Pedrojuan Well, the week was interesting since the grow is in my basement of the building where I live, (I hope I don't wake up any curious neighbors)... watching out for noises and lights that escape under the door. The good thing this week was seeing the Runtz explode and giving strength to the Critical. My problem is the pH control; I still can't get it to the perfect parameters. I hope I don't mess it up.
Pedrojuan The week is going well, two days ago I changed the nutrient solution, I'm starting to get the hang of the pH, it's quite a challenge since it's in my building's basement, trying to keep the noise from waking up curious people. We'll see in flowering, hope the smell doesn't give me away. 😅

Pedrojuan This week is ending well, except for some spots on the lower leaves, it must be something with the nutrients, since there are no insects. Or maybe with the ventilation.

Pedrojuan In this first week, I bought an ONA gel to reduce odors when opening the grow during nutrient level checks. I have an ONA block ready for the last weeks of flowering that I plan to put at the end of the extraction duct; I hope it can control the odors. And that my neighbors don't put the badge (POLICE) on their chest....😅 In the meantime, I think I'll have to add some other gel outside the grow to scent and neutralize odors outside the grow... so much paranoia... damn laws! 😕

Pedrojuan Calm week, some ups and downs with the pH, but always within the norm. I will start changing the amounts of nutrients. They are consuming a lot of water; I think it’s due to the flowering and the dehumidifier in the room. Odors controlled... I think... or at least near the basement door it’s not noticeable, only once 2 meters away from the grow, I’ll have to buy some extra gels. This morning I made a homemade CO2 generator and added it to the grow, we’ll see how the flowering progresses.

Pedrojuan Quiet week, on this last day I'll change the nutrient solution, and with the new one I'll try adding H2O2 and see if it helps improve the water quality, since after 7 days I find some slime in the aeration hoses inside the master container. At the rate they're going, I think a grow space of 1.2 x 1.2 is getting small for 4 plants, meaning it's starting to be uncomfortable for checks and everything else.
I just changed the nutrient solution, I noticed it could have gone another week, but I change it every 2 weeks, since my mentor says every week, but I hate wasting so much water and nutrients... 🙏

Pedrojuan After the solution change and with the addition of h2o2, they exploded... the nutrients remain stable and as the days go by, the pH improves. On the fourth day of the week, I notice they have consumed about 7 or 8 liters of water. Since this is my first grow, I think everything is going well for now. The smells are still under control. But if they keep growing like this, I don't know how they'll make it to the end of flowering; I don't have much room left to move the LEDs. I finish the week with an ideal pH, EC level at 1.7, and I added nutrients to the solution... they consume a lot of water or it evaporates... And with the sad news of the greatest of all time! AD10s DIEGO!

Pedrojuan Well, we started the 5th week off right, with ideal EC and pH, they're growing a lot, let's hope the buds develop well... I'm happy. We'll keep the EC between 1.8 and 2.0 for this week, next week I'll start lowering it to 1.4 and 1.0 towards the end of next week, then I'll change the solution and in the last 2 weeks do the root wash and deplete the absorbed nutrients, I'll only use the ripen in those 2 weeks.
If anyone stops by and wants to leave some advice, it will be welcome.

Pedrojuan We started the week by lowering the nutrient levels, I think the smells are under control. They are growing and drinking a lot. The EC level started at 1.7 and ended the week at 1.4, the pH went up a bit to 6.3 I think... I'll try to control it.
Today I added flashclean 2.5ml per liter of solution, in 2 days I'll change the water and add part 2 at the end of 2 weeks.

Pedrojuan This week starts with the solution change and only based on the final part GHE. The pH is a bit low, I think it’s around 5.6 + or -. The EC is at 2.2 with the recommended amounts of GHE per liter of water. The smells are increasing and with them the risks of being reported, I put crushed garlic cloves near the window and the basement door. Let’s hope everything goes well... As the week ends, Critical is starting to show signs of approaching harvest, the leaves are beginning to lose color while Runtz remains unchanged.

Pedrojuan I think this will be the last week, the smells are overwhelming... let's hope for the best...
They look very resinous and the leaves of both are already changing color, I think on Tuesday or Wednesday I'll change the solution, just half with tap water and flashclean for 2 days and then I'll harvest if all goes well. Today I saw that the trichomes of Critical are a bit more advanced than Runtz, the problem is that I don't want to harvest the Critical early or rush the Runtz. And I'm forced to harvest them together.
They look so beautiful that it makes me sad to have to cut them...
No crecieron tanto como esperaba, olor y resina muy fuertes, tuve que cosechar antes porque se me pasaba la Critical, próxima vez irán solas para esperar el tiempo necesario.😕

Pedrojuan Well, the harvest didn't give me what I expected after seeing how it grew in the vegetative stage and the beginning of flowering. Maybe I could have left it a bit longer, but the Critical forced me to harvest or else it would have gone too far. Anyway, the next harvest will always be with the same strain, since I don't have separate spaces for growing and drying.

Pedrojuan Well, from germination to 1 week before finishing the vegetative stage, it was behind Runtz. Then it started to show its greatness in size and production, I'm amazed and to think it was a gift from zamnesia, those guys are awesome. I have to try it....
Great work on the Critical looks very frosty!! I’m growing this strain I love the chemical stench it’s insane. I hope to get lots of crystal like that!! Wow 😳
It's complicated to mix different strains, sometimes one outshines the other. The quality looks really good, well-developed buds. Low weight, but you couldn't do anything else, it's the genetics that dictate. Maybe you'll get a bit more with the Critical. Well done, it's a very very beautiful grow, and you're a good grower.
