Another great week for the ladies, as they are now almost halfway through flowering which is 4 weeks into flower, and the stretch has just finished. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I did start to add a PK booster last week pushing the EC up to 1.4. I also switched the Medic Grow light from V1 to the F1 Spectrum at the beginning of last week, and will be integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The tallest plants are the Sundae Driver and the Durban Nights at 44" and the Red Hot Cookies is the shortest plant at 40" however they all look happy and healthy and capable of easily giving up a half pound each. The 5X5 tent is starting to really fill up and they are just now starting to smell. I was out of town all weekend so I was unable to make a time lapse video but I will update next week. I did defoliate twice this week and I may do one or two more rounds before just letting them do their thing. Not much to do from here on out except make sure the reservoir is full and the PH is in the proper range. Que pasa familia, vamos con la octava semana de floración de estas Gorilla Zkittlez Auto de FastBuds. Por supuesto el ph se mide en cada riego y se mantiene en 6.2, regando cada 48/72 horas e intentando mantener la humedad un poco alta al principio. Se ven bien sanas ya en la recta final y no puedo quejarme, no tienen malos aromas,esta semana vemos como terminan de madurar las flores. GROW 😁 As you may already know, I have 2 varieties in my growroom. 👍 I have 4 pots of each species with 4 plants in each pot. So 16 plants Mother Gorilla and 16 plants Triple G. 👽 In the first weeks, the Triple G plants were the fastest growers. But since flowering, the Mother Gorilla plants have taken over. Most Mother Gorillas are now higher in length than the Triple Gs. They clearly have more Sativa influences than the Triple G. 💪   The 16 Mother Gorilla plants differ greatly in length. On DAY 26 these are the various lengths (in cm) : 63, 67, 83, 83, 95, 99, 107, 110, 110, 111,, 114, 116,117, 126, 130, 134 The drastic pruning in week 2 has stimulated the plants enormously. The plants have been multiplied by 2 to 3 times in height since flowering -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BLOOM 😍 The plants are now busy making new flowers. The plants with the most Sativa genes do not yet have that many flowers. But the plants with more Indica genes are already working hard to string the flowers together to thick buds. The scent of the flowers is fantastic. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WATER / HUMIDITY 😰 I have lowered the desired humidity again this week by 5% 👇 and the temperature is increased by 1 degree. 👆👇 The plants have made many new leaves. Every day (24 hours) the 4 pots (16 plants) get about 7 liters of water to drink. 😂 The '1.75 liter watering volume per plant' stated in 'Grow conditions' is therefore actually '1.75 liter watering volume per autopot' Most of the water evaporates through the leaves and therefore the humidifiers evaporate less and less water. At the beginning of the week, I had to fill the two humidifiers with 7 liters of water every 24 hours, now every 40 hours. 👌

The time has finally come 👍 You have been switched to 12/12 hrs and are ready to flower. Of course, cuttings were cut beforehand to keep the genetics. For 4 days now she has also been getting Fast Buds from GreenBuzzLiquids. They were also sprayed again with GBL Fast Plant spray. She is very healthy and I am excited to see how she gets going again in bloom :-). This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l each time (for nutrients, see nutrient table above). Then I filled canisters with fresh osmosis water for the next few weeks 👍. The tent was cleaned and every plant was checked for health. At the moment I am tinkering with the ventilation because there are currently 4 fans with 4 activated carbon filters running, which I want to make more efficient by putting a hose through 2 tents. Partimos con esta Negra 44. Inicio su germinación el día 17/06, y se paso a su primera maceta el día 20/06. Emergió el día 23/06 Esta en una maceta de 0.15lt y lleva exactamente una semana desde que dejo de ser una plántula, es decir, desde que empezó a desarrollar sus primeras hojas "reales" (con capacidad fotosintética). Se le aplico Great white en contacto directo cuando se puso la semilla ya germinada en la maceta luego en el riego Myco chum el cual también es de Plant Success, su función es alimentar a los microorganismos antes añadidos con great white. Mañana se le hará su primer transplante a una maceta de 3.5lt. Estamos en invierno en mi país con lo que mi principal problema en estos momentos es mi temperatura con el led apagado. El día viernes me llegara una manta calefactora con está debería solucionar este problema, por el momento les tengo un cable térmico el cual aporta calor a sus raíces por los demás solo queda esperar. Será acompañada con dos esquejes que tienen 4 semanas de diferencia con ella, estos tienen un seguimiento aparte. También hay un palto(aguacate) el cual esta por que hay espacio libre y es muy sensible a las bajas temperaturas. Cualquier recomendación es bien recibida! *Great White se mide en gramos.

These ladies are in full flower and progressing like a dream. The colas on them are chunky to all get out. And to think they've barely begun the flower period is mind blowing to me. I'll go in this week and do a good cleaning taking out some of the crispy leafs on the under canopy. Over all though Happy Growing.

Plants are growing at full speed and still looking good, roots grew so fast it's already time for a new transplantation. This time I did repot into 15L fabric containers (by Gronest). Medium is still made of pure soil (LightMix by BioBizz) then enriched with GreenBuzLiquids nutrients.

Starting this week off again with some nighttime flashlight shots! For their growth, i cant say anything i havent said before, they keep being fast, they keep being awesome, they keep on swelling. Colors are also a treat for the eye, their yellow pistils contrasted by the purple buds, supplemented by the nice green fan leaves. I might even look over the clawing on some leaves and the starting nute burn ;D Staying with nutes, i turned down growth from 3ml/L to 2ml/L for both waterings this week, and ramped up topmax to 2ml/L for the second watering. They still received 2.5L both times, but both are starting to uptake a little less watering, leading me to probably give 2.25L or just 2L the next time, and i will probably wait a day or two more in between waterings. But we will see. I defoliated both on Day 53 pretty aggressively for my terms. This will also probably be the last time i did that, i like how they look now. Maybe some minor leaf-removal if some leaves look at me funny, but probably nothing id call "defoliation" moving forward. Also, some pistils started turning brown. I will, out of curiosity, start checking trichomes, and upload the pics/videos later this week when i will add the usual weekly timelapse. Also also, im still super happy with them. Later this week, here i am adding 3 more shots of both plants and a budsite, and the ever so important timelapse to finish week 8 off. See you next week!

I cut the plant after 48 hours of total darkness. To flush the best, I ran a few dozen liters of water through the jar until the one that came out below was transparent. Although the flowers failed to close, I am satisfied with the result and the smell of the buds inspires a good terpene. To dry well, I moved the grow box to the room with an air conditioner. I'm keeping the temperature around 26-27 degrees and the humidity around 50%.

Week 11: Wow such a busy week i'm sorry i am late on this one. Loads of humidity with all the new growth there is so much more plant transpiring and its has really drove my humidity up. So what i am doing is pruning stems and leafs that i don't think will mature in time and this should also help to limit the humidity i will have once things start to set heavily I want to harvest and not have to fight mold. But this aggressive pruning i think might be limiting my harvest. I might have to invest in a dehumidifier. Pictures will be updated and added later. With all the mulching i've done its really helped lessen my work load as i do not have to water as often. Not much to write about here. Life has been busy and the plants are just stretching and growing every day. I have raised my lights so often these past few weeks.
