Well, it's been three weeks since the last visit to the site, and I have to say that the girls have grown significantly in size! Defoliation has proven beneficial for them! It's also clear how well Plagron bat guano is working. As you can see, the plants have already begun to flower and gain mass. I want to note that the Fast Version from Sweet Seeds really started flowering earlier than the regular versions, giving me a two-week head start. This gives hope to avoid mold during harvest. Overall, I am very pleased! I'm considering adding Bud Candy from Advanced Nutrients to enhance sugar production in the flowers and make them taste better!

Week 11, the third week of flowering, has been an absolute blast in our Tropical Tangie Ninja Run. Hold onto your hats, because we've got a tale of growth, defoliation, sticky fingers, and some sneaky chocolate donut escapades! This week was like a whirlwind of excitement. Our Tangie decided to go all out with her growth spurt – she's stretching up like a true ninja reaching for the skies. She's growing so tall that I had to channel my inner MacGyver and grab some wire for an impromptu second support LED. Teamwork makes the dream work, right? Now, here comes the twist – she grew so rapidly that I just couldn't wait until day 21 for that defoliation dance. Nope, I decided to take action at day 19! Check out the edited video included in this report – it's like witnessing a botanical makeover! And speaking of twists, you won't believe what happened next. In the scorching heat, after some serious defoliation action, I found solace in a picole ice-cream. Because hey, even ninja gardeners need a sweet break! And guess who were my accomplices? My trusty ninja buddies, of course. They know how to keep it cool. As if that wasn't adventurous enough, we applied a second layer of the scrog net. And let me tell you, by the end, my gloves were coated in that stickie, fragrant resin. Sticky fingers, sticky situation, totally worth it! Oh, and let's not forget my quirky habit of bottom watering. Why, you ask? It's like a secret ninja technique – it encourages the roots to reach down deep and fosters a stronger root system. Advantages galore, my friends! Now, onto the sweetest part – flower production. It's like the ninja grand finale. The aroma is starting to waft through the air, and those trichomes are dancing around like they've got a secret. This Tangie is cooking up something amazing, and I can't wait to savor the results! La altura promedio va desde los 25 (1 solo ejemplar) a los 38cm, el cultivo es relativamente parejo salvo 2 excepciones. Se prosigue con el riego 3 veces por semana, lunes, miercoles y sabados. Esta semana se realiza poda general para faborecer la penetracion de la luz.

Well, finally some progress on the flower front, looks to be heading into week 3 give or take. Weather's been great, but cooler temps and rain are in store for this week. Did a preemptive diluted milk spray for PM while my Lab Serum is finishing, should be ready tomorrow. Did one last heavy defoliation, looking nice and clean. Have to say she looks absolutely gorgeous, healthy and vibrant. Should be well prepared for the upcoming rain and cold weather. May be pushing till mid October so fingers crossed! Did a heavy 70/30 top dress of Gaia Green PB/AP (20 Tbsp), though no noticeable nutrient deficiencies at all that I can see. Plan for the future is to just spray Lab Serum every few days between rainfall and hope mother nature's in my favor!

8/25/23 - Day 73 - Another week down. We did a water change today. The buds are getting fatter and WAAAAAAY smellier. I have had a couple of times now where I lost a battle to the Skunk BOSS. I have had to reach in to move some buds around because they are too close to the light on some bud sites. You can see one of the buds up top, it has some white to it, I think that's due to being too close to the light. But once I move the buds around, I smell EXACTLY like a skunk. The smell is crazy strong. It's taking several full showers and it's still all over my fingers. Gloves will be an ABSOLUTE must when just reach in for a second. 8/28/23 - Day 76 - The buds are starting to grow even more, that the buds are growing buds out of them. That sounds weird but it's the only way to describe it. It looks like Romanesco. The buds are getting more dank, fatter, and more crystals are forming. 8/29/23 - Day 77 -I did some trimming today. I push some of the buds down and really got my arms in there today. All of the buds have gained so much mass to them when I squeeze them, they are really dense. I left a time laps video of me doing some late trimming, I was noticing some of the cannabis leaves were taking some of the light from the buds. 8/31/23 - Day 79 - The trichomes are still see-through and crystal clear. Last week of flush. The nugs are dense even though the plant is the smallest in the tent. 7 more days of flush and she's for the chop. Wish I'd have trained this plant better. 😋

Both plants same weight just ones more built into a bat and the other is built with small strong side shoots

Fade coming in nicely after 7 days of flush, 1 more week and these girls will be for the chop. Just took more cuttings from the mother ready for the next grow. I love Shining Silver Haze! 😋

I made some mistakes early on but despite all of that she still grew and produced some nice flowers. Would love to run this one again because she would have been a monster had everything gone a little smoother.

Was an amazing experience overall. The girls all did great. No complaints. Training went well. Topped twice and lollipopped the lower growth. All the buds, even the lower growth, are large. So frosty too. Amazing overall and will have to grow again as long as I like the smoke.
