Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

All plants have bounce back nicely one week until start flush sum pistil hairs still thick white about 30%orange 70%white hairs will check up next week 22th July

Growing strong I think I'm going to up the nutrition its receiving. It seem thirsty all the time I water her at least 4 time last week.

WEEK 7 - March 14 - 20 I now have a good light meter so I rearranged the parts provide light efficiency trying to get close to PPFD for the age of each plant. ALL HAVE HAD CALCIUM MAG DEFICIENTCIES. I NEED TO ADD CALMAG TO MY RO WATER AND KEEP ADDING MORE THROUGHOUT THE GROW.

Start of week 4, she’s not stretching like I thought she would but she’s healthy no nutrient burns or adversity of any significance. Topped her in week 3 with success. I took a risk and transplanted her into a bigger pot on day 30. Seemed shocked at first but is now thriving ... onto week 5.

End of week 4 , huge difference each week. Buds started fast, strong purple genetics showing instantly. Can't wait to see what happens. So far everyone is healthy and happy

On cruise control now, done some defoliation here and there but that's it, feeding every 2-3 days and they are swelling up very nicely. This has been another awesome week. She has been doing extremely well. Her recovery time from her first topping, to the point where I could top her again, was almost 2 weeks to the nose. So we have topped her a 2nd time this week. She is now at 4 nodes. I am expecting/hoping to be topping her again for the final time in another 2 weeks. From there, Its Veg time, A Lolli popping, And then Flower Flower Flower. This week she will also be moving into a bigger tent. My bloom tent is currently empty, so I am going to move her over early, get a little more light, and be ready for flower. This also allows me to use the veg tent for my other fresh started grow. Don't worry, I have just installed a camera into the bloom tent, so we will continue with the time lapse videos as best as possible. Some adjustments may be needed as Cotton Grows, but I have already thought ahead and "should" be ready. Notice the "'s around should.

It's been a beautiful strain to work with, the flowrs are definitely worth it after all this time, the quality is definitely high. However this pheno of ak420 smells very different from the other 2 phenos I've grown along with her. The flowrs are beautiful, very solid and frosty nuggets, I smoked a few little nuggets when trimming but I'm excited to taste the big buds, hope you guys enjoyed the process. I want to say that this pheno #1 has a different smell compared to the other 2 phenotypes of ak420 that you can see here on my page as well, so stay tuned guys! Overall result is very nice, good quality, strong weed, sticky, stinky. There have been no trips for 2 weeks, but prevention is better 😀. Because of the neem oil, the plants look very dark and shiny, which I really like when they shimmer like that 😝. I didn't do any training these days, that will be done again the next few days 👌. it was watered twice this week with around 0.6 l per plant. The Ph / Ec measuring device was also recalibrated. A cutting requires roots to uptake water, we must create an environment so humid the plant can absorb moisture through its one set of leaves, 70+RH% but also a good supply of fresh air and full temperature control. Once I see light lime green it will signify new growth of the plant, I will know it has started to re-root.

So gonna stick with 1ml/l for the rest of the grow now, i think the problems were just too much in the soil and since lowering nutes the problems are slowing down. Another week or two for the Zkittlez, seeing amber on the sugar leaves but not quite on the buds yet although it is mostly cloudy. Lemon AK is behing as it was germed later but still looks to be forming some nice buds and now has a fantastic smell of its own. Looking forward to these so much cant wait!!!!
