Yeah I have already written a review about it in my previous diary. It is really strong not a day time smoke... It makes you really high. The plant is very very stinky when you cut so close all the doors and windows!!!!!! Last 2 pictures in the jar was aken after 4 days of the harvest. The harvest day it was 171g and after 4 days 80g. It needs to be cured. After 6 days its weight 51g. The last 6 pictures show the flower after 3 weeks of curing. The best thing in this smoke that it doesn't have that strong smell at all almost nothing but the effect is in :) All the plants grow at least 40-50 cm but it can grow over 100cm as well if you let it. 4 weeks later : I decided to make some cannabutter. Update: Fucking hell I have never tried brownie or tea like this and also I have never been so high. I put one tsp into my tea and felt nothing so decided to repeat with 3 tsp. I went to take a nap and when I woke up I couldn't see I was so fucking high for several hours. Was out of town all week and came back to find the CBD Star in my space bucket not looking good. It looks like a phosphorus deficiency but not entirely sure. Yellow leaves with brown/black spots and dark red/purple stems. I flushed it with 2 gallons 6.5 pH water, re-fertilized, put it out in the sun and defoliated. I defoliated pretty heavily since many of the fan leaves were yellowed and blocking light from the lower bud sites. The center was also getting pretty dense so I carefully removed some of the leaves to help with airflow. Despite the stress, It seems to have bounced back reasonably well. There’s probably irreparable damage given the level of yellowing but the buds continue to grow and thicken. Cheese has absolutely exploded and looks great. It probably doubled in height last week with many bud sites on the 5 main stalks. Excited to see how it turns out.

It’s been a routine week of feeding,,after having a couple of late stretching branches flowering a week or so behind the majority of the canopy,,which has made me stop and think about cutting her food down yet,, and see if the late comers can swell quickly to catch the lead bunch,,,,,,chugging along,,,👍💚🍊

Day 77 (f15): The Runtz is stretching considerably more than the Kosher Dawg (which will need to be elevated - probably by putting planks under the dwc reservoir). Ran out of Plagron nutrients and couldn't find anymore! So I bought the only ones available at the hydro store 'hy-pro hydro A & B), these nutrients are much less concentrated and I already used up near to half a litre of nutrients on my reservoir change day (yesterday)! The yellow tips on the Runtz seem to be light stress, as during the res change the nutrient dosage was lowered and ph maintained between 5.7-6.1 and she shows she is hungry but the yellow tips got slightly worse to the light is 15cm higher now. Nice strong vegetative smell releases when I rub any part of the plants :D It is getting difficult to take pictures where you can actually see the size of the plants because the space is so packed! Can't wait to do the heavy defoliation after the stretch (in like 5-7 days from now)! Day 80 (f18) update: 10cm stretch since day 15, she is doing well! Internode distance is larger than I'm used to, but she also stretched more than I expected so I'll probably remove all the lower bud sites during the heavy defoliation. Light stress (or nute burn) symptoms barely progressed, I think putting the light from 35 to 55cm from the highest growth shoots helped. Since she is so bushy and definitely the biggest volume plant I have ever had I am very curious to see what she REALLY looks like after the defoliation!! Day 80 (f20) update (heavy defoliation): The stretch has slowed down and the buds have a slight fresh sweet citrus aroma, took 90 minutes to defoliate her and remove the 'sucker' branches and bud sites on the bottom 40% of the plant. Changed water reservoir to a mix with a bit of bloom booster (Plagron green sensation).

The Mandarin Squeeze sisters are growing good. They got a solution change today. The colas are bulking and getting a lot of frost on and around them. She has not started smelling strong yet. That is comming I am sure. Everything is looking really good. Nothing more to report at the moment. I do not use the child lock so I was confused. I opened the app and the box is offline. I do not know when this happened during the night. That is the reason the door would not open. I had to use the key that I used to open the box initially after shipment. So keep your key. Response time regarding the offline issue was over 5 hours as they are in California.  Resolution was to delete the app and reload. However, it took 3+ days for the resolution. They kept sending me the startup, how to connect by Wi-Fi, Customer support is lacking. The box had been working for 10 days. Fortunately, the app reset with the same data regarding the grow cycle and nothing was lost. Also good thing I checked the settings, I found that switching from germination to autoflower, the light cycle changed from 16/8 to 12/12. I usually run autos on 18/6. I decided to run at 16/8 for now.  The calendar within the app has scheduled daily tasks that indicate what to do when, which includes watering, LST, trimming, adding amendments etc. I created a grow plan based on the scheduled tasks in the calendar. It is downloadable in Excel if you want to create a grow plan for yourself. Note, i easnt able to ioload excel. When you complete them, you check off the calendar. All the highlights in orange are the calendar prompts for tasks.  The blogs indicate the Abby Button should show the environmental stats. Mine does not so I asked if I should get a new button or is my model the basic one without that feature. Mine is the basic version and the button does not show stats. I sowed cantaloupe bag seeds directly to flower box drip irrigation.I transplanted my white widow seedling to flower box. So the new line up this run is cantaloupe, blueberry, Girl Scout cookies and white widow. Cantaloupe seeds sprouted and i will keep the most vigorous grower.bb is throwing pistils.GSC is producing first set of true leaves. At the end of week 2 cantaloupe has first leaves so does white widow. My Gsc has first set of true leaves and my blueberry is putting out pistils and trichs.Things are going well

Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

More haircuts this week! I am very aggressively trying to keep up with the canopy growth. I'm continuing to remove the small branches underneath the canopy - more or less stripping the undergrowth, while defoliating around the growth sites that have made it to the canopy surface. I'm unsure of how much more growth to wait for before I send her into flower. Maybe next week? Who knows! Not me! Hah! Happily accepting any advice from any experienced main-liners out there! 😉 She's been super thirsty - I have to add a gallon every few days to keep up! I also started adding some p31 Microbes to the reservoir to see what I can see. 😎

They are looking strong and healthy with decent branching before LST. I expect them to be some nice little bushes. I am thoroughly impressed at the rate of growth and maturing on these. I really hope they don't finish in 7 weeks. They are already clearly into their stretch and beginning to make bud sites on day 26.
