Transplanted in the afternoon of 10/23 because they were rooting out of the pucks. Got some humidity dome cups coming tomorrow and another inline fan to handle intake to try to dial in things a bit more. Growing well as the week ends, #1 is the big guy so far, growing really well. So this final week the buds on this Orange Hill Special are filling out. They are getting rock solid and the calyxes are doing their final swelling. Also, the trichomes have started forming and up close, they are forming a white sticky film over the whole bud. The buds feel heavy and compact, although their size could have been bigger but not complaining with this amount of bud. I have just been feeding some perma tea and clean water since this soil is probably very high in nutes by now. I had some brown leaf points so just adjusted and all was fine. Now we go into the final one or two weeks. I did some final defoliation to expose some underside buds, they are swelling too. Removed some sticky underside larf, kept it in a box to gradually dry for a preliminary taste test coming days. A good week for ICC photo. I topped her and started bending branches for some horizontal development. Once she’s covering the entire pot with some budsites and tops I will let her start stacking nodes vertically. I am using “garden hooks” I’ve made with metal food skewers and will use those to bend and guide branches outwards. Feed is the same really and I am really digging it so far, Gaia green and coco loco for a supersoil type grow in regards to waterings and feeds. No ph checking, no dechlorinating water, just tapwater and a few add ins like fishshit and recharge, a seaweed/kelp foliar, and worm castings/topdresses. Trying this routine out and hope to be able to reamend the pot and drop again. This plant is in midweek5 of veg and has about 6-8 weeks to go before I can flip her to flower.

Day 94. Girl is okeish, in my eyes she recovers from all stress and packs some mass. Had WPM allert on other plant, so extraction fan is on max. Happy Growing !!!

60 days into flowering now, pulled 2 of these girls 7 days ago because 1 had a few bananas on it and the other was stressed to much from light and not really giving any quality bud and it was stretched out taking up lots of space. The 2 left have been flushing a little over a week now and are very close to harvest. I will prob harvest them sometime this week. Everything is going good so far anyway for these 2 and we will hopefully get some nice dense buds, we will see. Cheers💨 Day-62 update Found my microscope! Got some picks up of the tricombs up now, and as I suspected they are not quite ready yet. There are a few amber but I’m still seeing clear ones, but there mostly all cloudy now so I’m thinking another week or so will probably do it. That will give me a good 2 week flush as well. I got some pics and a video up as well just before my lights came on so there better then under the HPS anyway. Lol cheers💨

This week they proceed quickly apart from some small external climate problems still a little too cold but generally everything is ok, no problems neither with water nor with too much ferlizing .. So I can say that everything is going in the right direction! How about?

August 25th Buds are getting more dense and picking up their trichomes nicely, only issues have been temp swings from 87F-72F and RH from 32-45, adjusting the setup to have smaller ranges

Flowering day 72 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. I just noticed my PH has been around 7, and a couple of the seed mothers are showing CAL/MAG deficiencies.. I use well water, and I don't have to adjust it in the summer, but around late fall the PH raises. I forgot to get good pics of the seed mothers, since I was focused on the STS formulas at the time, but these are the Pollen donors transforming into male flowers. 5 weeks old. The seed mothers are coming along nice with dime sized buds on them. I Topped them all at the 5th node, just before the cola, so the canopy would all be even under the lights. I just sprayed these reversed buds 1 time only on day 17, after the first STS treatments, with 50ppm of Gibberellic Acid (GA3) to stretch them out away from each other. Gibberellic Acid causes plants to stretch enormously, and PPM's of 50 to 100 can cause females to reverse to males.
