Pow pow and welcome in Week14 - official Week8 of bloom 😃 There is no much changes from last week apart from buds getting more dense with pistils changing colour to orange all over. Skywalker is absolutely full of knuckles or “good foxtails” as some of you will say. LemonWalker bending as mad due to bud weight 😍 At this stage both girls are in flush mode getting nothing but plain water. Pinched small stem from each of them to run some pre-test...couldn’t resist haha. Really happy with the progress. Not as full as others I've seen, but I've learned a lot in the process and will be better prepared from the start to grow big beautiful plants next time. Especially happy that Chonga has grown so much stronger and is now the exact same height as sister Chonga. Both plants have reached 21 inches.

This week has been great! Germination on all 4 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes was a success!! We planted them in there pots an through out the week we gave em each a very light spray down of pure water phd at 6.5 and by Friday they all popped out the soil Let’s go!!!!! Next week we will start light feed on nutrients , so y’all keep them eyes peeled for next updates an I appreciate y’all for following my grow !!😶‍🌫️💨💨💨🙏🏻💚💯🤙🏻

Week six. She is probably about ready to flip to flower. I did some defoliation and cut some lower branches to root clones. This thing is bushy as fuuuuu, even after my fan disaster damaging her! I am doing some LST on lower branches and will SCROG as best I can when I flip to flower. She is happy and healthy right now. No issues. Humidity in the tent has been a bit high so I may have to get a dehumidifier in the tent soon. This strain has been putting out the prettiest ridged leaves. Ive been having a blast taking artsy photos of them lol

I think I've set my Defolate schedule to a bit on week 3, alot on week 6 and a little more on 8 or 9. Que pasa familia, vamos con la segunda semana de floración de estas Papayton feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío ,se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 litros definitivamente. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color, estaban muy bien enraizadas al realizarle el trasplante se notaba la abundancia radicular. COMENTAR: que una de las 3 salió macho. Día 36. Estamos en 6ta semana. Los esquejes se atrasaron debido a que han sido días muy fríos y no he logrado enraizarlos. Decidí poner el extractor de aire junto con la bomba de aire, así solamente se prende 15 minutos cada hora. Así estoy logrando temperaturas mayores a 24°C en el indoor y así voy a lograr el enraizado. La planta ya tiene un tamaño que ocupa casi todo el indoor. Pero lo importante es que la voy guiando y ya estoy proyectando como va a ir cada rama. El tamaño va a exceder lo que esperaba, pero aún así creo que si logro lo que tengo en mente, voy a sacar muy buenos resultados. Igual no me voy a arriesgar demasiado, así que si contando 10 días desde ahora, no logro que los esquejes enraicen, voy a pasar la madre a floración sola. Cómo pueden ver, las ramas están bastante gruesas, y el la ramificaciones van ganando su lugar cada una. Las raíces son demasiado grandes, aunque sé que voy a poder poner la planta en el sistema de arriba igual, aunque me voy a tener que ayudar de algo para meterlas. Es importante no utilizar las manos, ya que se pueden transmitir muchos hongos. Voy a seguir actualizando e ir viendo que pasa. Pero ya estamos en los últimos días de crecimiento, haya o no esquejes. Incluso puede que ya pase la planta al indoor de arriba para darle mayor libertad de crecimiento. Esto me va a servir para tlmar en cuenta en la próxima camada que se vendrá. La idea de esto es hacer las cosas rápido, y no en gran tamaño. Pero siendo que ya estoy en el baile, no me queda otra que bailar. Día 40 Los esquejes no estaban enraizando, así que decidí cambiarlos de lugar y los puse arriba de la luz, donde les da calor y luz tenue. Espero que ahora si agarren. Y hoy fue el gran día, pasé la planta madre al módulo de arriba. Pero lo voy a dejar una semana más creciendo. De esa forma veo si los esquejes llegan a agarrar a tiempo. Y además tuve un problema en el trasplante. Primero que la planta se hizo más grande que lo esperado, y la raíz también. Cuando la pasé, hubo contacto de la raiz con prácticamente todo lo que había cerca. Sumado a que se enredó en el oxigenador, así que quedó una pidra difusora en la raíz. Dado el alto riesgo de haberla contaminado con algún hongo, le puse una solución de agua con agua oxigenada, recirculando continuamente, para lavar las raices y de paso bajar el stress de teansplante. Mañana veremos cómo arranca el día. En el aprendizaje me llevo que en la madre, es mejor hacer un corte en el primer nudo, o dejar las ramas del segundo y quitar las del primero. Y así que queden sólo dos ramas, para luego dejar a los esquejes en el medio. Eso planeo hacer con la próxima variedad. Entre tanto ahora sólo me preocupa que la raíz no se haya contaminado en el traspaso. Ya en 8 días estaré pasando a floración si no hay esquejes. Si llegan a agarrar, habrá que dar unos días de crecimiento hasta que alcancen a la madre en altura. Pero ya está todo en definición. Ahora sólo queda esperar y seguir guiando a la planta. Ya tengo ganas de poner la próxima, pero falta bastante para eso. Tengo 10 semanas de flora, así que recién en 5 semanas voy a poner la nueva madre.

Outcome was alright since i had a mite infestation for so long, still happy of what i got out of the plants! will update on dry weight and taste etc. Also that was the first time in grew with “decent” equipment, since i don’t have alot of money to spend i got these quantum boards off alibaba & i’m pretty impressed off what they are able to do!

D64 - We're at the start of the fifth week of flower, and the girls are looking better day by day. However, a few days I noticed very minor leaf damage on two leaves on the second girl that "might" be thrips damage. It's not a huge deal since the girls will finish in two to three weeks, but I figured it would be prudent to be proactive before the next grow, so I ordered some Cucumeris predatory mites. They arrived today, and I hung a sachet with mites on each girl. D68 - Today, I disconnected the Inkbird controller and humidifier that kept the humidity in the tent high. It is getting towards the end of flower, and I want to decrease the RH in the tent to avoid botrytis. I also set the exhaust fan to run constantly. I hope that will be enough as there isn't enough space in the tent to fit a dehumidifier. #tinytentproblems D69 - The humidity in the tent is still too high for my liking so I had to get creative. I drilled a hole in my dehumidifier so that it can hang in the tent. It's only a small dehumidifier and not very powerful but the tent is tiny and the dehumidifier should be enough to drop the RH by around 10%. D70 - We have reached the end of the fifth week of flower and the girls are rocking it in the tent and their buds are getting fatter as each day passes by. It's only a waiting game at this point although a game where I'm trying to avoid budrot. I adjusted the light schedule yesterday so that the hottest hours of the tent are during the coldest hours of the day. That should even out the temps a bit, and I also keep a flap open on the tent to further reduce the temperature and humidity. The girls are looking great and I would hate to get botrytis and lose part of the harvest.

Day 41 up-potting not real crazy over root health, seems like I did a little better first run though I really fucked that one up, thinking about trying Dyna-Zyme & RAW Microbes Grow maybe. Run offs read: LSD #1 pH 5.6 PPM 1120 LSD #2 pH 5.7 PPM 1110 LSD #3 pH 5.6 PPM 1190 LSD #4 pH 5.6 PPM 1050 Gelato #1 pH 5.6 PPM 1090 Gelato #2 pH 5.6 PPM 1080 Watered straight with 10ml of KLN per gal solution pH about 6.8-7 Hoping the pH will normalize over time & these will be back on track. Seemed to perk back a bit today.

Nice Bud swelling going on. #2 has outgrown the grow box. I'm going to swap her with a small plant from my big grow room. She got a little bit of light burn but not to bad. #1 is close to the lights bud she seems ok. I will move her if I have too.

Things are going pretty well. 🙂 I am just about to start flushing. Buds are swelling up and getting denser every day. Getting close to the finish line. 😎 I'll update throughout the week.
