Day 22: Drain EC 3 feet high and risin'😅( average 3.3 to be exact...) dunno how much whatever-salt is building up in that pots, but it obviuosly doesn't bother the ladies. Dark green colour, very few 'claws', no signs of tipp-burn, new foliage appears in a juicy green and turns dark in an instant, leafs point upwards....... looks like they're happy😊. Planns for this week: - Install the scrog-net - Obsereve plants/soil ( when do i have to feed nutrients again?) otherwise there will be no changes...... Thoughts: These bushy babies will be kind of a challlenge to create this scrog the way i'm used to (basically bending the 4 main main colas to the corners of the tent, upper branches to the walls and spaces between the pants, lower branches to the very center). Now these ladies make so many branches, so close togehter and so equal in length, underneath huge fanleafs..... i'd love to have them in a 100 square meter canna-crib....but in a tent...????? I really hate doin' things without having them planned - but in this case i guess i will have to install the net, start weaving and see what's happening😯 Day 23 Let's keep it positive...... indoor-climate of 64% rh is perfect for my health💪😁!!! ......but in my tent it's killing the vpd😖. at a lousy 24 degrees C, i'm readin' about 60-64 % rh wich results in about 0.7 to 0.8 kPa.* More figures? Here come the crazyones👻!: pH 5.5; EC 4.2😨 but thats only drain from plant 3....... average was 6.1/3.6 The girls busy produce roots, shoots and leafs....... still very green, still not unhealthy.......few claws, no tipp-burn. Basically a comfortable place to be: It's not bad yet - no work but watering - and it can only get better!!!😁 *VPD issue solved: The sensor hung too close to a fanleaf - didn‘t expect this thing beeing so sensitive 😅. Day 24 Climbed new hights this morning: Plant 1 had an EC of 3.8 - the others didn't climb any higher than yesterday. So maybe we've reached the climax..... 😇 Visible growth now - so i installed the scrog-net and will start bending and weaving these days:-) Thoughts: Did beeing out of VPD-range for one day harm my plants? How exact can my sensor measure VPD? after a bit of research i found out: Whatever you buy for less than 200 bucks is far from beeing exact! Even professional sensors have a margin of about +/- 1% in relative humidity. Thermometers at least +/- 0.5 degrees C. This could give some a good guess of the actual VPD BUT: Leaf-temperature-offset is absolute key! Many of our trusted homegrow-equippment isn't even able to measure it (some offer default temp-offset) ....don't wanna go further here - but there's no way to achieve something like a precise VPD-measurement in homegrowing. So why caring for VPD? Even with those less accurate instruments, you may be able to keep your plants in something like a comfort-zone. Way better than only guessing 👆!!! In case i ran a much higher VPD than planned, yesterday (due to a missplaced sensor) , it will not harm or kill my plants. they might have had a bit of stress from dry air - but nothing to worry about! Day 24: Decreasing salt-levels in the drain - excepting plant 4, wich had an EC of 4.0 - so i guess i'm slowly draining exess-salts from top to bottom and might have collected some build-up. The girls seem to be quite okay. Root-growth is vigorous (there are thick, white roots penetrating through the pots, everywhere), the stems are relatively thin. removed the LST-lines. the Sc.r.o.g: only materiels needed, were a climbing-net for gardening (HDPE) cut to 90x90 for my 1x1 tent, 4 cable-ties and 2 meters of strong rubber-cord. Pre-installed the net with the cable-ties, then weaved the cord around the outter cords of the net, led it aroud the posts and pulled tight. Then brought the net into it's final position. Not as sturdy as with a wooden frame - but i had less than half the work and a bit of freedom to move things if necessary. Any shoot will now be put to the next outter square (relative to the center of each plant) as soon as can be held by the net, without harming the top. Once i moved all of the dominant colas to the next square, i'll have to take 10-15cm steps (vertical growth), to reach the next square. As soon as i have about 70 of my 81 squares filled, i'm going to flip to 12/12. Since i'm plannin' to have them full of sugar when flippin', i don't expect too much of a stretch. This way i hopefully have the longest and strongest shoots framing the shorter ones in the center - so the canopy shapes like a bowl, in order to achieve the most even light distribution possible. Day 25: The main colas visibly reached out for the light - but yet i only moved 1 single shoot to the next square. Girls look good, EC is dropping slowly, climate fine. CU tomorrow👋 day 26: on Track... nothing to worry about...... STAY TUNED 👈!

Tricky situation with these as one Hermed so isolated them and let them finish! Still got an amazing result! Can’t actually wait to try these 2! One had fruity and spicy aromas and the other was dank like a deep kushy smell too it!

I'm impressed, once again! This is my third grow of Dinafem's Haze XXL. Two I journaled here on growdiaries. My experience has been that she is a highly resistant strain within the right grow environments, and offers a decent return on yields. Bud hits mind and body with a punch of energetic! No couch lock sedation. I like the racy feeling, in small doses. A little goes a long way. Thanks, Dinafem!

Looking healthy in Week 2 but unfortunately I was not using the right soil so I had to repot later and wash all the soil out from the roots under tap water. Was a bit scary but the plant survived. Re-potted a few days after this in light soil mix.

Greetings, fellow cultivators and stewards of the green realm! It's time to embark on the Week 4 Flower Report for the enchanting Jealousy in the Power Buds competition. The grow room has transformed into a sanctuary of blossoming beauty, and our verdant queen continues to captivate with her botanical grace. As we venture deeper into the fourth week of flowering, Jealousy's prayerful demeanor remains steadfast. It's like a perpetual botanical meditation, where every leaf is a testament to the serene communion between plant and light. The grow room echoes with the hum of chlorophyll, and Jealousy stands as a living embodiment of lush greenery. The flower formation is a sight to behold. Buds, adorned in trichome-laden splendor, emerge like jewels on a botanical crown. The pace at which they're developing is nothing short of remarkable—almost turbocharged. It's like witnessing a botanical sprint, where each bud races toward maturity with an urgency that adds an extra layer of excitement to our horticultural odyssey. And now, let's talk root porn! Brace yourselves for a visual feast as we delve into the underground world of the clones. The roots, like intricate threads weaving a subterranean tapestry, tell a story of vitality and success. These clones, offspring of our majestic Jealousy, have not only taken root but have done so with a vigor that speaks volumes about the genetic prowess passed down from their botanical matriarch. The success of these clones is a testament to the health and vitality of Jealousy herself. It's like witnessing the circle of life in a green kingdom, where each rooted clone is a promise of continuity and a nod to the resilience of the plant lineage. As we navigate the fourth week of flowering, let's extend our gratitude to Zamnesia and Plagron, the unseen architects of our botanical masterpiece. Their contributions continue to shape the narrative of our green adventure. A standing ovation to the Grow Diaries community – your shared experiences and boundless enthusiasm are the pillars of our collective knowledge. To my fellow contestants and growers, may your buds swell with magnificence, and may the vibrancy of your grow rooms reflect the success of your botanical endeavors. Here's to a week of perpetual prayer, turbocharged growth, and the anticipation of a harvest that will leave us all in awe. Stay green, stay inspired, and keep cultivating those dreams! As always, thank you all for stopping by, for the love and for it all. This journey of mine would just not be the same without you guys. The love and support are very much appreciated, and I feel honored and blessed with you all in my life !!! With true love comes happiness. So she is growing a lot but not in height so I'm not taking the topping / defoliation this week yet. I'm guessing they are going to grow slowly so I'm extending the bloom phase until I'm happy with the height. I had to add some taps to control the flow on my irrigation system. It looks even cooler now.

She is on a 12 /12 light cycle as she is in a tent with some photo period sisters that are in flower at the minute. So she won't have such as good a harvest if she was on a 18/6 light cycle.

I really like all three pheno..I was have some problem because I was use a new led light for the first time.. But in the end of the day I'm very Happy, really happy for the result.. For the bloom I setting the timer at 12/12 light cycle.. Not 18 or 20.. And in the end they gives me some nice looking flowers.. Very stycky too.. The plants was easy to grow..i cut only the first two branches in close to the end of week four.. Anyway.. I have described exactly what happened every week if you want to learn more .. But nothing to special growing cycle.. Nice smell nice taste and nice effects, all bilancaded for me.. Sweet, candies, earthy and somntingh else.. I try it with two vaporizers and I like it(use mighty /ghost mv1) I do not talk a lot about the effect because it is subjective, and in any case I think is a quiet cannabis that can be used all day.. Even with regard to the flavor, it is always difficult to grasp the characteristic features, apart from some super obvious ones .. I speak for me of course.. In about one or two weeks I will try for the second time but in to the organic rolling paper, pure nice green joint.. Thanks for the time🙏.. Hope you enjoy 🌱 Happy end of 2019.. And good year too.. See you in another diary.. Ciao✌️

Great week, these lemon pies have gotten huge. Had to stop LST awhile ago because ran out of space . If all turns well they will be the biggest Autoflowers I've grown. The pheno type I have is definitely more Sativa leaning

Hello. This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of flowering. This is the last week of food for these beautiful girls. I'll be flushing for the last 2 weeks. I find flushing makes the smoke taste less harsh. And curing in paper bags makes the pot taste great. More on that later... You can tell some of the plants are getting near the end of their lives, they are getting more yellow fan leaves, from the plant drawing back nutrients from them. I can see the clones are pollenated and I should have lots of seeds to share ... Want some free seeds? Just do a diary on them and I'll send you some. Give me your choice, send me a message in privet messaging. I use a international stamp and a Christmas card. Sent out 7 orders last year, all over the world. They all arrived. Some took 2 months though. This is the end of book #3 of Weirdo I'll find some other weird comics for the rest of this diary. Hope you like the old comics?? Some are a little strange though. No pest problems yet, and no White Powder Mildew problems yet either. I've got some WPM on some dandelion's leaves just outside of the greenhouse, but none in here yet. I've seen some fungus gnats around the pots, but they are everywhere this time of year. OK. Be Great. Chuck.

Welcome to week 7! Almost time to flower and things are looking good. Since last week I did some light defoliation and cleaning up of the bottoms over a few days. I also lightly tied some of the branches out to allow a bit more light penetration but also to spread the canopy. This week (at the end of the week) the plants got one water containing a 2tsp of kelp, and 2 tsp of freeze dried coconut. The ladies also got one foliar spray with Mountain Organics sprouts, citrus and Rita oil combined with a small amount of Method 1pps (see picture in week 6). Temperature and humidity has really been steady thanks to the help of my Grow Ratio ESU and fans. Hoping I can keep this rate of growth into flower. New week starts.* ☀️04.10.2023 I watered my garden with 80% 'Pre-flowering TriPart farmula. It's time already (2nd week of 12/12 light shedule). ☀️06.10.2023 I saw a very first pestel (stigma) on one of "Special Queen" plants today. On a 16th day of 12/12 shedule! I don't know why flowering is coming so late this time, maybe it's because of 'grow' feeding (I started to give them 'pre-flowering nutrients two days ago). I have no room in my box already. The 'vegetation' state was too long... *For full info watch previous week. Alot of photos and full destription there. ☀️08.10.2023 Now I know why my plants doesn't start floweryng by so long (almost 3 weeks). I've accidantaly sat a light shadule to 13/11 instead of 12/12. Meanwhile, they are huge... ☀️11.10.1023 Watering with 'TA Tripart'+'TA Bio Bloom'+'TA Mineral Magic'. I noticed that 'Mineral Magic'(Silicates) are rising solution PH slowly but shurely. So now I use it instead of 'Ph UP'.

She is still going well. She hasn't really bulked up a lot. She started a nother run on stigma production. That means more bud production/ density. She is still getting nutes for this week and then I'm going to start my flush next week. I need at least 27 grams to enter in to the harvest cup and I think that's all she might produce. I broke out the microscope, her trichromes are still predominantly clear so she still has some time. I'm going for a 20-30 amber percentage.
