Killing it this week. Making the switch tomorrow. I will keep spreading the tips through the stretch but I won't be keeping them low. I'm going to let them get some vertical growth so the future buds can take advantage of all available light.

Using Fox Farms soil trio. Thinking 1/4 strength grow big and tiger bloom every other feeding. Hoping they get a good stretch, trying to get highest yield I can (my first experience not having to purchase cannabis from anyone!) Watering every 24 hours with 1/4 gallon pH corrected 6.3 well water ( no runoff). Entire smart pots feels light and dry before I water either plant.

Finally the cold front has arrived and temps dropped considerably into comfortable levels 22-26 which are perfect for flowering. You can have high temps if you have enough fans blowing at the plant buzt the increčased perspiration can kill your plants through a nutrient burn as they have to take up more water from the res.

Peyote Cookies is really taking off now, buds getting bigger by the day and she's stacking nicely. Smelling a nice sweet fruity smell from her too. I've cut all grow nutrients and cal-mag and just using bloom nutrients. This week I've actually only used plain pH'd water to let her use up whats in the medium. Will start the flush at around day 40 for at least 2-3 weeks. Very resilient plant, loving it so far and I know she is going to be a tasty smoke! It should be noted that with the current share of blue in the spectrum, the sprout does not stretch at all, I will probably adjust in favor of red in the coming days

Week 1 Flower We finally got the Surf Purp siblings into the flower tent Playboiis! 👍 Now they'll be growing at a faster rate throughout the transitional period, silicon has been increased a bit so they stay thick and strong, and also bendable if needed. Remo grow has been significantly reduced whilst remo bloom is now being added at the same strength as micro. A very small amount of Astro flower is being added too. Epsom Salts has been doubled along with Cal-Mag being upped very slightly. I always feed at 5.9pH when in the transitional period/stretch and then increase to 6pH once in full bloom. This is to slowly transition their pH to 6 as this is a better pH for the required nutrients throughout flower. Because they haven't yet had the usual maintenance flush after being delayed in veg, I gave them one on Day 6 Flower. They were topped up with a nutrient feeding straight after to ensure they don't go hungry! I checked the ppm and pH of the tun off for each of them before flushing mote water through them. This is to check if they're roots are happy and healthy with a good pH and feeding well, without leaving a high ppm in the run off. The strings that they're under were already there from the previois girls, but was sterilized before putting the Surf Purps in. These were enough to move all the branches required to open them up and spread them out evenly. Because I'm only flowering under one light, the two outer plants (1&3) won't be getting the same intensity as the other two, so they'll more than likely produce smaller, less dense flowers (if they're female). It's just something that'll need to be considered when picking a keeper as they could produce the same, or bigger flowers if given the same intensity as the other two. I placed the two tallest plants at the back as they look like they'll stretch the most out of the bunch, so it makes the two smaller plants at the front easier to see and tent to the canopy. 22/08/18 - everything’s looking great I’m sure they will be finished stretching sometime this week and also should be getting an additional LED to add to the tent by the end of the week. Also started to lolly pop each plant took about a 1/4 of the leaves etc so far will see how it reacts to this to see if I can continue to 1/3. 24/08/18 - lookin good 48hr after I trimmed the bottom branches/big ass fan leaves in the shade looking miserable so i had to chop em. Still waiting on my extra led in the post.

It's week 4 for the Purple Haze and it is awesome!!!! this is the first year I D I ever fell in love with when I first smoked high-grade cannabis way way back in the day and I could never get a definitive answer from anybody about the variety.. in many big cities I realize that they claim Northern Lights to be purple haze at least in NYC

The tree is very fruity has a extremely sweet fragrance mixed with pineapples like a pineapple dum dum but when you brush against the tree or rub a bud.. it is reminiscent of old school Bubblicious bubble gum the pink kind they sold back in the 80s.

The codytledons (seedling leaves) are still healthy suggesting to me they still have nutes for seedling growth. 08/25/2018 More leaves,more roots,still no nutes,codytledons still looking good no fade. 08/26/2018 Uploaded root shots, codytledons may be withering away look closer tomorrow mornin 08/27/2018 Got up to 90° in tent, I turned on the red spectrum last night at 25%, Blue spectrum is at 100% Also some signs that codytledons turning pale, nutes coming soon 1/2 strength 💪 of course see how she responds increase as needed.

Finishing up week 3, girls are looking nice. The middle mainlined plant looks like the winner! Great experiment to do.
