Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the weekly updates, had some things I had to attend but I'm back and at it! These pictures were taken a week after the 21 day flower defoliation, day 27 of flower to be exact. Great progress this week with the bud site, glad to see the defoliation is giving it's fruits. Buds are filling in space which is just what I want now, fill up as much space as possible that way in the fast weeks they can fatten up and be nice dense colas. CC1 & CC3 have the best trichome production and bud growth so far despite having the structure all messed up and uneven. I got some nice pics in of that half loop I was talking about last week. Every time I see it I think, ¨Man, I want to grow a canna bonsai." CC2 is doing great, bud formation is going a bit slower than the other two but it's still nice. I'm rooting for this one in highest yield because between the three because she has the most evenly divided canopy. The Aroma got MUCH stronger this week. When I open up the tent it's a sweet caramel punch to the face. Don't mind that punch at all! 😍😍 I've had to raise all my plants because the San Fernando Lemon Kush stretched more than I expected. Bad calculation on my part given it's a sativa I should have expected it would triple in height. So now I've got all my ladies on top of shoe boxes, Playstation box, old ballast boxes, pretty much any sturdy box I could fix. Before putting them in there I cleaned them down, making sure nothing unwanted would be joining the garden. Things look good so far, next week I'll be adding an organic PK boost to the feed. She grew another 17cm this week! 145cm tall!!!!!!!!! She is totally out of headroom now, her top cola is through the lights and getting close to the roof of the tent 😅 Fastbuds do say it can reach 1.4M... 😁 It's accurate, she is a MONSTER of a plant. This week I have done a quick video showing the result of my experiment a few weeks ago where I FIMed a couple of side branches. Take a look 😃 Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. For nutrients I'm using 15g of 20-20-20 powder mixed with 10L of water. Also added 4ml/L of both Cannazym and Terpinator. This brings it to around 1600ppm including ~300ppm for my clean water. Once again I was away the whole week. They are definitely starting to flower. My post next week they will be full flower. Got lucky all 4 are females. Some minor bug issues as some small holes on leaves. Going to have lots of buds sites. 1 more week of LST then its off. Going into week 5 and apparently 4 more to go. Happy growing

Jungle is growing on top of my washing machine! On the last day of week 6 I lowered lights to 35cm from canopy, this week I’m going to monitor that number and adjust as necessary because the plant is still in stretching + bud setting phase. I’m feeding with high N+mag and I’ll continue until growth slows down, than I’ll switch to megacrop 2parts. I expect that to happen end of this week, 10 days max. Day 42 - changed the fan Day 44 - finally installed the blumat auto irrigation system. It wasn’t that easy since branches are really near the substrate but at least I had the carrot already placed so I was able to do it. High frequency fertigation on coco is a must, you can’t take advantage on coco great qualities watering 1 or 2 times a day. My system has 5 drippers placed in a Pac-Man shape, more or less. Day 45 - This is an important day since it marks the halfway point of this crop, based on my previous results. Coincidentally I’ve also spotted few small trichomes on a leaf, I guess the plant is now ready to build up mass and flavors. I did a minor defoliation to open up the inner canopy and to get rid of some plant’s nitrogen reserve. I prepared 20L of my bloom solution and mixed that with the veg solution in the reservoir. For a week I’m going to use this transitional feeding. Lots of sulfur, seems to be on a volcano 🤣 Day 46 - spotted a minor P deficiency. There is probably too much calcium in my solution that is antagonizing P absorption. I mixed another batch, this is the ppm breakdown N 100 P 100 K 280 Mg 85 Ca 150 Before I had P 40 and Ca ~190, my tap water has 80ppm of Ca that is already counted it. I’ll keep this value for a couple of weeks than I’ll lower everything except K. (Edit from the future - K is too high) Day 47 - plant looks happy and bigger, it drunk 3+ liters yesterday. There is no need for humidifier anymore so I’m getting rid of it. Temperature is 30-32C with 50-60% humidity. Day 48 - buds are swelling, some branches are already showing the spiral structure. Plant drunk 5 liters yesterday, impressive.

Smell is starting to get very noticeable with the tent open. This is the last week of fert I'm going to do.

Every other day I'm checking to make sure none of the fan leaves are blocking light. If I find a leaf that is, I have trimmed it. So far I think I've trimmed 6 or 7 fan leaves. Buds are starting to pop up just about everywhere. I've kept to the same watering regimen, and nutrient amount. I can sure smell her now tho, and I love it.

Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Agrupo de nuevo las macetas en su lugar optimo para asi rellenar por completo la carpa @marshydro. Me quedé algo corto de nutrientes pero estoy muy contento con los resultados, cada vez le voy encontrando mas su punto optimo. Siempre es mejor quedarse corto que pasarse.

Fastbuds Week 4 Gorilla Cookies Auto The 2 of these are growing amazing. One definitely bigger than the other but I believe the little one will catch up before to long. Been giving them straight water up to this point so About week 4 of Veg I like to give them a good molasses tea. It just gives them a nice boost into veg to flower transition from ny experience. Day 29: The girls are looking great. I upped the nutes yesterday, as I have been giving them barely any at all. Will up them once again on next feeding. Looking like tomorrow. The main branch that I snapped off did not make it. Lesson learned on that one. Day 30: Removed all other lights and added the HLG 550 V2 RSpec. Did some defoliation on the girls along with another feeding. Will do straight PH'd water next go. The girls are looking strong and healthy. 💪 Just on the small side. Still having to leave the tent wide open to subside temps and humidity. Day 31: Nothing new to report. Looking very short and stubby and healthy!! Day 32: Looking like they had some good stretching going on over the 3-day weekend. Will be needing fed tomorrow after work. May water a little less this time, as it is taking 2-3 days for them to dry out. Day 33: Great stretch and bloom on the girls today! They are looking super healthy and strong! 💪 No smell yet. Day 34: Girls are looking decent. Noticed some rusty looking splotches on the leaves. I'm thinking possibly Cal-Mag deficiency? Not sure. Day 35: Not looking too happy today. I let them dry completely and watered with only Cal-Mag. Hoping the patchiness clears up for them!

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Great second week of flower. She’s getting a nice flower stretch. Info and photos were taken 12 days into flower. Beginning of the week was 50cm and is now at 62cm tall. That's 12cm in one week!! 👏👏👏 Feeding 1,5L each, every other day. Will be increasing as they ask for more. How do they ask for more? When feeding if the soil is drier than normal I give a 150-200ml increment of water. I do that until they stop feeding so much then i just maintain that amount. I start reducing if it takes longer to dry. That works good for me. The old finger in the dirt trick. 👍 Nothing like knowing exactly what your ladies need first hand. She’s looking good and healthy. Nice lime green color going.. Plenty of new growth every where. Smell is starting to be a little noticeable but nothing stinky yet. There’s a few main colas that are standing out and stacking nicely. Haven’t done any work on her since the 12/12 defoliation. When 21 days passes I’ll give her a nice defoliation and taking away unwanted under growth. Very happy with how she turned out. Started with some bent which really made side branching take off. I'm just doing leaf tucking, all branches get plenty of light, so no need for bending IMO. One is quite a bit bigger than the other, if this is a fenotype thing or something I did we will never know since the sample is too small to make conclusions... So its the one in the slightly smaller pot that is bigger. Also, I switched positions between both to see if this makes difference... but I never noticed hotspots or such in my earlier grows.... One of my annoyances of small-scale operations is that there is never enough data to be able to make conclusions based in facts. It could always be nature or nurture, because I lack control groups. Maybe my government will someday finally see the backwater retardedness of our way of dealing with cannabis. For now no other option than staying within the law. I like weed and growing but I like my freedom more. The XL Runtz are remarkably resistant and vigorous, with extreme growth in just under three weeks after germination. Beautiful plants and they handle a high light / high organic nute situation from very early on. Coming week I'll just be leaf tucking, no further LST since they are already going into flower. Ill be adding BAC Organic Flower coming days along with my solution of wood ash and perma tea. Also Ill be starting the three 56 ltr growbags to start the three regulars that will run in the same 18 hr lightschedule. And that light, trusty SP-3000, what a machine, what results so far and how reliable so far. She doesn't get too warm at all, just contributes to a nice greenhouse atmosphere without any climate management other than me checking temps and RH. Usually, I need no adjusting, no ventilation, no heating or airco, my system is pretty self-containing and autonomous in the stabile attack where it is. And lets be real, I get results as in grams per watt and per plant that only the 600 watt / Hydroponic guys get. With organic growing, in such small scale with 300 watt. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2203 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #1 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying' and remains the 'Frost Queen' in the run she is a VERY happy girl! The #2 pheno, while different from her sister, is looking gorgeous and starting to really ramp up her trichome production! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. OMG they're both looking fantastic with both looking amazing with a generous coating of trichomes covering their flowers, especially on the #1 phenotype and both have developed a funky sweet, creamy aroma!
