This week was quite unspectacular except that my pH was drifting low and I had to counteract. Removed some lower leaves and branches that were only poorly developed.

Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our Orange Sherbert from Barney's Farm! 8/24 - Day 17 of Bloom: I did some selective defoliation to help increase light penetration. Next watering will be a flush with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm's flush agent SledgeHammer. Everything is growing strong with this classy lady and she has an abundance of growing shoots. I may need to do some additional lollipopping, but I am being conservative and trying to spread out defoliation/lollipopping to avoid shocking her. She isn't stretching a whole. However, she is very bushy and I to think that will make up for the minimal stretching as far as yields are concerned. Leaves all look pretty healthy and are a nice shade of green. 8/28 - Day 21: Flushed the medium with tap H2O run through 2 KDF filters with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm Sledgehammer flushing agent and pH adjusted to 6.2. I started by giving 5 gallons. After checking the PPM of the runoff I ended up adding 5 more gallons mixed to same specifications. 10 gallons total was shared by 3 large flowering photoperiod cultivars and 1 smaller autoflower. She probably ended up with about 3 gallons give or take. I didn't measure how much each plant received. I just kept flushing each and checking runoff until it was under 1600 ppm. All is developing nicely, introduced cannazym and boost to the mix. Finally I have access to a better camera which you will see on the later pics. The cuttings I took seem to survive for now, with some outrooting their cubes already.

By the looks of the trichomes this girl is ready I will let it go one more week because the weather forecast seems to be sunny but if anything changes to Everyday rain I would chopper her down to protect the flower. Thank you for reading and I will continue to update have a happy grow.

Day 27 Flowering:. I am in love with Pog. she always looks so edible.lpl. her buds are such a nice fluffy inviting example of this respected strain from Barneys Farm. So so fruity smelling when rubbed and makes me hungry without even smoking.lpl With less than halfway passed , she will be a good yielder by the looks of her now. roll on sweet harvest time.

Everything is healthy as it could be right now. The heater made such a big difference I couldn't be happier with how these are growing at this point hopefully it keeps up. Been removing fan leaves here and there but I'm trying to hold off until day 21 and I might give them all a pretty heavy leaf strip. I read something saying defoliate heavy on day 21 and 42 to increase yields so I might give that a shot. These lights are the real deal I got a meter and even tho I barely know how to read it I'm getting much better canopy penetration and the flexibility of having 4 separate units instead of 2 is going to come in handy. Soon I will put all the shorter plants on one side and tall on the other and adjust the lights accordingly. This is my second time growing this strain and i am much more please this time around. Came out with almost 3 times more than last time and the buds are a lot bigger. Have already ordered another seed because i think this may be my favorite strain!

Day 69 of cycle - day 32 of flowering.. My biggest plant in size since I started growing 3 years ago.. I qm really happy with what is coming out of this besuty gelato.. I am impressed by the growth and health of this babe.. many branch sides with many top buds.. the smell is amazing, that good gelato we all know.. let’s fatten it up and I can’t wait to smoke it.. let’s go

Ok guys so she was bushy again and so we did defoliation again. You can see the difference and then after that started flowering even more Plus the fact we are increasing the amount of molasses added to the soil plus the floranova bloom nutes. They are very thirsty girls, taking around 1.5-2lts per 48 hrs So almost like a 1 liter per 24 hrs Very good SoG to make them feel even more comfortable Going to change schedule from 24/0 to 19/5 and see if they evolve! Thinking about adding some humus to the soil as well, other than that they have been under good conditions Temp is steady at day time around 24C top and night time is 18-19C minimum RH around 45-60% Mostly 45% control environment with AC Cant wait to see big colas coming soon! I came back after vacation, the girl is ready for cutting, the rainy weather has started, so there is a threat of rot, you can say I managed to find just a few small pits in time and removed them and threw them away, the big and stiff flowers look fantastic:) but after a long trip I was tired, so I didn't take quality photos :( no everything else, I am very satisfied with the result I got:) its smell already lets me know that it will be good:) a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash:) I will update the weight when it dries.

Another new thing with this grow is how it will be grown under the new LED's by Medic Grow. They will be under two of their MINI-SUN 2 240W LED grow lights using their V1 Spectrum, Its good from seed to harvest. You can find more information about this in the foot note. Just going to wait for another week till It pops up and will update as follows. Watered in with PH of 6.2 and a EC of 0.6 or 340ppm 500 scale. This is part of a 5 part diary in conjunction with medic grow led lights, in the beginning it was to be 6 plants but one of the selected strains died out and its replacement/backup seeds also failed. Sorry to say Humboldt Seeds Raspberry Diesel was a big flop all 3 seed did not meet my expectations, really wanted to try that one it looked nice.
