Day 49 - lookin good..... been bending her, trimmin abit, messin with the water solution..... ph and ppm have been all over the place..... lol she's been transitioning from grow to flower, and once she settles into night mode, the solution and growing should stabilize...... the new fan is cool... tents working properly now, neg pressure, drawing in air behind the floor fan, blown around the bottom, and cpu extractor fan pushing the air out the top of the tent, straight into the filter..... really nice way to run a little tent, low airflow........ keeps the impurities out of the buds..... the stalks have all tuffened up since trimmin, and pretty strong now.... should hold the full weight that's about to occur all over the place...... i've simplified the nutrients, they were gettin alittle confusing, so started doin nuets differently, .... so, just making my own nuet solutions, nothing fancy just base amount of normal elements .... should be a pretty good christmas ...... Hey hey Growmies, the last res change took place this week, she's running on just Ph'd tap water, I want to try out flushing. there's a lot of debate and bro-science around flushing increasing flavor, burn-ability and high. I don't care about all that and won't take part in that mess, all I know is that it makes the flowers prettier, and I like pretty things. 3 days into the flush (today) fan leaves and sugar leaves started turning purple with dark red stems, I will continue to let her run on tap water until she's self cannibalised with a pretty fade, at which point I will give her 24 hours of darkness without water, which will give the plant one last chance to squeeze out anything she's got. That will be somewhere next week, since some trichomes have turned amber, If you're wondering where the time-lapse went, I have started on 2 new diaries. both by Zamnesia, one is a Wedding Cake Auto and the other is a Regular Runtz. Trying out a new way to start my seeds in dwc, namely Kratky, so far it is working out okay.. but yeah I moved my grow cam to the veg closet. thanks for checking out my diary, bud. So this week I defoliated a bit more, now you can clearly see that they look better and there's more light going through especially in the middle of each plant. I had a little deficiency of K with one plant of Blue widow but I started to give the right amount of BioFlores after the transition from Veg. phase. The Blue widow ones are apparently going faster than Royal medic, (Royal medic plants are in the front on the sides, only 2 out of 5 plants). Overall I experiencing the variations' genes of each seed and I can clearly see that some plants go well than others and the importance of a "Mother plant" for consistency but unfortunately I cannot afford, right now, another grow room for this scope. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. 2024-09-07 This was a very effective Week, it started with Rain an Wind then it turned over to very hot and sunny exactly what we need here. The Outdoor tangie still looks super fresh and green, only minor signs of getting ready the colas are very glitery and you see alot of potential already super frostyhere. the revegetating Plant looks fine too. she produces some flowers.too.

Started training this week with bud clips, removed lowest branch and fan leaves on main stalk. Plant is performing well. I'll give it a final topping this week and transplant into 5 gallon pot.
