8/9/25 looking pretty good and smelling not too shabby

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Not a massive harvest by any stretch but the bud I sampled so far was outstanding... I'm glad we grabbed many clones of this strain... Happy growing everyone :)

This lady is making me enjoy a lot her fragrance that come from her flowers, very good strain, the 3 phenos of ak420 smell exactly the same, very sweet and floral nugs, and they're starting to get very compact and dense, let's see how she keeps developing her beautiful flowers everybody! Two distinct phenos growing here. Both small and tight with very nice frost and nice colors. There are MANY small buds. No main colas, so Im hoping that yield does not severely disappoint. Some very red stems on some of the specimens. Very interested to see the final form these girls take

So the end of 3 and entering week 4 these girls are a little sad today as been working on finishing their little grow space which hopefully they'll settle into over the next few days. I have tried too upload images but no luck keeps saying resizing no matter where I upload from 🙄 The girls are taking off and I can see the difference in growth allthough they've been unsettled past few days 🌱 Still loving the aptus range and so am I its keeping these girls healthy even the topped girl hasnt really reacted too being topped 🌱👌 I will be doing some hst/lst with the other 2 this week as neglected them slightly as having the fastbuds testers all potted up into new shoes. I will try update more images tomorow... Stay blessed 💚

91Grapes day 72. Should have been harvested by now, she was a 65 day +/- from sprout and has two more weeks left, fuc . I think something is wrong with a nutrient imbalance as her leaves continue to lose their vibrant green color. Indications of a mag. Deficiency was evident so added epsom salts 1 tsp per gallon. Problem persisted so went with some bloom nutrients with a little nitrogen if that doesn’t help it might have to just except it and drive on. Flowers are fatter so if that continues then all is well, after all isn’t it the flowers we are growing anyway.

Started LST this week on the 2 big girls. I’ll give the little the younger one a little bit more time before I start LST with her. They are all growing nice. Plenty of flower sites and responding to LST well. I love the ease of pre-mixing Giaia Green’s nutrients straight into your soil for a “Just add water” grow.

Week 3 Flower (Bloom Week 3) – Daily Tasks Evening (Lights On) Check environment (temp 24–27°C, RH 55–60%). Inspect leaves and buds for pests, mold, or deficiencies. Water/feed (depending on medium): balanced bloom nutrients with slightly higher P and K. Ensure good airflow (oscillating fans). Adjust plant training (light defoliation if leaves block bud sites). Check for early signs of stretch finishing. Evening (Before Lights Off) Ensure irrigation is not too late in the cycle to avoid wet medium during dark period. 👉 In Week 3 bloom, the plants are finishing their stretch and starting to put more energy into forming bud sites. Main job is: Setting Scrog net 2layers ,Control environment (VPD, airflow) ,Support the plant with bloom nutrients.

2nd week of flushing, no time to yield and dont kind letting it rest a bit more . As expected this royal cheese auto is not giving much, the terp Profile is there but you really gotta smell the bud to get the terp profile. Will upload the yielding too as soon as i get to do it. Séptima semana de los esquejes, va todo bien y nada fuera de lo común. Empecé a mezclar agua purificada con el agua de la llave para tener una EC mas equilibrada ya que aun no me llega el producto que había comprado, pero de alguna manera tenia que solucionarlo y por el momento va bastante bien. Les realice una defoliación a los dos esquejes para que se definan bien sus brotes "principales" y estos tomen más fuerza. Los dos respondieron bastante bien a esté estrés. Hoy agregue la malla para scrog pero aún ninguna llega a la altura pero pronto lo harán. También estoy esperando que la Negra 44 que los acompaña crezca lo suficiente para comenzar la floración por esto deben quedar alrededor de 2-3 semanas de vegeta. La temperatura con el led apagado esta entre 16-17ºC y ya no puedo hacer más. Hice todo lo que estaba a mi alcance así que lo mas probable es que se mantenga en esos rangos durante el cultivo. Espero que esto no genere mayores dificultades en el cultivo. Cualquier recomendación sera bien recibida!! *Al final una foto del guardián del cultivo.
