~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/29- Here we go into Week One of Flower! It's been a month since this pretty lady popped out of the ground and she's looking perfect with pistils popping out everywhere! Her 4g Gronest fabric pot was still heavy when lifted, and she looked happy, so I skipped watering today and will check on her tomorrow morning after the lights come on. Since being topped roughly a week ago, she has two new shoots that are emerging and she continues looking extremely healthy with excellent vigor and have a beautiful healthy green color! She's up to 9" =/- now and even though she's beginning to flower, she's continuing to stretch which I'm attributing to her having some Sativa dominate genetics in her....This girl has long legs! 12/31- Today was a 'dry day and all I did was refill the humidifier and some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves and gently bending branches. It's been a little over four weeks since she was planted in her amended medium and it's time to give the microbes a good feed so they can continue to provide her with all the macro and micro nutrients she needs so, yesterday she got a good watering with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Veg, Flower, Green Aminos, Natures Brix and Granular Myco added to it @ 1.5 tsp/g and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. 01/02- Yesterday I watered her from the bottom with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann cal-mag to prevent any Cal-Mag issues before they arrive. I also have the HLG 650R set 36" above canopy and it's set at 60% power which is being controlled by a Trolmaster HydroX controller. The tent environment is on point with temp's running 70 when the light's off and 74℉ with the light on. I'm keeping the RH at 55-60% right now but will drop it as flowering progresses. Finally, I've been keeping the VPD in the tent running 0.85 - 1.05 which I'm happy with! 01/04- She's been doing well getting watered every other day and yesterday she received 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner which was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 72℉. She's definitely a big girl and with her wide node spacing doesn't really require any defoliation, just some LST and watch her grow! She's maintaining great color, vigor and is progressing into flower nicely! The final week for both grapefruit by Fast Buds I have given another generous feeding of a compost tea to ensure all the microbes are at their full strength before the flushing begins next week. Both are frosting up nicely and showing a little stress from the light, bleaching the top colas and causing some foxtailing. I’ve increased tent air flow, reduced temps and will leave it at that. Trichomes ate quickly clouding up so I’m giving extra attention to time the chop right, my prediction is that it will be in the next 2 weeks. I don't know what to make of her bud structure, because the one on Anesia Seeds look totally different, they should look like bunches of mini roses covered in smooth silver crystal, very good looking buds too ,but mine look totally different, do yall think I got the right strain (Black Frozen Cherries 🍒, any have pics of theirs in late flower ? , ps the terps are quality.

Well, here we are. 12 weeks of training, topping and pruning, she is filling the net and and in good shape for flowering. I will be making the switch to 12/12 today, so this was the last week of veg for this girl. Since going into the larger tent, she has had much better light, and she has responded with lots of new growth. She has been screaming for more nutes. Currently feeding Megacrop at 6g a gallon. I use R.O. water, and total EC of the Megacrop along with Cal Mag is 2.0, which is quite high (I think it is anyway, I've only grown autos before), but the solution in the Autopot trays is still reading 0.3 EC lower than the res, and there is not a trace of burn on her. I really have no idea how far I can push a plant of this size, so I'll let someone else tell me if this is too high. I estimate that by the time I've added Bud Explosion into the mix, the max EC at peak is going to be somewhere around 2.2-2.3, at which point I will be starting to lower N levels and will be dropping from there on. I'd love to hear input from anyone who has some experience with plants that have had longer veg times as to whether these levels are considered 'OK'. She certainly seems happy enough and is thriving for now, and I've been letting her guide the nute levels from the color of the leaves rather than sticking to a feeding calculator. I'm estimating a flowering period of 10-12 weeks, which goes well into UK summertime, which means it going to be super hot in the daytime, so I'll be doing the lights off period during the day, and lights on overnight when it's cooler and I can max out the Kingbrite without overheating the tent. Also, having only grown autos before, I've never had to worry about light intrusion as I just keep them 24/0. I never appreciated how much of the shit in the tent has little bloody lights on it. Had to go round taping up LED's on a few things to make it completely dark. I've also put the monitoring cam on the same timer as the lights, as it has an infrared sensor, so the power to the cam is cut at lights out. I've kept a fairly detailed feeding summary on a spreadsheet. As this grow seems to be going fairly well (so far) I may go back and update previous weeks with a bit more detail in case anyone is interested. tl;dr Flipping to 12/12 this week, growth good, girl hungry, Bud Explosion gonna be added to the mix this week, starting around 0.5g a gallon. Day 66 day 21 of flower. Front right is do sweet dos. Lights 12/12/ par 900/ co2 500 ppm/ temp 22-27 night 19-21/ organic soil/ technaflora nute/ water ppm 1400 ph 6.5/ 4L per plant Week three of flower is done power went out so I kept the light cycle going with a flashlight lol. This strain was described as little potent popcorn nugs and that’s exactly what they look like. Also included a video of my setup! Looks like there gonna be juicy

Week 1 of flower for Ztrawberry by Greenhouseseedco, After the feeding she really started to get better colour, for now I wouldn't say shes stretched much? maybe an inch or 2. Have been having to run a heater at night at 27 degrees... Looking forward to week 3 strip if I don't start a little earlier. Just have to keep the tops flat now and should be easy growing from here.

Hi to everyone who watches Report. The ninth week of flowering began there. Blueberries look and smell. Deliciously. Follow the advice of the master. I decided not to radically remove the leaves and I removed only the largest ones. I prepare the plants for the log house so I stop using mineral water for a while

As the grow is overcoming the loss of Eleven Roses, the space on the net is being distributed with the other strains. the other advantage, is that the text pot can be used by the other plants of the ground to colonize( i checked that the mass root is connected between pouchs. ANOTHER IMPORTANT ADDITION as now i have the space , is a 100w flat Panel in a vertical like distribution to reinforce low & mid branchs as i suppose this was the reason some plants died. There is a bit of nute burn from the last foliar sprays before its too risky as it can summon mold , but not acute enough to slow down plant bud formation. I will keep using barrier but rather wathering than spray in order to contain plagues, but it can also help a bit on flowering pecause it's high potassium level. The Flowering Food is based on Hesi Boost, Top Candy and Top Bloom, a pretty basic sugar based scheme, but i preffer to not use much products and stick with the neccesary ones ( according to my criteria) Kind Regards

Week 02 Introduction This week has been a bit of a struggle. Had my first experience dealing with slime and brown algae. But I think adding enzymes and increasing the beneficial bacteria helped to fix the issue. Also experienced nutrient burn for the first time. My nutrient solution strength got as high as 671 PPMs. So backed it down to about 430 PPMs during the end-of-week reservoir change. Also cut Hydroguard (expired?), CaliMagic, and Superthrive from this grow. Now she's still stunted, but is starting to recover. Hopefully... [START OF WEEK 02] Day 01 - Monday - 08/10/20 - Total Days: 008 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Still looks a bit yellow. But getting larger! --- Solution strength was at 248 PPMs. --- Just topped off with a bit of distilled water --- PH went up to 6.1 so PH'd down to 5.8 --- Ran the top feed for a bit to wet the hydroton. - [2130]: She's looking even more yellow now. --- Even the new leaves are really yellow. --- Decided to add more base nutes. --- Added 4ml of Sensi A --- Added 4ml of Sensi B --- Now at about --- Solution Strength went up to 304 PPM. --- PH was at 6, --- Also raised the water level a bit more. --- I really hope it's a nutrient deficiency and not an over-watering issue. --- Please live! Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/11/20 - Total Days: 009 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looking less droopy. But still yellow. --- Decided to do a reservoir change. --- 4.5gal of distilled water --- 8ml of Sensi Grow A --- 8ml of Sensi Grow B --- 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- 4ml of B-52 --- 4ml of CaliMagic --- 4ml of Hydroguard --- 4 drops of Superthrive --- PH'd down to 5.8 --- Solution strength: 302 PPM --- Since I didn't want to risk over-watering the rockwool, I did not to do a top feed, may do one tonight after the sleep cycle (lights are still set to go off at 10am and back on at 4pm). --- As I was doing a reservoir change, I noticed that the tubes and bucket were a bit slimy. Didn't really stink or anything. Is this normal? Maybe due to the Hydroguard and Voodoo Juice? --- I hope she gets better soon! - [2215]: Getting larger! But still yellow. --- Also can see a root growing through the net pot! Tiny little thing but it's there! Will have to start dropping water once more appear. --- After looking over a few DWC diaries using AN nutes, seems like my solution strength is still too low. Most around this stage average around 500 PPMs with about 4ml per gallon. --- Top fed for a minute to wet the top of the hydroton. --- Solution strength went down to 263 PPM. --- Added 8ml more of Sensi A --- Added 8ml more of Sensi B --- Now base nutes are at 16ml for 4.5 gal of water. --- PPMs went up to 411. --- Still lower than 500 PPMs, but that's okay. --- PH was at 6. Not sure if I should adjust PH using AN nutes. So going to not ajdust unless PH goes above 6.1. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/12/20 - Total Days: 010 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Looks like more root growth! --- She still looks yellow. But leaves are perky. --- PH was at 6.2 so lowered down to 5.8. --- Solution strength was at 394 PPMs --- Since roots are still growing, I decide to lower the water level a bit. Now water level is a bit below the net pot. - [2200]: Root is getting longer! --- Slime is returning. Not sure why. --- Solution strength: 357 PPMs --- PH: 6.1 --- Decided to add an enzyme along with more beneficial bacteria to hopefully cure the slime. --- Added 16ml of Sensizym --- Added 5ml of Hydroguard --- Added 8ml of Voodoo Juice --- New solution strength: 430 PPMs --- New PH: 6.1 --- Top fed for a minute. --- This slimy residue is really freaking me out! I hope the added enzymes will help eliminate the slime. --- Going to do a full reservoir sterilization/nutrient change over the weekend. Please survive until then girl! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/13/20 - Total Days: 011 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: I think the enzymes worked! There is little to no slime now! --- Although I think the root was also dissolved in the process. It's now just a little stub sticking just below the net pot. The enzyme is also suppose to dissolved dead roots too but guess that root was too weak? Not sure what happened there. But I think the slime is cured! --- Solution strength went down to 395 PPMs. Decided to add more base nutrients. --- Added 8ml of Sensi A --- Added 8ml of Sensi B --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- Solution strength went up to 598 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.1 --- As long as the PH is between 5.5 and 6.3, I'm not going to use PH Up or Down. But still will monitor PH levels. - [1715]: Checked up on her after her nap and shes looking alive but stunted. But no slime! --- Decided to add some sugars to help maintain the enzymes and beneficial bacteria. --- Solution strength was at 587 PPMs. --- PH was at 6.2 --- Added 8ml of Bud Candy --- Solution strength went up to 671 PPMs. --- PH also went up to 6.3 --- Lowered water level a bit to hopefully promote more root growth. --- Top fed for a minute. --- She is getting bigger, but still looks yellow. Day 05 - Friday - 08/14/20 - Total Days: 012 ----------------------------------- - [0915]: Leaves look a little burnt on the tips. Still no slime. --- Going to back off on the PPMs to hopefully fix the nutrient toxicity. --- Solution strength was at 632 PPMs --- PH was at 6.3 --- Added/Removed water until PPMs were at 536. --- PH was still at 6.3 --- Raised water up a bit, then top fed for a minute. - [2200]: Looking better. Still yellow though. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 6.5 --- Added PH down. --- New solution strength: 518 PPMs --- New PH: 5.2 --- PH was kind of high. So decided to PH down. Had to use quite a bit to bring it down. But eventually got it to drop down to 5.3. A little low, but so far, the PH has always gone up so wanted to start it really low. --- Ran the top feed for a minute to re-saturate the top of the hydroton. Day 06 - Saturday - 08/15/20 - Total Days: 013 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: She looks stunted. leaves are still yellow. --- Solution strength: 514 PPMs --- PH: 5.6 --- Top fed for a minute. --- Not sure what to do at this point. Going to do another reservoir change soon. Hoping she lives until then. - [2145]: Looking pretty much the same. --- A bit of slime has returned. Since I've been diluting the nutrient solution, the enzyme ratio has dropped. So I guess this is expected. --- Also noticed that slime build up was on the air-stones. Never really checked the stones so not sure how long that has been there. Looks brown too, which can't be good. --- Going to do an H202 sterilization of the system (minus the net pot) tomorrow so did not add anything. --- Lowered the water level to below the net pot. --- Then top fed for a minute. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/16/20 - Total Days: 014 ----------------------------------- - [0900]: STERILIZATION DAY! --- Decided to skip today's night cycle for a deep clean. --- I'm hoping that skipping a night cycle won't be too stressful. --- Temporarily moved her to a new bucket. --- Used about a half of gallon of straight distilled water to flush out the net pot. --- Drained the system and wiped up all the brown sludge. Also removed the air stones and cleaned up all the goo. --- Filled the system with 2 gallons of distilled water and at least 30ml of food grade hydrogen peroxide (35% strength). --- Yea its a lot, but since I'm not going to sterilize the system overnight, I went with a really high doseage. Basically I kept adding until I started to see little bubbles start to form. --- Then I ran the water pump. - [0915]: Boiled the air stones in tap water for about 10 min. Then reconnected them to the airlines. --- I let the air stones and hose soak in the sterilization solution for about 5 minutes so the peroxide can absorb into the stones. Then ran the air stone to help mix and agitate the solution. --- Occasionally, I'd repeat the process of turning the air pump off for a few minutes to let the stones soak. - [1000]: Covered the top two row of holes of the net pot with some aluminum tape. Hopefully this solves the light leaking in through the hydroton. - [1200]: Used an old toothbrush and scrubbed the pump clean. Then drained the system. --- Refilled with more distilled water and peroxide. Again added a lot. --- Ran system again to sterilize even more. - [1530]: Drained the system and refilled with distilled water to rinse. --- Ran the system for a few minutes, then drained and rinsed again. --- Did this a few more times over about an hour. - [1630]: Added 4 gallons of fresh distilled water. --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow A --- Added 15ml Sensi Grow B --- Added 12ml of B-52 --- Added 16ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 16ml Sensizym --- Solution strength was at 430 PPMs --- PH was at 5.6 --- I was going to add Hydroguard, but I think the bottle is expired. Since 2017 or 2018!? I think Hydroguard is good for up to 2 years from the date on the bottle or 6 months after opening. So not going to use from now on. I wonder if this could have contributed to the slime build up. --- Also removed the CaliMagic and Superthrive too. Going to only use AN products to eliminate the chance of incompatible nutrients. --- Placed her back in the bucket and top fed for a minute. --- Here's hoping for the best. Going to let it ride until morning! Please feel better! [END OF WEEK 02]

Another week of Veg gone and trying to understand feeding.... My last grow (the one on the balcony) i overwatered at the start so I made sure this time I would not make the same mistake. I dgave a bit more root booster and found some organic Molasses that i added to the 1st feeding. I know its now considered 'food' but more as an activator of microbes in the earth but I'm sure it can't hurt right? Quite some growth this week, so tried to LST it down a bit... Buuuuut I'm not happy with it, I can forsee spacing problems (should have maybe planted the seeds off-set to one side of the pot to get a better growth going....I'll probably undo the tie-down and just let it grow.

6/11 - My seeds finally came in the mail and I got to soak them this morning. With the start of the soaking I also took the time to mix my Fox Farms Happy Frog Potting Soil along with my nutrients. I wanted to make sure my ratios are a little balanced but slightly heavier on the all purpose fertilizer to start out. In my first feeding I might go a little heavier on the Bud & Bloom than with the All Purpose depending on when I think they need to be fed and how close they are to flowering. Perlite was added to the soil to make sure there was good drainage and I will be using 5 gallon fabric pots. I’m planning to do some LST along with possibly topping/FIMing the plants just to see what comes of it, so I’m excited for that. This is my very first grow and I’m not much of a gardener (yet) so any and all input and advice would be very much welcome thanks 🌱🌱🌿 PS - Sorry for the angle the video the next ones will be correct. 6/14 - All three seeds popped over the two days the spent in the paper towels! Finally putting them in the soil feels good. Going to keep the soil above the seeds moist with a handheld sprayer using distilled water every few hours until the light shut off for the night. I forgot to take pictures of the seeds before planting them. From here I’m hoping to get at least one of them to pop through the ground in the next couple of days. Of course, I’m still looking for tips and input. 🌱 6/16 - All three seeds have made it through the soil so that is more step forward. The critical purple has a shell still on one of its leaves so I’m hoping it pops off on its own in a day or so otherwise I may try to gently tap it off. Currently, the grow lights are about 24 inches away from the seedlings. I think I might keep them at this distance until I notice stretching or leaves curling.

Week 7 of Flower has come to a close, and my oh my, she's a smelly one 😍👌 It's not overwhelming, but really powerful nonetheless. Im an olfactorial idiot so i cant "put my nose to it" on how to exactly to describe it. Fruity-cakey-berry like? 😨 Im not good at this. It smells NICE, i hope this suffices. Watering again every 3-4 days still, 6L ~6PH, 5ml/L Terra Bloom 1ml/L Green Sensation. She is continuing to bud up nicely, no signs of deficiencies, some burnt leaf tips and tacoing but thats on my and somewhat intended. 😬👻 This week i present to you some close up trichome shots, all bud sites are still some way out. So we will see each other again next week 😜

Pulled a few fan leaves, had a house inspection so I had to move them all outside , they went from 26°c to -2°C for ten hours they also had their dark cycle interrupted during the course of moving them. The smell is very strong now from all 6 pheno
