420Fastbuds FBT2311/Week 6 What up growmies. Weekly update on these beautiful ladies. This week we've had some temperature swings and wow did they not like getting down into the high 50's. They both bounced back but won't be letting it get that cold again if I can help. Flower sites are all over with pistols. No signs of any major issues so will keep the same routine. All in all Happy Growing

So this is my first diary here and I'm going to start from week 11 so there's should only be another week or two left. My next one I'll do properly from the start. Also this feeding schedule was the last ammendment I did but was in week 10 and not this week. As I only started on week 11 I thought I'd just add it to show what I've given her. This is just 1 Northern Lights Autoflower from Royal Queen Seeds. I've topped her twice and done some LST and lollipopped just as she was going into flower..which was around week 5. I use 100% organic top soil amendments from Living Soils every 2 weeks. I water about 2 days after the top soil goes completely dry only in the mornings. And she's on a 20/4 light cycle. I vegged her in a standard plastic pot then transplanted at the end of week 5 into a 10l pot with the coco loaded with all of the above (minus the guano which I added at the start of week 3 of flower) with the aim of her hitting those amendments at the right time..so I wouldn't have to amend again for another 2 weeks which seemed to work out. I tested the run off shortly after the first feeding for flowering and it was really high - 3000ppm - alongside the pH which which was really low - 4.89 (as expected as its runoff) however I had oyster shell in that first feeding which should help raise the pH and my local tap water is hard so there's extra Calcium and a bit of Megnesium in there too. I also added a couple of drops of biobizz ph+ to the water. And with the mycorrhizae..which should kick in and colonise the root system in about 3 to 4 weeks..should create a mycillium network to help this living soil regulate everything!! Which it did as I tested the runoff again everytime I fed (every 2 to 3 days) and it slowly went down ending up at 1000ppm and a pH of 5.9 which was spot on. I also had a massive scare as I found small white bugs in the medium when I disturbed the top soil. Thinking they were spider mites thankfully they were Symphalans which after researching eats seedling roots or decaying organic matter..so they're essentially cleaning the medium..and they stay under the soil away from the light. She is pretty small and compact. I'm testing autoflowers as I've never tried them before. I'm slightly annoyed as I knocked my dimmer down to 60% without realising..so out it back to 100% and as a result I'm guessing she may have been stunted along with topping her twice or maybe it's just the strain. But I have seen other a lot bigger. But she is looking really healthy and has done from the start. The colour you see has been there from the start and she hasn't had any deficiencies. Tricones are coming along nicely and some of the sugar leaves look like they're starting to deplete in nutritients as they're going slightly yellow on the edges so not long. I'm guessing 2 more weeks from today but I wouldn't be surprised if she hits 13 weeks which is what I'm hoping for as her last feed was last week which would give her an extra week to 'flush'. Also the Bat Boost from Guanokalong has an NPK ratio of 0-10-0 and not 0-0-2 like it states. Germinating looks good they were 1" long when I put them in super soil. Cover with cloche for a few days. Autoflower are supposed to go in the final pot. No transplanting. Got good seed from Crop King. We will see!!

Week starting 4/10/2019 Spotted a few aphids today on some of the yellowing leaves - confirmed with the magnifying glass. Humidity continues to be an issue as I cannot seem to lower it below 60% at best, averaging 65%. The extraction currently is pulling the air from the tent into the room - will need to look into taking it outside of the house before looking at dehumidifiers. White powdery mildew is more prevalent on some of the tops. Manually wiping them off with a wet cloth each day. 05/10 - Applied nematodes today to all 4 pots (https://www.biogroei.fr/stenema). Had to apply it with water at pH6.5 08/10 - Watered all 4 plants to keep the soil moist for the nematodes. #1 08/10 - Watered at pH6.3 at 17 deg 10/10 - Feed of Vega at pH6.4 at 19.8 deg, EC 1.84 - still seems stunted during flowering and behind the others of same strain by a week or two. #2 08/10 - Watered at pH6.3 at 17 deg 10/10 - Feed of Vega at pH6.4 at 19.8 deg, EC 1.84 (pot was not dry yet, should have waited another day or two with feeding) - colas are still developing nicely whilst continuing with the leaf loss. - defoliated and cut all small branches with flowers at the bottom. #3 08/10 - Watered at pH6.3 at 17 deg 10/10 - Feed of Vega at pH6.4 at 19.8 deg, EC 1.84 (pot was not dry yet, should have waited another day or two with feeding) - a few curled/twisted leaves. Continues to need the most frequent watering - most probably due to the limited 7L pot. #4 08/10 - Watered at pH6.3 at 17 deg - is not drinking a lot of water compared to the other 3 G13 Haze strains. - getting close to harvest time, still not showing big signs of nutrient deficiencies or other issues. Some purple leaves at the very top of the main cola.

While this is no good, no further signs of that mistake other than the recorded video ;). V2 - Quick show up on how to correct the color of photos taken under red/ping/purple light. First I merge the HDR image from 3 bracketed shots, then I apply my custom color adjustment in the HDR resulting image. As i show in the video, to correct the red light, you have to enhance the blue and green curves, just play with a point in the curves until you find the best adjustment for each of both curves. Then you should go to tones, and play a bit with reds, pinks & purples... and.... Voilá, you can see the results, easy and effective..... but no more easy than using the right white spectrum. P1 - Cookies Showdown before transplant P7 - Volcanic soil and Guano -----WEEK SUMMARY----- This week was very easy, i didn't do anything to these babies apart from the transplant. Week is going super well, did notice trichomes are starting to develop more in the coming weeks. Still struggling with watering mainly because i have 3 different strains and i dont know the flow yet. Watering schedule is thrice a week, I nutrient feed on sundays, water on wednesday and compost tea on fridays 500ml each pot. Will be monitoring the trichomes hereafter, today is day 90 from germination, super happy with the results no stunted growth or slow growth. Will set my harvest day between day 120-150. I am targetting longer harvest time for the purple punch because they didnt fight for the light and bullied by 2 monstrous sativas. Since it is indica dominant, i am going to chop them once i see 70% amber

Good afternoon gromies 😄 😇 😊 Week 9 was absolutely crazy. All my girls start to achieve an about high. Gelato had to be renamed to "Uber-lato". Answer is on the photos and movies 😅 I never ever have/had to deal with so huge plant, she surprised me and coals bending had a place to expose them for light. They grow over a LED canopy 😅 😅 😅 At least high of 170cm is not a joke, can be even a little bit more but after bending procedures is hard to give a precise measure 😶 She is a monster 😇 😇 Have a good night, You Lovely Girls Growers 😇 😄 😉

I might switch the lights in the next days. Depending on her growth. Day44: Added some water and moved the camera a little further away. Day45: She felt lonely, so I got her a friend... Theobroma Cacao. New seedling that needs the warmth + humidity. Hopefully surviving winter. Day46: I decided to take some zoomed in stills of her. To show off her beauty. The purpling of the branches really make this lady something special. In some of the shots it might look like her leaves are yellowing, but it's just the angle of the light. You can see on the photo that I took from the top, that all leaves are a healthy dark green. At least I now have proof that she's a lady. She's short and stubby, but I'm not really growing for amount. I just neeed 50g, after all (hehe) Day47: She grew like a demon overnight. I'll check the height tomorrow.

08/08/25: The first leaves are starting to fade and the buds are looking like they will be ready to harvest in one or two weeks! Right on cue, summer has finally decided to show up here! We’re in for a warm and sunny week, perfect timing to give the flowers that final push they need to ripen fully and pack on some last-minute weight ☀️🌿 I also really enjoy all the other diaries growing alongside! Seeing different approaches and results has already given me plenty of ideas to improve my next outdoor auto run next year. 😁
