So despite many obstacles and hurdles, we are on the last week of flowering hopefully the heat stays down for the next few days, and I can get some color into these nugs the sativa Room may need a few more weeks no big deal. This is typical of sativa leaning strains. this will give me a bit of a stagger in between harvest so I don’t have to do all the work in one day which is a good thing .

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Ak 01, the largest from the start, shows a loss of apical dominance, naturally pruned in a Y shape. A leaf has sprouted instead of a top. This is the first time I've ever seen this. I'll see how it turns out. Showed pistils today at 16 days old. Ak 02 showed pistils at 15 days old; my record until then was 17 days old. I'm scared of that speed.

Heute sehen meine Ladys meiner Meinung etwas unmotiviert aus, aber das liegt daran das es seit gestern Abend nonstop am Regnen ist. Ich habe heute nochmal etwas LST angewendet, ich hoffe das war kein Eigentor und die Babys mit Brennesseljauche besprüht. Also bis jetzt hin muss ich ehrlich sagen das ich mit den Dünger von Bio Nova sehr zufrieden bin, ja gut laut schema pk 13/14 in der zweiten Woche hätte jetzt net unbedingt sein müssen, aber läuft gut, nur mit den Preis verhältnisse von GHE Urtica bin ich net zufrieden, dass geht aufjedenfall günstiger..... Ist ja stinknormale Brennesseljauche, aber das nächste kaufe ich wo anders aus Deutscher Produktion und da kriege ich für den Gleichen preis 3 l statt 1l, natürlich kann man die auch selber machen... Aber die Faulheit siegt😅🤷‍♂️🏽

She recovered very well from last week training and lollipop. I hope this technique gives me good results, is looking promising so far, I decided to lower the nutrient amounts to half the recommended from advanced nutrients since I burnt my pineapple chunk a little.

Getting very close to the end now, will probably start the flush in week 9, starting to finally show a little bit of colours, I’ve lowered my temps to 23 degrees and humidity to 50, buds really starting to bulk up now and honestly can’t wait to smoke them, smell is very strong

Day 36 : I did LST again. I set the lamp approx 26cm away. 600 W LED, 20 hours on 4 hours off the same with ventilation humidity approx 60 percent. Ferlizitaion will continue the same way Monday Wednesday and Friday BioBizz family and Tuesday Thursday and Saturday bat gunao and Epson salt. Water intake 100 ml per day per plant. Day 39: Plants are really nice! Sour Ora ge and Lemon Zkittle started stretching crazily. Critical Orange Punch has nice flowers on it and keeps growing. Sour Stomper started flowering as well. Day 41: Sour Orange, Lemon Zkittle, Critical Orange Punch stretched a lot this week all have pre flowers and Critical Orange Punch has pistils out as well. COP and LZK have some brown spots. Dour Stomper will be very small plant but cute.

The pot size will be 2 Gal each for 12Gal total medium in a 2x4 tent under a potentinla maxium of 480W via the 2x Medic Grow Mini Sun 2's LED Lights. Germination methyod will be the same, soaking seeds in water then into the final pots medium. They will be getting a 18/6 light scheulde from start to finish and a PH of between 6.2-6.5 for the entire grow. I will be useing some root incolulents to help the plants form a strong and healty realnship with the medium. From what I can tell this should go smoothly without many issues.
