This week was when I first recognized that there was something wrong.... Initially I only realized that the stems of my little girl were slightly bent downward. In some cases I have experienced this orientation when a plant is exhausted and about to got through its sleeping period but, this seemed different. In the following days I began to notice that the lower leaves were beginning to fade, the stems began to turn red, and still the leaves were bending downward and not praying to the light! At first I just figured that my plant was in need of a feeding and transplanting to a larger container but, after doing a bit of research I realized that the I may have been experiencing a phosphorus deficiency. From my understanding I knew that these plants require nutrients that is high in nitrogen during the vegetative part of its life however, I did not realize that it's still needed an adequate amount of phosphorus in this stage too. As I mentioned perviously, I decided to reuse my soil for this grow and as a result of sterlization my growing medium no longer had any nutrients to offer my plant at the time. I believe this is the reason I began to see signs of deficiencies and going forward if I ever reuse my medium again I will make sure to re-amend it before using it. *I also topped the plant at the 5th node this week as well*

Everything is going great :-) You can see every day how they continue to explode :-) Although we are still at the beginning of the vegi phase, the roots grow out on the first drain hose. I carefully pushed it back up into the system :-) As fast as it all goes, I think I'll switch to bloom next week. I wish you all a nice grow 😎

The thickening is complete! Into the ripening stage we go smelling like sweet bubblegum candy and chemically skunk cologne. Although she ran into some N tox late veg into early flower, she didn’t seem to care! Extremely thick and relatively dense buds, next level trichome coverage, and lowers that look like some of my tops when I first started growing 😂 Super satisfied with these results, and I have 4 more beans of this strain to run! She’s ready to chop now, but I want to allow my Cookie Monster (SamOG x FS) to finish drying first before harvesting this one.

Not much to say this week , she’s doing really well, last week I noticed which seemed to be nute burn she didn’t like the 1/2 dose of bites so I’ll go back to 1/4 dose on next feed but last feed I just gave her plain water which was on the 8th, She’s due a feed tomorrow going by the soil and the days since last water , I have also done some defoliation today , removed some of the larger fan leaves which was blocking the lower foliage, I only removed four leaves don’t want to stress her to much , Will up date next Sunday !

Time lapse 23rd June > Aug 21st 2020. Plenty of screwups - over/under watering+ feeding + pollenated the tent with one hermie, two plants throwing nannas (due to UV) out in the last two weeks and the major heatwave all did not help, This was totally my screw up and for that I still give this strain a solid 8/10. The tastes are nice although my first try of Runtz was in Cali and it is certainly another level over there. Unfortunately I did not get a pheno similar to that I smoked in the US but out of the 5 I did get I really enjoyed one of them which is hard hitting! Apologies for the time-lapse as its not always spot on and often other things took over. Stuff never goes the way you plan it in your head. Upon drying the temps were good and they dried okay. The reason why this is a write off is because one of the plants hermied and caused most of the plants to be pollenated. When I harvested I noticed a few nannas poking out so I'm not sure if I let them run too long, too much stress, underwatering, light intensity, the UV bar or heat stress. Anyways I didn't catch it and I have some well developed seeds. I think it's down to the UV bar causing the nannas but the seeds were ripe (tiger stipe brown) so didn't have enough time to grow and ripen. Seeing as I had deficiencies early on in flower - WK4 - I think it happened then. The PP and runtz all have seeds bar one plant (the nice gassy pheno) and the tent was cleaned with bleach, vacuumed and temps increased to over 100f with a heater after disinfecting. Nevertheless I will grow this again! it's all a learning curve! More bud shots to come when cured. Just over an 1oz per plant is pretty poor imo but again you live and learn from your screw up! Got to be on point with my watering next time! That's why I love hydro!

they are all thriving, growing exactly as i want them to. sucking up everything i give them and they are on daily feeds. some of the autos are starting to flower, but im gonna stretch out veg for atleast another 4/5days for photoperiods. they are ranging in height between 45 and 75cm. west coast OG auto from fastbuds been the tallest at the mo. dinafem cookie strains showing preflowers now and everything going fine. no problems as of yet in the slightest. daily updates.

Girls are starting to flower. GC is taking off and bushing out like crazy. Blueberry Chemdawg is taking off as well just not as quick as the Green Crack. I've been constantly tying the tops over on the Green Crack so as of now it looks like about 8 Main colas. Can't wait for these girls to fatten up and see what they can do!

10/29/19 - All is going good. The stretch always amazes me on how fast they grow! Watering 4 cups of water each plant every three days. I did not switch to 13/11 yet. I will do that the last few weeks. I moved the lights up to compensate for the stretch so lets see what that does. 10/31/19 - Moved the one that is not flourishing from the net to the side. The other are rocking the house!!! Did a bunch or rearranging and LST in the net. Should be set this week to leave it all alone. I also did a bunch of defoliation. Too bad I was not going to clone this strain anymore, cause there was some great cuttings. 👌

grow room adjustments this week. plants are now more spread out under a total of 5 600w HPS lights. 3 fastbuds plants have an additional 45w LED light. by week 3/4 they will occupy my whole grow space and an additional 3 600w HPS lights will be added. Plants are looking healthy and 10 or so have been topped for the first time on day 8. dinafem cookies are looking very good in structure. will upload pics every day until harvest! thanks for looking. UPDATE day 12 veg, they are looking beautiful better than i expected. there are 36 in 15litre pots now and i cant wait to make my final grow room upgrage next week and for my room to be looking like a forest! im hoping for 2-3kg off these girls and only time will tell. i will keep doing daily updates until harvest

Day 15 🌱 everything is going well but I have accidentally decapitated N1, in reality I had topping already N3 but with N1 I broke without doing it on purpose. hope for the best. Day 16🌱 wow today N1 I see it well it does not seem to have accused the topping. everything seems to be going well for N3 too, he seems to be growing very strong. N2 is in excellent condition. Day 18 🌱 i am struggling a bit with "lst" but i guess because i started early. otherwise they seem to be growing well Day 20 🌱 I let them rest for two days. some training again today, they look fit and grow great. Day 21🌱 N1 and N3 grow great and look great. N2 grows well but has yellowed leaf tips as if I had given too much fertilizer, I think due to the pre-fertilized soil. Hello, Durban Prison, she's growing very very vigoreous as well. As the entering date is still a long way to go(15 july), and she will be joined by the Green gelato, there is like a lot of space to fill one's they get in the tent(150×120). Now she's bended, and allready into the final container(No soil, just to have a bending that suits the final pot) and I continue doing LST until they enter the tent. Looking forward to see some progress here. Its the 4th grow of this strain. Last grow was same in out in technique I applied and it made 150 gr dry bud of good quality buds. The only difference is, last year I didnt plan to do this, it just came as an idea, and the preparation of the plant itself was minimal. Only last 2 weeks was used to set some shape. So I really hope this year will be a succes. Biggest difference will be the lights. From 400w hps to 800w full spectrum Leds, it will, sorry, it has to be dubbled in numbers. Enough jabbering for NOW! 🤣🙌🤪 Thats it for this week Grow safe 🍀🍀🍀
