420Fastbuds FBT2304 Week 8 Week 8 update on these two beautiful girls. They both appear to be growing great even though they're different in size and structure. The flower sites are swelling up as nicely as one could expect. So will keep up the same routine of nutes every 3rd watering. All in all Happy Growing

So this week after I gave it under nutrients I apparently gave it too much nitrogen while having a potassium deficiency. Shiney dark leaves, So i fixed that, but some didn't bounce back, and I tried nitrogen. I think they are doing pretty good considering everything I've put them through SO FAR. lol. Nutrients are NPK Raw's total lineup, follow their instructions at first, Fastbuds adjustments as of this week.

This ladies have started the 4th week of veg great, however they'll start flower tomorrow on February 15th which is the last day of veg. I applied a little defoliation on both phenos removing the biggest leafs let's see how this ladies develop when the stretch starts! Can't wait! As said my ladies have been flipped into flower on February 15th which means that from now on they'll sleep more hours! I cannot wait to see this haze berry couple stretching to produce beautiful nuggets with that tropical aromas that I love so much! Let's see what happens, stay tuned! 💚💛❤️✌️

12 on 12 off, missing my girls... I spent about 35 mins tops with them during the week, and then I love giving them the attention they deserve on the weekends, what else is there to do when the worlds gone mad? 2nd grow on the "smart plug cycle" and the cost is so low..I am extremely happy with the SPIDER FARMER SF2000, but there's times I just want to plug in the 1000w to penetrate deep into the plants but the reasons for the LEDs is to grow some heady herbs for less. LEDs can get expensive but its just start up costs, after that you don't have to change bulbs and you don't notice the pull on the electric bill. WIN WIN the ladies have been busy this week and producing which means i'll need to go in tomorrow and do a clean up. happy growing! ...GOOD VIBES here!!! This is where it gets tricky, 2 weeks left of feeding before flush and all I am trying to do is keep as many leaves possible to feed all those buds. I am usually just a big bud person but I recently purchased a hash machine and I know a couple old heads that still love bubble soooo... THE SEED PHARM.... Dispite the bad air and heat that she took.. she is starting to recover... I hope she heals... She has started to produce some flowers... fingers crossed.. 🙏

Sep 7: what a great plant. Totally love how it’s going. Flowers keep getting fatter and heavier and she’ll be done before the end of September. Sep 8: there a tree root sticking up a bit in my yard which means the plant can be tilted toward the late afternoon sun. This is helpful because the sun is getting really low to the horizon already and we’re down to 13 h of daylight. Plus now direct sun is done in my yard by about 6 pm. Indirect light is okay but you really want direct sun at all times. Videos shows use of 730 nm far red light at dusk. Just a few seconds is all it takes to set the plant into dark mode two hours faster. It’s a bloom booster because you get two bonus hours of darkness or a 26 h day. Very effective but don’t miss a night and you have to adjust the timing each night. When starting this on July 20 Civil Twilight, as listed on timeanddate.com for my location, was at 9:45 and today it was at 8:40 pm. The red light at dusk is a highly recommended trick if you have daily access to your outdoor plants. Also works indoors, of course, and on autos too. Also I think it helps ‘stabilize’ the plant by emphatically putting it into dark mode, and therefore less susceptible to stray light to cause a hermie. Have not had hermie problems in four seasons of using the red light so that is my only ‘proof’ but it is true so far, even with taking flash pics before using the red light. Sep 9: getting heavier and now more branches are weighed down and slumping against the scrog net. Nice problem to have, I know, and without the scrog net some of the branches would be breaking off now. She’s now officially too big and too top heavy to keep moving around the yard in pursuit of direct sun. Sun is much lower to horizon now and direct sun hours are dropping too. Sep 10: getting close to done and getting very top heavy. Awesome. Sep 12: raining today. Has been cool last few nights and some purple colour is just starting to show. I don’t want to overdo fertilizer near the end, but I decided she is showing K deficiency. I’m out of malted barley but I still have potassium silicate, so I used that and some cal-mag. I’m avoiding kelp and molasses or using more P at this late stage because that can make the dried bud hard to burn and that really sucks. So, potassium silicate and cal-mag it is. The potassium silicate raises the pH and it takes about the same volume of vinegar to get the pH down. A good does of acetate is likely good for the bugs in the soil too. Then a squirt of Dr Bronners soap as a surfactant and that also supplies some biodegradable carbon for the bugs in the soil. Seems to work overall and is cheap. Get out the way she’s about to blow 💢💣💥 it’s been a hot week this week I’ve had to dim the lights a bit a take the drivers out the tent to cool it down a bit. Might be a good thing she seem to be fading a little so hopefully diming the lights will slow down the rate she’s using nutes. I fed the worms some banana within a couple of days the turned it into fresh casting she seems to have started her swell too. Until next week let’s get it 💪🏽

Week 10: This will be the final update before Harvest: I will update post harvest after the dry and weigh. Day 64-66: Hmm these 4AM are a strange bunch lol. I seemed to have been wrong about 4AM#3 getting better in last week's update, after reviewing the pictures. After realizing this I decided to continue feeding the plants till the end albeit only Calmg and Boost(micro). I decided to give 4AM#3 a 125% dose of Calmg on Day 66. I was worried about root rot because even though she was a bigger plant she drank noticeably less water than the rest. I actually forgot to mention I have had a few fungus gnats during the grow starting at around day 35. I always let the plants completely dry out even until some leaves were really drooping from thirst, so I though I had them under control. I never noticed more than 1 or 2 at a time, which is also why I thought I had it out of control. Maybe they have something to do with 4AM#3's state, but I doubt it. Anyway, 4AM#1 and #2 are doing well. #1 has fully ripened with almost 95% cloudy trichomes, and some amber. #2 on the other hand could still use 7-10 days extra, but regretfully I cannot harvest then... #3 is at about the same stage as #2. Day 67-70: Sadly I noticed too late, but that extra strong dose of Calmg seemed to confirm my suspisions... 4AM#3 had a heavy calmg deficiency... It really is noticeably improving this time! Leaves are regaining some slight saturation! And she drank her water very quickly this time! So bummed about having to harvest this weekend... Day 73... Oh well next time I will be able to harvest more freely and at different times for each plant if needed. She still has a good bit of cloudy trichomes on her calyxes though, around 40-60%, and very very few ambers, but her sugar leaves are already full of them. As for 4AM#1, looking great! gona be the smallest buds but definately the most dank! 4#2's massive buds are still having trouble staying upright, but looking forward to those for sure! RED ALERT: Shiiiit... So as I was watering 4AM#3 on day 69, I noticed, what I'm pretty sure is, BUD ROT! Damn, I'll have a picture as part of this update. I had very bad experience with bud rot last fall(planted my autos too late in the summer, lost over half my plants and had to harvest early), but that was with 10C temps and 80%+ RH. I have FOUR fucking fans in this damn tent, and it's always over 20C! But I'll be honest, I knew if it was going to happen, it would be THAT part of the plant positioned closest to that oscillating fan I have on the peace of wood... The bud closest to it(in the corner) is in it's blind spot, doesn't get direct breeze on it. And that's the bud, and the ONLY bud that seems to have been affected. Strangely though, this bud rot feels different to the touch than the one I had last summer. Very dry, and like I said, very isolated to that ONE little part. I cut it out and have the rest of the bud drying as a tester in my room. And my entire room STINKS. I seemed to have been wrong about that last week also; The 4AM smells so much stronger than the White Cracks. See you after the Harvest!! ;) It's been awesome and a fun learning experience!

A-Day 81, B&C-Day 77 A- Is already 1/2 way through week 12, she almost all cloudy, with some amber tricomes now. I have started her “flush” just water for two feeds now. I’m going to keep watch, and see when is the right time, no rushing this go around . 🌱😎💨 B- is doing great, fattening up daily. A few more weeks at least, I hope she gets as big as her sister A 😍she got a full strength dose of nutrients twice this week and a water only feed in between. PPM was close to 1000 . C- is thickening up, I have her a slight defoliation and tied her down a bit to spread her branches. She is turning into a beast 🤩she also got 2 full dose feeds, and a water in between. Just keep spinning them around to get the even coverage.

Her growth this week was extraordinary. The extra hours of light works. I will continue her in veg for another 3 weeks. Hoping she is ready before the end of November.
