Suffered a lot due to heat stress flipped light down to 350W as tent was running at 95f pots had also dried back to much and this seemed to really effect onset of pistil growth also ive started with expload today also taken ec higher after waiting a little at 1/4 strengh nutes until they bounced back watering is now at 48 hour intervals also all popcorn bud sites are being pinched off each watering also still having a 20% run off and discarding that .

Finally received a couple of humidifiers to test from the local shop. These shitty low cost humidifiers will not really do, I can only have them on non stop until the water runs out. If I connect them to a sensor that switches them off, it won't go back on because it doesn't have a mechanical switch, I have to press on each time. Still, let's see if this helps my poor dry leafs a little bit

Weeks has been good. its really week 5.5 half way though but wanted to do the update today. The one THCv plant is having some issues flipping back to veg after the mix up. Its really getting weird AF. and I think next week is when I will be flipping them to bloom so IDK how that one is going to react. I have more seeds of that one so if it fails its ok I can grow it again. the CBG's are the strongest in the tent. Added their first feeding of the Acadie fertilizer, low amount. 5ml/1gal its recommended rate is 30ml per 1L seems crazy high but that's what the label suggests. Herbs also doing well, gave them a feeding too and last week I added in some Nematodes as I saw a gnat, but have not seen any other ones since applying. so that's a bonus. Again a bit to much N in the mix, I did not think I added that much but guess I did. Looks ok on all the other nutrients. Also a nice little shoutout to IZI, they sent over a strain to try with some cool stickers and a leaflet of all their strains. Day 40 ( 3 in flower) : I think it is safe to say that the flowering has kicked into full gear now and her stretch is on. Been a few issues sorting the dosage of the Mega crop with the Los soul in particular. Balancing the NPK with additional silica and calmag had me worries I had been hitting them too strong but in fact the power of the 900w Led lights being too close and intense had been clawing the bigger plants at the edges and not the mc. # 1 is going for gold and looking very healthy and happy. she is spreading g out nicely and will be a nice yield I think. #2 looks like she's hating something in her soil/coco and has some obvious damage from it. she is still growing skyward but is a lot smaller than the rest in the room. #3 Growing nicely and getting ready for a good defol this week. They are good to train and now big enough to be held to the pot edges with wire. This next week will see an increase in their Mc dosage by .5g. Her flowers are coming along nicely too all over the stems, roll on bud building. Green days all

Week 3 update and all systems go for launch. We’re flipping to flower exactly 21 days from seed and so far, the mix looks to be impressive. Counting about 4 males (one that won’t make the cut), 2 indica leaning phenos and the rest are sativa leaning. Side branching has also been impressive so we should be able to pull some rootable cuts within the next week or two. If we got the sexes right (it is a little early to be certain), then the dutchy cabinet will be full up for bud testing👍. Next week will tell the tale🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. 18/06: Week 5 – early bloom stage confirmed! 🌱➡️🌸 We're entering week 5 with EC 1.6 and pH 5.8. The very first white pistils have emerged, confirming the transition into early flowering. The recent vertical surge was likely boosted by Far-Red and IR spectrum effects, along with enhanced metabolism from the CO₂ generator. From here, the plants will start shifting energy from stretch to flower production. Environmental control (especially RH and VPD) is now crucial to avoid early bloom issues. LST is being finalized as structure sets in. 21/06: We're now at day 31 since germination, and the flowering phase is clearly underway. Based on the canopy photo, the plants are thriving: a lush, uniform green with no signs of nutrient stress. Buds are starting to stack up nicely, and the foliage remains sturdy and intact. EC has been bumped up to 1.8 this week to support early bloom demands — especially for phosphorus and potassium — and the plants are handling it smoothly. No burnt tips or discoloration, indicating stable nutrient uptake. With environmental parameters dialed in through the GGS controller, everything's in sync. Onward to some serious bud building. 22/06: Stretch is in full swing — the girls are reaching hard, and I’ve had to raise the lights multiple times over the last few days. They’re now hovering just 10 cm above the canopy, delivering 1200 PPFD at 38 °C. We're truly pushing the physiological limit here. Dropping the lights any closer isn’t an option — cooling is maxed out, and more intensity = more heat. The only adjustable variable left would be CO₂ reduction, which I’d rather avoid at this stage. So far, no visible stress signs, but I’m watching them closely. Water uptake is intense — 100L in just 5 days. I refilled today (rather than a full res change) to prevent air pocket formation. Slightly bumped up the EC to temper the stretch. If things keep going vertical, some LST may soon be necessary — a few tops are practically kissing the diodes.

Cherry A causing me all sorts of issues. She's falling on top of Cherry B. And in turn, Cherry B is hitting into my other plants (Grandpa Stash). Also noticed what looks like pollen sacs on day 78.

Week 6 is here, these colas are really packing some weight. The end of this week I will start getting ready for the flush and just be feeding these girls water.
