Comparando la situazione generale con quella sotto il led (pressoché simile per genetica) qui siamo molto più indietro nonostante abbiano avuto qualche giorno in più di vegetazione. Ma per espansione del verde e altezza sembra di essere settimane indietro. Detto questo la struttura e comunque buona è molto simile alle altre, sicuramente saranno fenotipi selezionati, con internodi ben predisposti e non troppo distanziati. Inserite le clip anche qui ma non ho ancora le foto, le posterò la settimana successiva.

Nutrient Adjustments 🌱💧 This week, we've introduced Potassium (K) into our nutrient regimen. Potassium is essential during the flowering stage as it helps with the development of buds, enhancing their size, density, and overall quality. Here's the updated nutrient mix we're using: Regulator: 0.15ml/L CaMg Boost: 0.25ml/L Top Booster: 0.3ml/L P Boost: 0.4ml/L K Boost: 0.3ml/L With these adjustments, the TDS has gone up to 500 ppm, and the pH is set at 6.0. The temperature remains steady at 21°C, creating the perfect environment for our girls to flourish. The Power of Potassium Introducing K Boost is a game-changer. Potassium plays a vital role in regulating plant metabolism and promoting strong, healthy growth. It aids in: Bud Development: Enhances the size and density of buds, leading to a more substantial yield. Disease Resistance: Strengthens the plant's natural defenses, making them more resilient to diseases. Water Regulation: Helps the plant manage water efficiently, which is crucial during the flowering stage. The Garden Update The Anesia girls are looking spectacular! Day 43. Girl is running nice. Now when 90% of side shoots are secured, just readjusting ties and leaf tucking left. Doubt ill make it in time for event, but somehow i feel that harvest will be way bigger reward ;)) she already smell strong and nice ;))) TS1000 is on max output. I rotate two smallest plants under her daily and see no issues with this light at the moment. Bud development will finalise my feeling about her ;) Happy Growing !!!

Day 122 / Week 7 of Flo: Since the colour of the fanleaves is fading away pretty quickly, i decided to add in a little nitrogen (in form of BioGrow). I havent been feeding any nitrogen since the beginning of the 5th Week of Flowering. Only the little that is in BioBloom, that is only 2% The complete solution i used is following: 16l Water (4 each plant) 8ml Bio Grow 48 ml Bio Bloom 16ml TopMax 48ml BioHeaven 48ml ActiVera Day 125 / Week 7 of Flo: I am not adding any more nutrients at this stage and i started watering every plant with 2,5l of water every two days as their demand is not that high anymore and i wanna keep humidity down to a minimum to prevent bud rot. To give you an idea in early Flowering i was watering every plant with 5-6l every 3 day's, from 5th week on i was giving them 4l every 3 days and now only 2,5l. As two of the plants (Plant #2 and Plant #4) are starting to look like they are close (about 10-12 days) to harvest i am considering to flush them one of the next days. The other two plants (Plant #1 and Plant #3) seem to be of the same phenotype and look like they can take a few days more, let's see.. Also they grew bigger and stretched more in flowering then the other two, maybe a little more sativa genes.. Day 127 / Week 7 of Flowering: Today i flushed plant #2 (back left) and plant #4 (front right) with 20l of fresh water 💦 from the well. Plants #1 and #3 are recieving 2,5l of plain water every second day for a few more days. Soon i will flush them too.

Hi all not much going on this week just feed and kept comfortable hopefully done good enuf job 👍 Wedding cheese cake 2 weeks or so ahead of strawberry banana. Its me first grow though and really knew nothing when I started other than a bit of studying for few weeks never took into consideration about one strain finishing faster and no were to dry it so asked wife can use wardrobe,nearly ended living back with my mammy🤣🤣 I jst taught ill use that tent for everything haha how stupid was I to think different strians different plants all be ready together when I need them to not when they are haha so went out bought another tent small one so not to be tempted to fill that up is well then have to buy another one to dry before you know it I'll have ten tents and still no where to dry 🤣🤣🤣so small marshydro tent for drying and drying only haha then hopefully all be good anyone know the right temps and humidity for best results.I hear many different ones its very confusing.so started flushing wedding cheese cake going to try do at least ten days flush till tent comes with just ph 6.0 water still feeding strawberry banana fir another week or 2 maybe. Trop Cherry #8 x BeeJayz hasn’t been topped, I transplanted the girls this week from a 1 gallon pot to a 3 gallon pot. Trop Cherry was in a plastic pot but now in a fabric pot. Plants seem to be growing well.

1/20 12am Monday Keeping them in veg for another week, they look great. 12pm good 1/22 3am water raised light up a couple inches, still at 48W. 1/23 moved the CBD plant into this grow, its not an Auto. so this is unexpected, I cut her in half topping yesterday. I will be experimenting Witches Wedding in a smaller container, good thing im out of room. 1/24 Witches Wedding experiment worked. I put her in the dirt a little bit sooner because im more confident about how seeds work now.

Week 9 Update – Pushing Limits 🌿 Everything is running as it should, but AN#3 is completely maxed out—there’s no more room left in the tent. One thing is clear, though: the difference in stem thickness between BioBizz#1 and AN#4 is striking, likely due to Rhino Skin. AN#4 is also developing a gorgeous layer of frost as expected. ❄️ BioBizz#1 – BT35 The CalMag issue is fully under control now—she’s getting 140/40 and shows no visible deficiencies anymore. Overall, she’s in great shape! AN#4 – BT35 There’s a minor calcium deficiency visible on one leaf, but at this stage, it’s not a concern. Advanced Nutrients CalMag Xtra is doing its job well at 1ml/L. EC: 2.4 pH: 6.5 Drain: pH 6.1 (EC not measurable due to organic soil). AN#3 – BT31 She’s lagging slightly behind the others, though she should be further along. This is due to suboptimal conditions—she’s far too close to the light, and there’s nothing I can do about it. Supercropping is nearing its limits, but thankfully, vertical growth has almost stopped! EC: 2.4 pH: 6.5 Drain: pH 6.1 (EC not measurable due to organic soil).

Amazing Plant! Highly Recommend to any grower that loves an indica strain! Strong bushy plant with big dense colas! Very heavy wet weight and completely covered in trichomes. Cant wait to see the trimmed up results!

2024-07-02 OUTDOOR The Outdoor lady is a Queen, she grows very beautiful despite the weather, we had aweek with very warm and sunny , now we are back to cold, humid and rainy it looks like she dont catres. INDOOR the lady stretches and shows alot of Colas with sweet Flowers, i havent counted the colas iam feeding the indootr Pland additionally to the topdressing with insectfrass iam watching her, because it looks like she dont needs alot of feedings and is fine Divine Seeds developed Opium as a new champion strain, unprecedently powerful and loaded with unbelievable quantities of resin. Certainly, no average genetic base could be behind such brilliant parameters! Several Afghani Indica landraces, recognized as most potent and resinous, were bred together with a mighty Brazilian Sativa which Opium inherits its bright berry taste from. Then a great deal of work followed aiming for the highest THC level and endurability as well as a branchy structure that would provide maximal yields. Now we can proudly title Opium the best Indica you could dream of growing! Indoors these plants mostly stay mid-height (1.5 m), reaching up to 2.0 m out of doors. Depending on your height limitations, Opium flourishes universally in grow boxes, balconies, green houses and terraces. Due to its Afghani parentage, this strain can stand hot weather if provided enough water and some shadow. Responds well to any training techniques: ScroG and SoG, LST, topping and FIM, supercropping. The start of blooming is marked with a rush of growth, when plants stretch almost 1.4x. Expect heavy colas that often require additional supports. Whilst ripening, Opium gives off a pungent earthy stench with fruity and berry undertones, also a bit of pine. Ready for outdoor harvesting in October. The stoning psychedelic impact of Opium is like being hypnotized (unless you’ve had too much, then it feels more like a blackout). Stone-lovers will appreciate every minute with Opium: its spicy taste immerses your mind into daydreaming, while the body rests flat. Recreation with this psychedelic Indica means silent tripping from one insight to another. Mighty enough to kill chronical pains, Opium is also medically efficient against insomnia, nausea, appetite disorders, muscle spasms, headaches, irritation, fatigue, panic attacks, epilepsy. Best consumed at night time, the effects keep going for up to 4 hours.

My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Adequate light intensity ensures Rca can effectively maintain Rubisco in its active, carbamylated state. •Maintain optimal temperature: Rca is highly temperature-sensitive and can become unstable at moderately high temperatures (e.g., above 35°C/95F° in many C3 plants), which decreases its ability to activate Rubisco. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems.

14. Woche, P1 fällt morgen, die ist soweit gut denke ich (ca. 20% aufwärts Bernstein Trichome). P2 braucht leider noch ca. 1 woche länger. 93. Tag ist für P1 das Ende, sie wurde heute vorgetrimmt und zum trocknen aufgehängt. Ergebnisse gibt es wenn die P2 auch geerntet wird, denke nächste Woche um die Zeit. Aber eins kann ich euch versichern, is mit Abstand die schwerste die ich ist jetzt hatte😊🍀🍀. Gebt euch auch mal wie viele Trichome die gute produziert hat, Duft is noch sehr pflanzlich, Blüten sind ziemlich fest gewesen hoffe das es nach dem trocknen noch so ist. Alles in allem super Run. Hoffentlich is die gute bei den Top 10 das wäre ein träumchen, wobei ich es wirklich jedem gönne zu gewinnen und bei soviel starker Konkurrenz geht ich wahrscheinlich unter. ABER was ein geiler Contest trotzdem, hier ein dickes fettes Dankeschön an Zamnesia und Plagron für die Möglichkeit hier überhaupt mitmachen zu dürfen 🙏💙💜 98. This has been one of the easiest grows I had so far. The feeding was the key. Amending with a ‘Grow’ amendment(rich in Nitrogen) and supplement with Bloom liquid nutrients. Watering as often as possible and using RO water. Even though I had a pest invasion the girls did great.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 PURPS ARE HERE TO STAY OH YAY!! Thinking about changing the title of this diary to that right there.. Like i said last week, purps are here to stay, nugs are 100% all purple though leaves are green. The smell has really come in this week. In spain we call this the Cali aroma, that high grade aroma. 😂 Kind of bummed that the buds aren't as big as I imagined but then again I wasn't expecting the purps so yeah, you get what you get I guess... They are getting a bit denser, so that's nice. Things are running smoothly.. In flower I use Enzymes once every 10 days or so to help out with the roots.. That's it.. hope you like the content.
