 😍 I just gotta get these temperatures down a bit more.. SUNDAY 8/12: Yesterday I ordered a couple of 15.0 UVB 26w CFL bulbs to suspend over the girls that are the closest to finished..try to get them to ooze some more THC for me. Today I started germinating 7 more White White Autos from CKS and 4 more Candy Cane Autos from CKS. They will also be planted in 5gal fabric pots. They will be grown in the veg tent and moved into the main tent as space becomes available. The current crop will be harvested in waves, so I'll just employ stools for the new arrivals until everybody's been harvested from the current crop and I can lower the light again. MONDAY: I'm really starting to see the effects of the heat stress from this past week. So many dead or dying leaves. Temperatures are staying below 90 at the canopy and closer to 80 at the floor during the day..varying between 83 and 87 for most of the day and climbing to about 89 by sunset. It drops to 78-80 for 5 hours of nighttime. That's a shitload better than the mid to high 90's of last week, but the damage, I'm afraid, has been done.😢 EM#1 and WW#1 aren't gonna have enough vegetation left to do much else and I want to trim away the necrotic shit before it reaches the sugary stuff. There might be enough lower leaves left alive that I can just harvest the main colas and let the lower regions be for another week of swelling and flushing, but if not, they will get one more dose of tiger bloom and cha ching in 2 days, then two days later I will flush them really well and trim off all the dead shit. Let them dry for another day or two and flush them one more time really well and put them in the dark for a day before harvesting. EM#2 still has a good bit of green in her big fan leaves and will probably perk up and show me some more bud development.🙏 EM#3 hates anything above 85 degrees, so I'll probably never make her happy..😟 WW#2 and EM#4 don't seem to have been bothered by the heat near as much.👍 CC#1 and CC#2 don't like the heat at all..but they are killer dwarves and will pull through just fine.👌 I mixed up 7 gallons of ph'd water with calmag, bud candy, big bloom (no nitrogen), and a very heavy dose of boomerang and douched everybody really well. TUESDAY: The crispy girls got a big haircut today. I cut away most of the necrotic stuff on EM#1, EM#2, and WW#1. Buds should stay pretty for another few days...and wow are they pretty! The 3 plants still have enough foliage that I've decided to let them bask under the UVB lights for a day or two between flushes...see if I can't get them to ooze a little more of the good stuff. I moved them into the areas in the garden with less PAR..mainly 660nm reds and the UVBs. I also raised the lights about 2 inches. Pretty sure that EM#4 and WW#2 are within a week of finishing as well. So far, I have 3 new WW and 2 new CC sprouts planted. One WW has emerged thus far. She shall be called "WW#3" unless she earns a nickname. New photos and video clips were taken today. WEDNESDAY: I had a 100% germination success rate with the 7 new WW's and 4 new CC's! They all got planted today, but I ran out of soil (still waiting on Amazon shipment) so I had to plant several of them in smaller pots and will have to transplant them to 5 gal pots when the Happy Frog and Coco Loco arrives. They are in the veg tent for now, but it looks like I'll have plenty of room for them all in the big tent within a week or two. WW#1 and EM#1 got flushed with 6 gallons of ph'd spring water today and will have another day/night to bask in the UVB and deep red lights, then I'll put them in the dark for another day before lovingly hacking them to bits. 😜 EM#2 isn't quite ready yet..various up-close looks at her 14" cola told me that she still has time..probably only about 20-30% cloudy trichromes now, so more Cha Ching for her tomorrow! EM#4 is in a hurry to finish..betting tomorrow will be her last nutrient dose. EM#3 is a slow-poke..maybe two more weeks or more to fully fatten her up. CC#1 is gonna be a quick one for sure..maybe another week or 10 days at most. CC#2 might be 2 more weeks. THURSDAY: Mixed up a 2 gallon batch of early flowering nutes for the CC's and Bush Bitch, 2.5 gallons of late flowering nutes for WW#2, EM#4.. and I decided that EM#2 just isn't ready yet, so she got late flowering nutes as well. The pots on WW#1 and EM#1 were still very heavy, so they were allowed to soak up the reds and UV's for another day to hopefully dry out a little more. FRIDAY: WW#1 and EM#1 are still hoping for a reprieve from the Governor, but it's not looking good for them...their sentences are set to be carried out at dawn. Last night they were stripped down and taken into lights-out solitary confinement to await their execution. They were given no last meal and when asked if they had any final requests, they asked only that they be cremated in a series of small fires spanning a couple of months. 😏

Final week for the Blackberry Auto! After a proper flush and 24h of darkness, she was ready to go trichomes sitting around 25% amber and the aroma became incredibly strong. Buds are very dense and heavy, the main cola feels like a rock. Lots of purple and almost black tones on the sugar leaves. The smell during harvest was crazy sweet berries mixed with a bit of earthy spice. I’m super happy with the result; this one definitely exceeded my expectations in both quality and yield.
