Freak of the Nature, the biggest autoflower in my life

Beginning of week 4.

First off I believe the strain name is wrong. It should be just FF03 but I’ll need to check with fastbuds. These are photo period test genetics from fastbuds and the FF stands for fast flower. They are supposed to be done in 50-60 days of flowering. I’m going to let them do their thing for a minimum of 40 days just to be sure they don’t have ruderalis. This is a brand new setup I built with floraflex 6” pot pro using coco and I’ll be testing their nutrients out as well. That being said they are about 10 days old but I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to get the diary going. Thanks for looking :)

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Esta ha sido la ultima semana de crecimiento, mañana pasan a 1212 por fin, porque no aguanto mas tiempo. Los desajustes del PH parecen haber sido resueltos. Las Hulberry muestran algunas carencias debido al abono organico aplicado en el sustrato, al estar puestas en el Autopot, parece que este abono se disuelve mal, pero las riego igual que el resto para no sobrefertilizar. La proxima semana mas.

Bueno Farmers un error por ni contar la época de Pre-Flora entramos ahora semana 2 de flora, ya empieza salir la resina...sobre todo la Royal Gorila. No podremos pasar a led de momento próximamente mas novedades compañeros!🍁

Questa terza settimana ho dato il kit completo di nutrienti per le piante, purtroppo sono un po’ in ritardo con i tempi ma adesso la crescita andrà nel modo giusto. Ho cambiato l’acqua ed aggiunto ottimi prodotti Americani della linea Advanced per dare da magiare hai biscotti. Mi aspetto adesso una crescita molto più intensa. Finalmente le radici stanno uscendo dai loro vasi è sono attualmente immerse per 1/3 in acqua.

We’re sitting at: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Relative Humidity: 62.9% • VPD: 1.30 (I know it’s a bit high, but they’re handling it like champs) • CO2: 800 ppm • pH: 6.18 • TDS: 215 ppm • Solution Temperature: 23.2°C To make things even more efficient, I’ve adjusted the light height, keeping the PPFD around 360 to 400 to save on energy. These beauties are still soaking in the light perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with how they’re responding. 💧 Watering and Feeding At this stage, the plants are thriving with just enough nutrients to keep them happy. I’ve kept things simple with a balanced solution, ensuring everything stays within the perfect range. The PRO-MIX HP, with its mycorrhizal fungi, is really helping with nutrient uptake and boosting overall health. Got some Homemade Maui Juice fertilizer

Diese Woche bekommen die Kleinen erstmals Plagron Power Roots. An Tag 3 dieser Woche sind sie 7,5, 7 und 5cm hoch. Die Kleinste wurde etwas tiefer eingepflanzt, wächst aber auch etwas kompakter als die anderen. Weiß nicht ob es daran liegt. In dieser Woche wird umgetopft und das erste Topping durchgeführt. Es bleibt nur eine Pflanze im Zelt. Die Auserwählte kommt direkt in den finalen Topf. An Tag 7 wurden die Pflanzen getoppt. Der Plan war erst eine Pflanze auf 60x60 zu growen, Demnächst werden die 3 aber in ein 80x80 Zelt umziehen.

3 weeks down and this girl is finally (but slowly) coming into her own. I'm hoping now her fan leaves are getting a bit bigger she'll start to take off. As for environment, today I've turned the ventilation fan on 24hrs with no breaks. I started getting paranoid that hour on hour off is not doing them any favors and I'm just gonna have to suck it up and bare the brunt of the power bill. This will also drastically reduce the RH, which I'm not totally sure of the effects it will have on the girls. Low RH has got to be better than RH too high, right? 🤷‍♂️

Welcome visitors to growfessor theatre! Tonight we have LSD and Green Crack entering their final week, 9F, with a flush! The LSD still has a strong fruity, citrus smell, lots of frost and is very sticky. The buds are not as large as I was hoping for, but they do seem to be very dense. Green Crack bulked up a lot last week and I'm very impressed with the size and density of the buds. She's also frosty and sticky, with a smell that is potent but hard to describe other than it smells like weed. Stay tuned for harvest, coming in 5-7 days! Thanks growfessors for stopping by 👽🌳💚
