This week's been pretty unspectacular again except for a skyrocketing EC. Had to counteract by giving plain tap water to get it down and the pH value up. As I'm writing this, I'm already preparing the flushing solution. Harvest is getting real close i.e. end of the coming week.

As you can see this poor girl had a hard night last week but we are happy to say that she survived it. We did have to top most of the branches because they had died off but she is recovering very well. This is going to be a bushy plant and we look forward to seeing her bloom, at the moment we are sorting out placement of all of our ladies! It is soon time and we are very excited! Once we transplant all feeding info will be recorded, it’s been a muddled winter season to say the least!

And we keep growing well.

Well, that day has come, the girl would have been really different if not for the high temperature, strong light, and a huge lack of potassium :( well, everything will be fine next time :) live and learn :) I am satisfied with the result, which is what I need :) got 200 gr of liquid :) gathered a lot of sugar leaf :) they are already in the sweet shop :D I will make an addition!! good growth and success :)

17/09 - PH dropped overnight. Bumped back up to 5.8. EC 1.2, water level dropping. Might top off with higher nute dose tomorrow. D10 since pistills. Dehumidifer should be arriving early next week. 18/09 - PH dropped slightly overnight, EC considerably. Topped off with nute water at standard ratio but with added 3ml of calmag. PH now around 6, EC 1.2ish. 19/09 - PH stable at 6.0. EC 1.17, water level dropping. Was worried about last night, but she perked back up again this morning. Defoliated 15 leaves or so and noticed a branch with a wilting top. Going to keep an eye, but dont really want to chop at this stage unless absolutely neccessary. 20/09 - PH dropped to 5.9, EC to 1.07 morning, 5.8, .97 evening. Water level continues to drop. Leaves on problematic branch further wilted, but branch is strong. Chopped wilting leaves to see what happens. Defoliated 20 or so problematic leaves. Trying to gradually open her up a bit but avoiding stems so she doesnt get a nasty shock once the stretch finishes. 21/09 - Res top up at standard ratio with 3ml calmag. Roughly 10l drank over 3 days. PH now around 6, EC 1.1ish. Dehumidifer now running outside the tent, but humidity is still around 70%. Contuning to defoliate around 15 leaves a day where theyre clumping / blocking sites.

D-104 : Last week, I noticed a problem related to the calcium OR to the Ph. I didn't know if it was a deficiency or an excess. So I tried to just wetered girls with the right Ph and A bit more of CalMag 0.8 > 1.2/L. We'll see this week if It was the good choice. fingers corssed !

So this week I did a few upgrades in my garage. First off, I insulated the garage itself to minimize wasting energy keeping my garage warm. Secondly I put a little space heater to help keep my temps more consistent, especially when my lights go out for 8 hours it tends to drop into the mid 50’s, which personally is too low for veg for me anyway. My babies are starting to do some growing now, and with this weeks little bump up in nutrients, I think they will begin to take off. I went up with the calmag as I’m using 100% coco coir as my medium, and it really does eat up a lot of Calmag. I think my babies will get nice and green and have a nice life in my updated garage. Lemme know what y’all think, I’m happy to share and document not only successful grows, but failures also with everyone. We need to humble ourselves and learn to be better from one another everyday. Flowering day 77 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. Was a difficult week, because the plant was at the very back. I got some small % of bud rot. Very small. Buds are very dense. Dripping in trichomes. Colorful, and very stinky. What a beauty.

Flower Week 5
