GROW 😁 As you may already know, I have 2 varieties in my growroom. 👍 I have 4 pots of each species with 4 plants in each pot. So 16 plants Mother Gorilla and 16 plants Triple G. 👽 In the first weeks, the Triple G plants were the fastest growers. But since flowering, most Mother Gorillas are now higher in length than the Triple Gs. The 16 Triple G vary in length. On DAY 26 these are the various lengths (in cm) : 47, 51, 66, 71, 74, 76, 78, 81, 83, 83, 83, 85, 91, 95, 96, 102 The drastic pruning in week 2 has stimulated the plants enormously. The plants have been multiplied by 2 to 2.5 times in height since flowering -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BLOOM 😍 The plants are now busy making new flowers. The plants with the most Sativa genes do not yet have that many flowers. But the plants with more Indica genes are already working hard to string the flowers together to thick buds. The scent of the flowers is fantastic. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WATER / HUMIDITY 😰 I have lowered the desired humidity again this week by 5% 👇 and the temperature is increased by 1 degree. 👆👇 The plants have made many new leaves. Every day (24 hours) the 4 pots (16 plants) get about 7 liters of water to drink. 😂 Most of the water evaporates through the leaves and therefore the humidifiers evaporate less and less water. At the beginning of the week, I had to fill the two humidifiers with 7 liters of water every 24 hours, now every 40 hours. 👌

You can really see how the lights shine in comparison to my older ones. The brightness of the leds is next level and I can use their V1 spectrum from seed to harvest. Its a great balance of red and blue in a full spectrum light. The medic grow mini sun 2 is a all purpose light that I can see myself getting lots of use out of in the future. Plus they fit in my tent just as snug as my last ones and that's a big thing for me, I don't like dim corners. I am using the lights at 80% dim level. this will be raised to 100% when they enter flower :D First time useing lights I can dim. they also have an onboard timer attached to them, I will be playing aorund with this to see if its something I want to use in the coming weeks, I all ready have all the external timers so I can see how this is a useful tool for anyone starting off without them. On top of all this I also transplanted my plants into their final pots. they went from a .7-.8L to a 2gal or 7.5L, all the root balls on the plants where perfect, nice white roots, maybe a bit compacted for the size and might explain why I am having some issues with them but healthy none the less. I think they will not start to grow a bit better and I will see less issues moving forward. I still have yet to get a new PH pen but I am blindly guessing the PH by adding 2 drops of phosphoric acid ph down per 1gal of feed solution. it seems to be working out just fine. this lady has stayed very short but bushy , she is drinking the least out of the rest and bud production has been minimal so far , i gave her a light / last defoliation this week and she has already recovered , purely too open her up too the available light , i really do hope she very soon steps up a gear with bud production otherwise i dont think there will be very much on the scales at the end , again have had absolutely no issues with this plant at any stage and she certainly has had more than enough light on her too produce , so lets watch this space and see what she can do ,

Week 7 for the strawberry gorilla from fastbuds 420!!! We gave the last week of xpert nutrients feeding and will continue now with only water, harvest time is soon and at the moment the buds are looking great, nice smell in the tent and the buds are nice and covered in trichomes! The plants are not that big but of course i have quite some plants together in the tent and 7 liter pots so they stayed a little smaller, next time i will do maybe less plants but with the bigger 420 fastbuds airpots!

Tout va pour le mieux, je les ai rempoté dans des pots de 19, 16 et 14 litres. Je suis déçu des pots de 11 litres, je trouve que ce n'est pas assez pour le travail que je veux faire.. J'ai incorporé 5gr/litre de BioBloom de chez Green House Feeding. Du coup je leurs donne que de l'eau et une fois tout les 15 jours du Bio-Enhancer. Problème potassium

Week 8 flower, watering until the end. No more top dressing or fish shit. Just the same de chlorinated tap water, not ph’d or filtered that I’ve been using since the beginning. Comes out the tap with a ph of 7 and less than 15ppm tds. The soil takes care of everything.

Day 30 Flower and It looks like my humidity problem is coming to an end 😅 the second unit outside the tent is finally showing some results, I’ve also change my air circulation , i fixed al off them in a way that it creates a wind vortex, i think this is helping with the humidity also. I was afraid of finding a lot of budrot, luckily it was only the one cola. The buds are very frosty, the bottom at the base of the branch looks a bit brownish on some buds, i inspected it with a microscope and didnt find any mold or weird things. There are a lot of amber trichomes tho. I think that's why it looks brown like that. It smells and smokes good, so i think its fine. If someone thinks otherwise, let me know! End results: Buds: 92 Grams Small Buds: 18 Grams Trim: 16.7 Grams Total weight of the buds: 110 Grams. I calculated that i used a total of 72.3 watts this grow, that makes it 1.52 grams per watt! Very happy with the end results, and its by far my personal record hahaha.

This grow is pretty much on cruise control now. Just watering when dry, pretty easy stuff. This is personally my favourite part of the grow, new change everyday in the tent is cool to see 1 Cinderella 99 got chopped about a week ago, I’m out of smoke so this had a lot to with cutting it early. It turned out good tho and it feels good to have some stuff curing. Trying the jar and the bag. See witch one works better. The northern lights tent is coming along. These plants were slow starters so they will be a while yet. However they’re definitely going to grow some big ass kolas This might be the last week for 1 of the peyote cookies plants, we will see. Questa settimana le piante hanno mostrato carenza di azoto. Essendo alle prime armi con i nutrienti ho avuto quindi dei problemi. Ho integrato il FISH-MIX di BioBizz nei nutrimenti e sembrano essersi stabilizzate(non so se effettivamente ci sono stati dei miglioramenti). È bello vedere come le piante crescono e capire i loro segnali. Capire quali errori si sono commessi e migliorare sempre per le esperienze successive. In merito a questo una delle piante si è allungata davvero tanto. Non ho eseguito nella maniera corretta il BANDING. Vorrei defogliare ma non so come eseguire la procedura. Se avete consigli sono ben accetti.

My poor girls... the calcium toxitity got worse before it got better. Even after the flush, the problem continued for a few more days so the leaves are worse for wear. I'm so upset about this. Ughh. I've had issues with every grow when it came to flowering. Unsure why. Last time I had pH issues, this time a calcium toxicity that causes a lock out of I believe at least phosphorus. They are on the mend now even though the damage has been done to the leaves. Their buds have already fattened so much more since the actual flush last week. The leaves are just terrible though. At this point I'm just hoping to come out with an ok enough yield so that this whole thing won't have been a waste. I learned a lesson with this grow... the water here for this grow is higher in calcium than the city we lived in with my first 2 grows. Next grow, using calmag VERY sparingly. Hopefully my 4th go will finally be the charm. 😖😕😖😩😫😭😭😭 8/25/22: Well the girls have recovered pretty well. No more lockout or leaves shriveling. The buds are getting fatter and we've got some cloudy trichomes already but they still need another 2 or 3 weeks after being as sick as they were. Both the Granddaddy purps are have some purple coming through... excited about that. I also noticed that the stems on all 3 plants that were super dark red before the flush is now are lightening up. It's pretty amazing how these plants quickly recover. 😍
