So.. the flush begins for DD#1 and #2 checking trich’s and these to ladies are showing about 70% clear to 30% cloudy may finish in week nine. DD#3 still in bloom throwing tons of white hairs and purple flowers 100% clear trichs so she’s gonna get another feeding. DD# 4 is the showcase cause not only did she start out slow but she’s the only 1 of the 4 that’s started purple flowers and and is also purple leafed. I’ll continue to post some picture tonight wanted to get this up as I am flushing and pulling them out of the tent to do so. Also continue to add photo every 2 days. Updated 4/30 day 58 posted video and some new photos Day 60 really started to look at trich’s since plants are definitely getting close. DD#1 looks to be my heaviest producer trich’s are 60/40 no amber yet DD#2 80/20 no amber DD#3 90/10 no amber but it must be a mutation or something in the genetics cause it’s no longer thickening up its foxtailing all over so she still got time and we’ll see DD#4 is looking good and has a few weeks before I’ll start checking trich’s on her, pistols popping white all over the place.

As you can see, our macro lens arrived, we were able to take several photos and see the trichomes, we had never seen them so close before. We also noticed that many pistils have turned brown in the last days of this week but the trichomes are clear yet. The smell is getting stronger, reminds us of fresh fruits, mango and a little citrus. We are excited, she is healthy and smells good, but a little concerned with the development of buds and if they are within the standards for this week. Despite having many trichomes and the pistils turning brown, we are not noticing a significant fattening of the flowers (correct us if we are wrong). hahaha, noob stuff =)

Que pasa familia, vamos con la décima y última semana de floración de estas Lemonpaya feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros que además provocó un shock que también solucione. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/24 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Las flores están bien prietas y sacan unos aromas cítricos bien llamativos, que locura como se han puesto. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Ella se muestra fuerte, sin carencias ni excesos de momento, por lo que ya comenzamos a aplicar riegos con los productos de Plagron destinados a la floración para comenzar a estimular. A partir de hoy domingo ella comienza su ciclo 12x12 La estructura se comenzó a estirar y dado que no queríamos poner tantos cables por LST he acudido a este tipo de SCROG regulable para ir guiando lo que pronto serán las inflorescencias 💐👨‍🌾 Ella está creciendo demasiado bien bajo la lámpara, ahora pusimos un COB de 40watts de manera lateral para darle un poco más de entrada a la luz por debajo del dosel. Tengo un buen presentimiento ✨ Hasta aquí estamos bien, pensando en una defoliación de bajos o quizás que una segunda capa de SCROG y quizas otra luz lateral. Woche 8 Das Pflänzchen hat vollständig auf Blüte umgeschaltet und wurde gleichmäßig in die breite trainiert, damit die inneren Bereiche mit ausreichend Licht, aktuell 900PPFD an der oberen Triebspitze versorgt werden. Blütetag 19 Der doch sehr dichte Unterbewugs wurde für bessere Licht- und Luft' Zufuhr etwas nach außen gedrückt und wird demnächst geschnitten.

Still taking about 3-4 days to dry out. Most likely due to my lack of adding extra perlite when starting. I think this is causing some pretty big fluctuations in humidity. Going to get a dehumidifier this week with a controller to try and stabilize the grow tent and possibly dry the smart pots faster. Im watering 2 times between each feeding, trying to take it slow with nutes to ensure no issues during flower. All in all I'm feeling pretty good about the progress, as I'm really starting to see the buds coming in and growing in size.

This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. Here we are day 58(day 29 of flower) and this girl is looking alright. The ridiculous stretching has stopped and now the buds are starting to get bigger. In one part of the video, you can see where my LST ties started cutting into the thick stalk. This may have caused the erratic stretching. Luckily I found it in time. I think this plants will be all nice nuggets. Even the lower buds are already nice sized! Looking forward to see how she finishes.
