Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! The next phase will depend on how fast they continue to spread, and adjustments will be made accordingly. Closing Thoughts & What’s Next? I am waiting to start some more seeds I already have them but another tent is needed and a couple of leds, good ones. It will take a few weeks to sort and as usual I have some inspections on the house I need to try and time carefully around 🤔 I did have 2 during this grow the first was in veg luckily they grew in a closet the second was week 3 flower (don't ask) The smell didn't stink out the room like the wedding cake did so I will try and cure this as long as possible to last this as close to next harvest as possible 😅 my cats didn't eat my plants this time so thats another bonus. Need to look into getting a proper air circulation for the new tent I used a fan the whole time my tent was wide open I want to have it sealed next time so I can fully zip it closed ffs lol defo would recommend this strain but I don't think they stock these anymore 😕 I got a coupe seeds from the first plant I was right the pic of the top bud a few weeks ago you can see the seed just about forming after the branch got broken off we will live and learn 😉

4/1: Fed today after topdressing with guano and rock phosphate. 4/3: Flipped to 12/12 today and started UVB stressing with 2 x 30-minute sessions a day. 4/4: Fed today and foliar fed with Axiom harpin proteins and boom boom spray. 4/7: Fed today..started adding a little Open Sesame and Signal to the mix along with sweet & sticky, One, silica, and calmag.

Ginger nut cookies 30th Jan 2020 I got a bit carried away a couple of days ago and whilst trying to be a smartie pants and Lst the two heads of the plant, I accidentally broke one off . In my defence I did immediately chuck the broken stem into some rooting powder and then a rockwool cube. If it takes I'll have two plants but still I was annoyed with myself. Now that I had only the one top , I topped it so that she can fill out and create more tops. This week I fed some High tea, and watered in a little epsom salts for a magnesium Hit. Day 29, 08.05.2024 1730 - Gave ladies a drink of 500ml water incl. fertilizer each - added two fresh yellow cards - removed my old DIY VPD controller unit (boy I learned a lot - for example that mechanical relais are not as durable as I thought - more on that later maybe) - Both girls look fresh & healthy - I am looking forward to this week! Day 30, 09.05.2024 - No action at all today. They are growing fast! Day 31, 10.05.2024 1000 - Raised the lights by ~5cm again. - thinking about installing a net that holds down leaves and lets the buds (which are uneven in their distance to the light) receive an even amount of light - Today after the "night" there will be a round of drinks again as both of the ladies let their leaves hanging 1700 - gave 500ml water incl. fertilizer 2115 - got the ladies out of the tent to give them an inspection. Both look good (from what I can tell anyways...). Removed 2-3 lower leaves and one smaller bud which do not receive enough light (again: from what I can tell - I don't know what I am doing, just following my gut feeling :D ) - and the biggest change: I installed a SCROG Net / trellus net! I was already able to stretch out the branches and it helps me organize the branches and buds towards a much more even canope. It is currently at about 35cm above the pots with the tops of the first branches poking through Day 33, 12.05.2024 - one round of drinks inkl. Fertilizer: 500ml each. Cheers, drink up! - also rearranged the buds to better fill the net Day 34, 13.04.2024 - another slow day while approaching end of week 5 - installed a 3D printed LED display holder - fit light a charm - soil is bone dry - there will be an early drink tomorrow morning Day 35, 14.05.2024 - Cheers - drink up ladies! Decided to give a tap more: ~600ml each, inkl. Nutrition In the end of week 5 both ladies look healthy and good to go. There are a lot of buds visible - I am curious to see how many of those will not evolve into popcorn buds. The height in the end of the week is ~38cm with Erika II being 1 cm taller than Erika I (who would have thought...)

Big tops! She's got a lot of rocket colas thanks to the training techniques that were applied, she smells exactly like her sisters, very sweet and floral, I'm starting to feel the cherry 🍒 notes on the smell of the buds, very good strain to grow, only 2 of the 5 phenos are 100% percent purple but tje other ones show purple on the leafs like this one because of the cold temperatures

Nutrient levels based on 20 litres 40ml of A and 40ml of B and what else you see ph down is based on water source so it's not specific We also have a homemade co2 diffuser im there also ✌️💚 Serious growth going in in these dwc pots real strong genetics here with our girl scout cookies not sure in breeder belive to be the bakery seed co. Hi all . Here we go again on some Fast buds auto genetics from one of the markets go to for autos. Having been a long term grower of fast buds and some of their tester fast flowering photoperiods too , I expect great things .lol My choices of strain came from hours of deliberating and looking through their extensive auto range. so tempting to hit the "classic" series and go with what I know but being ever curious , that was soon surpassed by some new kids on the block and here we have it. Their rise to the surface was only 3 days total for husks off and opening coty leaves. Now a week on from seeding , they are ready to get busy. They all look as they should and are at present in subdued lighting to get them rooted first. I will be moving them under their own light soon but want them to get comfortable in the soil mix first too. So day 1 is under way and we are in for some beautiful buds no doubt. Harvested today. Day 70. Nice unique terp profile on her. Reminds me of sour worm sweets.

Apr 09: Things are chuggin along, i think light may have been a factor in the brown spots, seeing similar symptoms on one of the other plants but very very minor in comparison.... I think it was too little calmag, i may have locked them out mid veg by using high concentration of nutes without watering till runoff (i now know, that is a no-go), and light stress. i have had them under 850-1050 ppfd when flipped to flower... one of them is loving the light, one is big and bushy (had to defoliate later than i wanted), and one has good bud structure but pistils seem thin, and growth seems slower (the one with the brown polkadot party on its body) so thinking it may be stunted. either way, im seeing denser buds, and im learning the ropes, thats enough for me :) Apr 12: Last feed day... Trichomes look just about ready, will do 2 runoff waterings 48hrs apart, then 24-36 hr darkness... Will try to post trichome pics.... Super excited to see the improvements from this run vs last run...!

Nothing much to report. The smell is growing more distinctive. Lots of pistils are coming out. It's an exciting time but much less work than veg was. I changed the nutrients on Thursday and just topped up with more water and pH down this morning (Monday).

Day 1- 08/04/22 14:30pm Germination Time!!!!! Here we have 21 wonderful seeds from the amazing fastbuds!!!! Placed in a glass of water for 18-20hours!!! So excited!!!! - Day 2-09/04/22 seeds have been placed on a wet paper towel!!!!! - Day 3-10/04/22 getting the pots filled with soil ready for planting tonight or tomorrow!!!!! - Day 4-11/04/22 most of the seeds had popped last night so I planted most of them and the rest I planted this morning!!! 1 seed out of the 21 didn’t pop so germinating another to make it back up to 21!!!! So there all in the tent except 1!!!! - Day 5-12/04/22 one has come through so far and should be planting the last seed tonight!!!! A few more should pop out by tomorrow!!!! - Day 6-13/04/22 14 out of the 21 have come out so far!!!! - Day 7-14/04/22. 19 of the 21 have come through!! I think one isn’t going to come through so I’m germinating another seed to replace it and if the other one doesn’t come through tomorrow I’ll germinating another one to replace that Aswell!!!.

🍀18/07 - Empieza su octava semana en etapa de floración. 🍀Tiene un aroma muy dulce, como si fuera caramelo, es increíble el olor que larga y la cantidad de tricomas, todos se encuentran color blanco. 🍀Ya le agregue Top Wash de Top Crop para que pueda realizar un buen lavado de raiz. Le agregue 30L de agua para que pueda limpiarse correctamente ya que la maceta que utilizo es de 10L. 🍀Es la primera vez que cultivo una planta muy power, en persona parece como si estuviera bañada en nieve. 🍀Hoy esta cumpliendo 104 dias de vida desde su germinación hasta ahora. 🍀Tengo pensado que entre el jueves y el viernes ya podarla para que entre en etapa de secado. 🍀Subi varias imagenes, hay algunas con microscopio y videos. 🍀En estos dias estare subiendo mas contenido de como se encuentra. 🍀🇦🇷😶‍🌫️Podes seguirme en Insta gran como @bruweed_arg🍀🇦🇷😶‍🌫️
