Coming along slowly but surely. In my experience Barney's plants start out small then stretch like no other

Overal I’m very happy. The weight’s looking insane. Obviously imma update you after drying and curing. Can’t say to much at this point, apart from the fact that everything is looking very nice!

Finally, this week they got some light. Plants seemed to enjoy it and made a nice jump in bud size this week. And, there were some small caterpillars this week which wanted to eat the buds. Had to remove them, no big deal.

Nervous and excited as it's my first grow. 1700hrs on the 1st I put them both in separate glasses and used bottled/spring water. PH was over 7.3 so I Ph'd it down to 6.4/5. Both have sunk to bottom of glasses by morning. All good so far. Still deciding whether to go paper towel next or wait and go straight into coco coir. Bit of a trial run about to go down 🤣. I feel like even with all the best equipment in the world, without some sound knowledge and some commitment and dedication youl still pull a shitty grow. Wish me luck..... Quick update! Once they dropped I decided to put them in their coco perlite mix, was advised by a gro shop dude to pop them in the mix now that they've dropped in a glass of water he said they'll be sweet 🤞🙏. Please dude 🤣🤣🤣🤣. He also said to get some canna A+B put through the mix beforehand as coco got no nutes and itl do the seedlings good. So I've gone on his advice but minimal amounts. Popped about 8ml of both in 2l of tap water, could have been 5,6, or 7ml aswell tbf only by eye. So got home and sorted that. Soil seems moist enough but not soaked. Now there potted I'm just hoping and praying for some good old smoke🤞🤞🤞🤟👊👊. Il keep the updates coming. Any feedback always welcome I'm not a dick. Don't be a dick either. Peace!..... Day 31 - 38 (Day 32) I’m going to lower the humidity in the room to 55-60. Still no bananas but I’m still quite worried about #3 fully popping and ruining my whole crop. Since there is a good chance it’s going to herm, I’m going to give it with a small feeding today and watch it like a hawk this week. I think the boost actually made a decent difference in #5 from last week. I’m seeing slightly fatter main colas but that could just be from less topping/smaller plant or less nitrogen. I’ve decided to push my luck and give a boost to each plant. These things just aren’t filling out like they should. They look like they are on day 23 not 33. I’m going to top dress 3 tablespoons of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and later tonight I’m going to water in a low strength feeding of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m going to give a final heaping tablespoon of nature’s pride bloom to #5 so it can stretch to the end. I’m also going to lower the lights by a few inches. The tallest cola is now about 13 inches away and the rest of the canopy is at about 18–24. If I see signs of light stress I’ll raise it back up but I’m sure it could use the extra light on the lowers. (Day 33) I’ve been reading that bigger plants just take longer to mature and that’s probably why my plant hasn’t fully filled out or is about a week behind. I still could have done a better job defoliating some of the smaller larf branches on the bottom which just robs the good branches of energy. The more I think about it, the more I think I did a very poor job of defoliating the middle canopy. I’m still seeing lots of larf and small buds on the inside not getting much light. I’m still really worried about herms after finding that branch so I don’t want to stress them anymore. Removing suckers now is pointless. I missed my window of opportunity and now I have to deal with it. I’m going to slide an old DVD player underneath #6 to bring it up to canopy level. It’s lower buds are definitely not getting enough light. (Day 34) Ever since lowering the light, the canopy has gotten a few degrees warmer. I’ve noticed the buds don’t feel as sticky on top compared to the lower tucked branches that feel almost wet with resin. Outdoor weed grown in my climate will never reach the temperature where it degrades resin luckily. (Day 36) The buds are definitely swelling but not to the degree I want. Call me picky but I prefer my nugs as chunky as possible. I’m seeing lots of pistils but not much nug matter. Ive heard too many pistils can be caused by the overuse of alfalfa, kelp and seaweed extracts because of the natural PGR’s in them. I’m definitely going to reduce the amount of that stuff I use next round. I hope I’m just wrong and this tent is going to really fatten up this week but I have my doubts. (Day 37) A purple fade is starting on the underside of every plant except the bush who still is super dark green still. Last watering I got a nice amount of runoff so I’m just going to leave her until the end. I’m seeing a bit of yellowing on #5. I’m going to give it one final full strength feeding plus some rock dust and oyster shell tomorrow and that’s a wrap for nutrients. I might as well hit everything else with a final low strength 0-0-15 too. (Day 38) I’m amazed at how much this stuff smells compared to my last round. It smells very earthy and floral with a hint of pine. Definitely not that gassy smelling pine but more of a sweet pine.

Amended soil with 1 cup down to earth bone meal and 1 cup worm castings I fed it one gallon of spring water with general hydroponic nutrient wit one tablespoon of blackstrap mol

Week 17

2022-12-22 I love growing Solocups, Because you learn soooo much. If you manage that Grow, you can grow everything. This thime i ad alot of Medium ( around 0,5l), and for me it was quite easy to keep them happy. I was watering them every day with a " light" Feedingsolution. Plants stayed happy and turned out very well seems i forgot to take Pictures of the second Skull in a Plasticup- but yeah the Glassvessel ( Skull) is the Mainattraction

Hello everybody! I’ve been busy cause at the moment I am preparing the garden for the time when I am at spannabis <3 So this is my last update till probably ten or longer days. Last entry was at day 17. At day 20 I defoliate them miami.mango style! Grow buds not leafs ;) I did it a day earlier cause I got a bit high humidity around 55% and the following day I got a session with my friends. Yesterday at day 24 they get some nice tea. 15l water pH6.5 add 150g Compost, 25g earthworm cast, 50g biotbabs startrex, 20ml Molasses, some liquid seaweed and a tablespoon of bat guano. They all look pretty good, they are healthy and they drink a lot  cant wait the swell of the buds Definitely a good run, I not completely satisfied but it’s a long time until harvest… So until next time or maybe Spannabis  The Rasta

Temperatures this whole week: MAX - 25.8ºC MIN - 18.5º C MAX HUMIDITY - 90% MIN HUMIDITY: 44% Aprox Plants Height Sunday 26: Persian Pie 1 - 23cm Persian Pie 2 - 18cm Persian Pie 3 - 21,5cm Persian Pie 4 - 20,5cm All Gas OG - 14cm Irrigation: 21/3 - 2L (400ml each) of alkaline tap water (6.9 Ph, 127ppm) with 0.1 ml/L of silic boost, 1ml/L of Terra Leaves and 1ml/L of Atazyme. 24/3 - 2L (400ml each) of alkaline tap water (6.72Ph, 117ppm) with 0.1ml/L of silic boost and 0.2ml/L of Rootbastic. (last alkaline irrigation, last dose of rootbastic) -The stains seems to be drops of water from the humidificator, probably they're falling there when i move the deposit to refill it. Next week i should put the light closer, make apical pruning and pull in the tent a scrog web to put a limit to the plants height because they're starting to grow willowy and the tent is only 1.80m tall. I should also make an abundant irrigation to check earth's Ph and PPM again and get the A/C ready to be plugged to the tent because temperatures are rising up exponentially outside and some local growers are starting to have issueswith that. This week went real well! All 5 of the Twenty20 Ogreberry Autos and the 1 Fastbuds Bruce Banner have successfully germinated and sprouted up from the soil!! This upcoming week we will start giving these girls a heavy feeding of nutrients PH d at 6.5 an see how they react , most likely will love it!! Temperature an humidity has been on point, through out the day we reach 70-75 degrees an a nice humidity of 65%which is always nice ! Hope you all enjoy an keep them eyes peeled for next week !! Hello fellow growers, Week 2 for the Double Grape and once again there is nothing much to report. No issues as of now, it's growing nicely. I just take care of the watering (mixed with HESI nutrients), otherwise I sit back and I enjoy the show. I think I might top it next week, not sure yet. We'll see how it goes. Thanks for stopping by! Treated the girls to a new grow light Friday, the ACInfinity EVO4. Set at 18" and 60% to start. So far so good, but OC looked a little droopy Saturday morning. Raised light to about 19" while I had my coffee. Fed them both 3 litres of water with 2ml per litre of Remo veg schedule Friday evening and topped OC to help keep canopy even. For the second time I had little to no runoff, even after increasing the water by 1 litre. More next time I guess. My original plan was to flip to 12-12 when the lights come on tonight, but I think I'll give them a few days under this new light to get their groove on and raise the power of the light by 10 each day and drop it a little closer to the 18 " AC Infinity recommends until I'm at 100% and 18" then prune and flip. I think I've got room to stretch. Plants are at 11-12" tall from the Promix, so I can definitely let them veg for another week. Raised the light back to 24 inches after my coffee, still at 60%. Saturday morning I fed about a litre of straight RO water to both and Saturday night I cleaned up a dozen or so fan leaves that were shading bud sites. Sunday OC still looks a little droopy, but much better. Sunday morning lowered light to 22" and powered at 70% with a 1 hour sunset sunrise. Fed them Monday night until runoff and took 6 litres at 2ml/l about a litre and a half came back out. Next time I'll give them 5 litres. Been trying to dial in this new light, plus I've went down the light meter rabbit hole on YouTube.....so according to Photone everything seems to be in check with the light at 70% at 24". AC infinity must have a more light tolerant stain in their test labs because full power at 18" would have my girls chicken fried in no time. Tuesday morning they both looked great, temps and humidity and light and nutes all seem to be pulling in the same direction. Plants are about 12&13 inches tall Likely flip them Thursday evening 😁😨😰 Wednesday morning gave them a small haircut of some leaves blocking budsites, and a bit of plant yoga bendiness and gentle restraints to let the light into the heart of the plants. So on page to flip tomorrow evening. Light is averaging 700 micromoles per second.
