Wanted to try and grow my first autoflowers without any equipment. Natural sun in my terrace was more than enough for these plants to grow without any difficulty.

Flowering Week 6 – Fading Leaves, Persistent Flies The sixth week of flowering brought a mix of progress and persistent problems. The whitefly issue unfortunately hasn’t gone away. I replaced both yellow sticky traps at the end of the week, and within minutes, two new whiteflies were already spotted on the fresh left trap. The old one had four additional flies on the back. This pest pressure remains a concern, but I’ve decided to hold off on further neem oil sprays for now, given how far along we are in flowering. I’ll keep monitoring closely. Nutrient-wise, I stayed cautious this week due to ongoing signs of overfeeding. Leaf tips are still showing yellowing and some burn, especially on the lower leaves. Many leaves have pronounced yellow spots and curled tips — a clear sign of excess nutrients earlier on. To reduce stress, I watered with plain pH-adjusted water (5.5–6.0). Total watering volume was approximately 29 liters This week I also did a second round of lollipopping, focusing on removing all small popcorn buds and lower growth under the net that wouldn’t develop well. Despite the nutrient stress and the ongoing whitefly presence, the plants are still developing well. Buds are getting chunkier, trichome production is visibly increasing, and the overall structure is solid. Still, I’ll be keeping a close eye on both leaf health and pest activity in the coming days. ⸻ TL;DR – Week 6: • New whiteflies still showing up – 7 total seen this week. Both sticky traps replaced. • Additional lollipopping done: removed popcorn buds and shaded growth under SCROG. • Leaf symptoms (tip burn, spotting) persist – watered with plain pH water, once with half HESI dose. • Watered 3x this week: 9.5 L (pH only) • Light stayed at intensity level 7

Sup y'all, Another week with the bubblegun grow, we start to see the first signs of flowering which makes us very happy. I did a lot of defoliation just before i shot the pictures so that a lot of the precious light can penetrate deep into the canopy so that the lower leaves get some light to. Overall untill this point the grow is going great you can still see which one of the plants had a minor defect but they came along very nice that makes me happy. No changes in the nutrients are made and the light is still hanging pretty high i strart lowering it somehere this week That is pretty much what i can say right now I hope you are all having an awesome week Cheers, Nibameca

This week marks a big step for Tart Pops — she's been transplanted and moved into the flower tent to get ready for the next phase of the journey. She handled the transplant like a champ, no signs of stress. Roots were strong and healthy, now sitting in a fresh pot with coco and plenty of room to stretch. She's now under the 600W LED in the flower tent, flipping to 12/12. This week’s focus: Light feed with Grow + Micro and CalMag She's looking perky and full of promise — can't wait to see the structure and scent develop as we head into bloom. One tree, full of flavour potential!

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Week 2 and the easy plugs delivered. Roots pushed through on all cuts — flipped the tray and it was clear across the board. The fastest ones already moved into 1L pots during the week. Growth looks uniform and healthy, no casualties so far. Star Pebbles × Orange Zkittlez were the slowest of the bunch — while everything else rooted within 10 days, the SPOZ needed 14–16. Will pull my 4 for the next run from those this week before they fall too far behind. Running Aqua Vega at 1 ml/L with CalMag Agent at 0.8 ml/L, pH 6.2, EC 0.8. 26°C day, 23°C night, 70% humidity, 20 hours light. Next update on Sunday.

This week has been good, no problems to say of. No changes to the light schedule or nutrients. I do have a Lemon Pie Auto doing something strange stuff it is @ 51 days old and is giving off some mutations in the fan leafs, and she stretched to double the height of the other 2 in the tent. Also has begun to develop a few small brown spots on a couple fans too but other than that all is well.

Flowering day 35 Today the tent was cleaned, the humidifier refilled and both plants sprayed with Canna Cure :-). Flowering day 36 Both were poured today with 1.2 L per pot 🙂. Both were also checked for their health and pests 👍. Everything looks great 🙏🏻. Flowering day 37 Again the tent was cleaned and fresh osmosis water was filled into canisters. Flowering day 38 Today 1.5 l per pot was poured so that some drainage comes out again. therefor two days are not poured 😋. Flowering day 39 The tent was cleaned, the humidifier was filled, both plants were checked for vitality and the entire electronics were checked for functionality. Flowering day 40 Today both were sprayed again with Canna Cure and checked. Flowering day 41 We have reached the last day of this week and again 1.2 L were poured per pot and the tent was cleaned 👍. Weekly update on these beauties. They've started the flower phase showing preflowers everywhere. Two have stayed more on the smaller side but still stretching where the 3rd has takin off probably 30in tall. All in all excited for the weeks to come seeing them progress further into flower.

Yay... NorCal Cannabis Cup today & tomorrow up in Santa Rosa. Gonna load my bud buddy in the car and head up there this afternoon for the Phil Lesh show. One day is enough. 😎 It's only the 2nd ever licensed cannabis consumption event in California ... so come be part of history if you live anywhere in northern California. ------ The Durban girls are doing quite nicely. Leaving them out in the sun for 30 minutes today to do a little acclimating before I head up north. It's HOT today by recent standards but the wind is light. Three of the 5 gallon girls will be moved outside permanently in about a week. The 3 gallon container and the (former) runt in a 5 gallon pot will grow inside this summer.... and we'll probably flip the lights to flowering as soon as everybody gets moved outdoors. ------ For heights this week we have the 5 gallon girls are two at 19", and one at 18.5". The 3 gallon girl is at 15", and the former runt is up to 9". Fed all the girls today because I won't be home early from the show tonight to feed them then. ------ Updated to add some photos from the Cannabis Cup in Santa Rosa. It was a LOT harder to consume alcohol at this event than ANY form of cannabis. Big fun.

Hi all, Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Thank you so much for your all support on this bananas journey 💜💚💜💚 Week 12 Jan 1 - Jan 7 I am so happy seeing how my girls are developing. All it's going great. 2 waterings of 8ltr on 03/01 no runoff and second on 06/01 9.5ltr! Runoffs PH at 6.2. Purchased larger dehumidifier and installed on 03/01 instantly humidity decreaseed from 55-59 to 50-55 on avg. and at night from 62-69 to 54-60. Light from 01/01 on max power output 110 watts. Nutes slightly adjusted. Buds on both girls gaining size, weight. Trichomes on Athena mostly milky and clear with only very few ambers. Xena mostly 50/50 clear and milky, They are smelling gorgeously, not sure if I should smoke or eat them first. Next week will still feed with nutes and keep an eye on trichomes development but it seems that girls are not in a hurry at all. That's okay me neither 😁 Stay tuned for next week entry very soon! She’s a bit of a mess after changing res for a flush , will need to sort out something easier next time . Also wish I had scrog to make better use of this little light , Day 83 started a flush , will part harvest in a few days as I’m going away, buds could be better they are somewhat sticky pistils look ready , Ordered a loupe a little late . has been a good learning experience, Notes - don’t over do nutes early - change res more frequently - try lollipop and use a scrog - invest in a higher watt light for yield and tighter bud , - don’t grow near summer heat major issue , autumn and spring more ideal
