Another week down and it appears that the upward stretching has finally slowed down to a crawl at this point. I probably could have done a far better job managing these plants for maximum yields given I was doing some quick and dirty pheno hunting it really wasn't needed. I am glad to see the buds are beginning to swell nicely now. The time lapse really shows it off well, even if it is a bit over-exposed. I *really* need to get some better glass in there.... This old Brino 720p camera isn't cutting it when I want nice close shots. The buds are showing some nice trichome development as well. I'm more than a little curious to see how they after another month of filling out.

Odstranil jsem jen ty listy, které branily pronikání světla a vzduchu (asi 5-7 listů z každé rostliny). Většinu vějířovitých listů jsem pouze zastrčil aby nepřekážely. The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. Dear diary, Week 2 done and on the books! Everything went mostly fine up until the very end of the week were I noticed some strangeness with G.C #2 that was transplanted. That will be covered more overall in next weeks update as I try to fix any potential issues. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 11: Calmag foliar applied 2 times during the day at 0.8ms and corrected ph to 6.3. They also got their regular feeding at 1.27ms 6.4ph with me increasing the light to 250ppfd. ⏰ Day 12: They were given a foliar and watering of calmag water at 1.13ms and 6.3ph early in the morning as issues had not cleared up. Later in the evening they got a regular feeding at 1.41ms, 5.9ph and lights were increased to 275ppfd. ⏰ Day 13: 2 calmag foliars, gave feeding at 1.54ms 5.8ph and increased lights to 285ppfd ⏰ Day 14: They have reached 3 nodes marking the end of seedling stage and beginning of veg! They were fed with 1.53ms 5.8ph and four 3 liter airpots was prepped with 75/25 coco/perlite and watered with the same feed until runoff before transplanting. As I can only grow four plants G.C #2 and #3 were selected as the final two. Temps are around 26 and RH 75% with lights on and 24C 80% off. Will be taking down the RH slightly over the coming few days to 65%. ⏰ Day 15: Gave the girls a feeding at 1.57ms 5.6ph. Also increased light to 305ppfd and they do look a bit droopy, but that’s not to surprising after the transplant. ⏰ Day 16: Daily feeding at 6ph 1.59ms and increased light to 320 ppfd. Aiming for 465 ppfd by the end of next week as that would move us up from 20 to 30 DLI. ⏰ Day 17: Sprayed a foliar coat of Leaf Coat from Biobizz as prevention for pest in the morning. For the evening they got their feeding at 1.58ms 6.2ph and foliar spray of calmag as G.C #2 is showing some strangness like small white marks and drooping on the new leaves. Will troubleshoot and give her a few days or so to see if she improves or else I will change in the plan-B G.C that wasn’t transplanted.

J'ai fait du HST sur les plus grandes branches des ztrawberry pour essayer d'équilibrer la hauteur. Bonne idée ? De toute façon c'est fait, on verra bien. Day 79: Fertigated 10l Day 81: Hello growmies and welcome to week 12 for Poppy, the Purple OG Punch Auto from Super Sativa Seed Club. I have unfortunately failed in the competition due to it ending while I was moving house. 0 for 2 is not a good record, but then I am a newbie not an award winning grower so perhaps I should temper my expectations somewhat. Anyway, Poppy has stopped stretching and is swelling those tasty looking buds. No sign of any purple yet but I have my fingers crossed that I will wake up one day and she will be blue! Hah. I can't move the plants out of the tent now due to size and bud weight. So will do my best to make good in-tent photos.

Day 98: Fertigated 10l Hello growmies and welcome to week 15 for Nesia - this superb Amnesia Haze Auto from Fast Buds. Nesia continues to amaze me as by far my largest plant. If you have been following my grow series you will know that I recently harvested Karen, who was dwarfed by Nesia, and Karen has yielded 160g dry. So I am properly excited to see if Nesia can set me a new yield record! I think she can and will! Day 100: So I can no longer move her out of the tent to photograph, she is just too big and too heavy with bud. It is recipe for disaster. So for the rest of the grow I will be doing my best to get good photographs in the tent. I hope that's okay, because I don't have a choice really. Anyway she is a photogenic girl to say the least so I am not too concerned. I am really enjoying this new camera, I need to explore the limits! Anyway you should expect another update tomorrow or soon! :D Day 104: Fertigated 10l I very nearly cut Nesia today, I even announced on Twitter that I would in the end I decided to let her go a bit longer I want to see some serious amber! I think I am starting to get the hang of the lighting and new cam... practice practice!

Day 21 of Veg and we have started our LST! We are just bending down the tallest branches and encouraging lateral growth. We have topped and we will top once more before flower. We are about to put these 10 ladies in the 4x4

Good morning growmies! I am finally back online after moving house and being without internet for weeks. These ladies took a battering and bruising in transit, and were left in the dark for 4 days, starved of water and food for 9 days TWICE inside 3 weeks. Still, can you believe the progress despite all that? Wowza, when RQS say these Epsilon F1s are fast they are NOT JOKING, and OH MY the smell is soooooooooooooooooo good. It's really a complex sweet and fruity scent with delicate notes of spice and sandalwood. I am super curious now. All five plants are within a couple of inches of each other, the tallest being 72cm currently (Dinah!). I am so very impressed with these plants that I am considering running a full tent of Epsilon F1s for my next grow! I wonder if I can get a bulk discount?! 😬😁 Day 54: Fertigated 10l Day 56: They are not slowing down. Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah are all similar size, Camila is a bit smaller but in terms of development they are all very very close to each other. I am really impressed by the uniformity here, more impressed by the speed, and most impressed by the scent. They are not strong smelling, but if you get close or have a squeeze it wafts over you like an exquisite perfume. It is the most complex cannabis scent I have experienced yet. Really really interesting, I am really excited for the eventual smoke review so that I can properly understand the complexity at play here. The breeder and sponsor of this grow Royal Queen Seeds have offered to sponsor a full tent of this strain, if that works out then I will be doing another grow series right after this one. Fingers crossed!

Hello all! I am finally back online and so here is a proper update for the Queen! Citronella has suffered terribly during the house move and following weeks, a few days ago I took her lower third off and defoliated and removed underdeveloped nodes. I dried the popcorn I took off during this process and got 12g (dry). The rest I am leaving on her and hoping and praying those buds swell. The smell is absolutely the greatest thing ever, she is stunningly pungent - even the quick dried popcorn is really beautiful to smoke - so whatever I get from her, whatever little it will be, I will certainly enjoy. Anyway she is now being taken care of a bit more regularly and properly and moving forward until harvest I expect this to continue. Day 109: Fertigated 10l Day 111: The queen is maturing, but I am not sure her buds are going to get much fatter at this point. She is already struggling to hold them up, they must be really dense if they are so heavy this small. I am really at a disappointed stage with this grow, and I must do better next time I grow this strain. I am not impressed with this LED light, I think I need to grow a full tent under my better light and see how they do. Anyway she is trundling along and I don't think too far from the inevitably disappointing harvest.

week 11 75 days according to the breeder this strain has 7-8 weeks of flowering. with the possible stress that the plant has suffered maybe it has slowed down its growth a little. but since I'm not impatient and I have time is not a problem. I like to let it mature on point so I let it roll for another three weeks. As for the sample I took a week before... it was on a good track. I could already feel some notes and aroma but deep down. very heavy and harsh smoke, to remember that there was no flush or cure, just dry. Now its waiting for the whole plant dry. 🤞🙏

Made a aeroponics system that’s got me intrigued lol but all and all things are coasting by it’s just on me to keep environment stable and the reservoirs filled. She is stretching very slow, buds formation are dense+trichomes all over the insides and all over sugar leaves.
